You're with her??
Sirius walked over to Lily who was watching James and Regulus chase each other on their brooms "It's weird to see my little brother and my best friend being friends with each other" Sirius said annoyed to which Lily looked at him confused.
"I'm pretty sure they're in love Sirius" Lily laughed as she watched them "They'd make a cute couple, look at them so happy together" Lily sighed and smiled.
"HA! Prongs and Reggie?! As if! for gods sake lils you have a big imagination" Sirius laughed at her response
"Sirius you're using "muggle" words again" Lily looked at Sirius "But no they're definitely in love, you said yourself, you've never seen your brother this happy" Lily smiled again trying her best not to slap Sirius
"Am I? See this is what happens when I hang around you little red, I pick up on your words" Sirius laughed more "Prongs is straight anyway, he's in love with you, he talks about you alllllll the time" Sirius smiled confidently
"Sirius, If James is in love with me you better talk him out of it" Lily's tone became serious, causing Sirius to stop laughing and drop his smile
"Uh, why? is everything ok Lils? Are you two arguing? If James has done something wrong you can tell me ya know, I won't let him get away with it" Sirius became increasingly concerned to which Lily sighed
"No Sirius, I'm fine, I just don't like men, at least not in the same way I like women, I date women Sirius" Lily rubbed her eyebrows in frustration as Sirius stared at her confused
"So you're a lesbian?" Sirius blinked as he stared at her confused and surprised by her sudden statement
"I think so, I don't know for sure, but I'm dating a woman anyway, so I wouldn't even consider James, I've been with my girlfriend since halfway through first year" Lily shrugged as she looked at Sirius' stunned expression
"Wait, can I know who? If she's not out don't tell me, I don't want you to get in trouble and I don't want you to out her to me" Sirius pushed question after question forwards while assuring Lily that she doesn't have to answer anything she doesn't want to
"No she's out don't worry, Its Mary" Lily responded happily, her face lighting up as she mentioned her girlfriends name
"Mary McDonald? You're with her?" Sirius' questioned with a confused expression on his face
"If you have a problem with it Sirius then spit it out." Lily snapped
"No! No! I don't have a problem with it I swear!, it just shocked me is all, I never imagined you two would be together" Sirius held both hands up in surrender
"Why was you imagining me with people in the first place" Lily pushed her wand against Sirius who was now sweating and panicking slightly
"I didn't mean it like that! I-" Sirius stuttered his words out then suddenly stopped as Lily doubled over laughing holding her stomach "Whats so funny?"
Lily laughed harder "You should've seen your face! You were about to cry!" Lily stumbled backwards grabbing onto the wall for support
"Wait- so you're not mad at me?" Sirius stared at her confused
Lily looked at him with a smile "Obviously not Sirius, You were only asking questions don't be daft, if I was mad at you I would have used the Cruciatus curse on you the second you said something" Lily said jokingly, however, his caused a distressed expression to appear on Sirius' face briefly
"Yeah, Yeah, true" Sirius laughed slightly "Anyway, lils you know everything about almost everyone right?" Sirius questioned
"Hmmm, most people yes, why?" Lily looked at him curiously "Who is it you want to know about good sir"
Sirius gained a serious expression "Severus Snape" Lily heard and rolled her eyes and scoffed
"If this is for some stupid horrible prank you and James are going to play on him I want no part" Lily sighed
"No, it's personal, he done- said something to my little brother and I want revenge" Sirius sounded serious as he spoke causing Lily to side eye him intrigued
"How bad are we talking? How bad was the thing he said" Lily turned back to face Sirius
Sirius was now gritting his teeth "Bad enough, do you have anything I could use?" Sirius relaxed his jaw slightly and sighed "Please lils, I promise it's not for a prank, I just need to make sure he never messes with Reggie again"
Lily stayed quiet for a moment then smirked slightly "Meet me later tonight, I have something special you can use, bring James' invisibility cloak, we'll need it" Lily spoke with confidence and a sly tone
Sirius looked at her surprised and intrigued "I'll bring it, where will we be going?" Sirius cocked an eyebrow as he asked
"You'll see Mr.Black, You'll get what you wanted don't you worry" Lily giggled as she turned to walk away "Anyway, I'm going to go find Mary so I'll see you later Sirius, have fun watching your brother fall in love" Lily slightly skipped as she walked away
Sirius nodded and looked back at Regulus and James who were now flying back down to the ground, Sirius walked over to the pair and looked at them "James, you wouldn't be training my little brother for the Slytherin team would you?" Sirius looked at James unimpressed "Is this a revenge tactic for getting bumped down to chaser?" Sirius laughed
"Yes it is, and little Reg will make a great seeker! The best Slytherin ever had, you should see him Sirius, he's brilliant!" James spoke excitedly, Regulus looking at him with a light pink tint spreading across his face, his eyes lighting up as he listened to James talk about how great he is.
Sirius looked at Regulus then at James "Well, we'll see on the Quidditch field when they pick him to be seeker, Reggie don't let prongs drag you into his shit"
Regulus' head turned to Sirius, his eyes following after as he left his focus off James, he rolled his eyes at Sirius "For Merlins sake Sirius, i'm capable of making my own choices and doing what I want"
Sirius shook his head slightly "Whatever you say Reggie, anyway, James can I borrow your invisibility cloak tonight? I need to sneak out"
"Oooo You going out with a girl pads" James teased nudging Sirius slightly "Yeah, Yeah no worries Pads borrow WHATEVER you need" James laughed
"Yeah something like that" Sirius laughed and rolled his eyes
Regulus squinted his eyes at his brother curious as to where he was going.
