Remus again
Voldilocks had been acting suspiciously and so I decided to ask her about last nights phone call. She claimed never to have called me last night and her alibi was a baseball game with Regulus, which also means she didn't stab Sirius in the leg and neither did Reggie.
I had scheduled to visit Sirius at 10:30. As I entered the hospital, I had a strange gut feeling so I came armed with a shotgun and handcuffs. I rushed through the door and moved fast.
"Freeze, Police!" I yelled and held Barty's arms behind his back. I was flabbergasted as to what his motive was to kill Sirius, until I brought him into questioning.
Apparently, Voldy is passing around word that Sirius killed Evan. I assume so that Barty would want revenge and attempt to kill Sirius so I would be distracted from the case trying to keep Sirius alive. That case is now closed. Now is the time to solve the other case. Voldy seems very sus. We need to talk to her now.
"Why are you lying about this? You don't realise what you're doing, you could get innocent people killed."
"Whatever. Life is boring without a white lie or two."
"Try ten."
"Only ten!"
"That was all in one hour!"
"So?"
"Just stay out of this case or I could send you to jail!"
"How?"
"I'm a cop."
"It's not illegal to lie."
"It makes you look suspicious and people will began to think you killed Evan."
"Whatevs, later skater."
Voldy left to her cab, as a single sequin fell from her sparkly purple and pink dress. Voldy clearly didn't understand how serious this was. It was almost as if this happened to her on a daily basis, did it? If it did she should know how to act. Not lie and get Sirius killed. Perhaps she killed Evan. That was the only plausible answer. Now I needed motive.
