Chapter 1
“SIRIUS!” Harry called out desperately as he didn’t hesitate to jump through the veil after his godfather who’d been hit with the Stupefy spell by Bellatrix.
“HARRY, NO!” Remus’ screaming voice pleaded.
However, he was too late to stop Harry and Remus decided to do something crazy. Something insane that only Sirius or James, when he had been alive, would have done: he jumped through the veil after Harry.
“Remus!” Tonks cried out.
However, unlike Remus, she didn’t move to jump in after him. She had her parents to think about, her disappearance or death would devastate them. She couldn’t do that to them, never. So instead, she watched as the man she loved jumped through the veil. It was a death-sentence. Yet what she didn’t realize was that something very different happened to the three wizards as they jumped through, one after the other, with the intent to protect those they loved. As they jumped through, the three were remodeled as they were dropped into a world full of Exorcist, Akuma, and the Noah clan; Nothing would ever be the same. Sirius, Harry, and Remus dropped one after the other through a portal of some kind into an isolated meadow.
“Sirius!” Harry said, clutching his godfather’s unconscious body as if it were a lifeline.
Remus almost cried after realizing that his pack were still alive, he didn’t think he would have survived both Sirius and his cub dying while he remained alive.
“Harry, let me use the counter spell so he’s awake and then we can figure out what to do from here on out. We’re in an unknown location and I don’t like how vulnerable we are right now.” Remus pleaded with his honorary godson.
Harry moved out of his way and Remus cast the counter spell on Sirius. Once awake, Sirius looked around wildly and only settled once he spotted both Remus and his pup near him. After a touching moment of them all being relieved to still be alive after passing through the veil, the two adults scolded Harry for jumping through the veil when there had been a strong possibility that he might have died since no one really knew what the veil was. It didn’t take the three wizards long to realize that they were in a new world and were just thankful that they all still had their wands and that their Gringotts money bag somehow still worked in this new world so they didn’t have to worry about money. They decided that Harry would change his last name to match Sirius and the adults would teach Harry spells once he turned 11 and his magical core had settled. They had also noticed that they had all changed a bit appearance wise when arriving in the new world as well as becoming younger.
Sirius and Harry now looked more like father and son. Harry’s hair became long and wavy, more like Sirius rather than the wild mess it usually was, while his features became more aristocratic. Harry’s age had changed the most and he now appeared to be 9 years old once again, much to his dismay and Sirius’ amusement. Sirius hadn’t changed much and looked healthier, as if he’d never been in Azkaban to begin with. The only changes Remus had was his green eyes had become an exact copy of Harry’s and that he no longer became a werewolf every full moon, although his wolf had somehow separated from himself and been given a physical form. When Remus had realized that he didn’t have to fear accidentally hurting others due to his lack of the wolfsbane potion, Remus had cried tears of joy at finally being free from the curse inflicted upon him by Fenrir Greyback. Plus, they’d gotten a pet out of it as the wolf had been quite calm yet protective of the three of them. Although, it seemed to prefer Remus and tended to stay by his side. The wolf responded to the name Moony, much to their amusement, and they had quickly become attached to the animal.
The three went about life in a small village, getting themselves a home and getting to know the locals. Harry now officially went by the name Hadar Black and was known as the only son of Sirius by the villagers while Remus was his maternal uncle. When asked about Harry’s mother, they spun a story of his mother Lily being killed in a home invasion alongside his godfather James Potter. They stuck as close to the truth as they possibly could. Sirius had been more than happy to give Harry a star name like himself, although he still liked to go by the name Harry around Sirius and Remus. Strangely enough, Sirius’ wand had slowly began to change over the next few months, becoming more intricate in design and more powerful as he no longer had to say any of the spells for it to work. It also became practically indestructible, a fact they had all learned when one of the villager kids had found and taken it before attempting to snap it on a dare. Almost two years had passed by quickly and Harry was now 11 which meant he could begin to learn actual magic again rather than just theory. Of course, that’s when everything went wrong.
Why did Harry have to be cursed with the Potter luck?!
