its better to be angry than afraid
Anger. That was all Albus felt as he stands opposite his former lover. But then again, he knows its better to be angry than afraid. Albus stares into Gellerts eyes which once welcomed him in a warm embrace now feels like hes staring into a strangers eyes. They pierce his heart feeling like ice that would never melt instead engulfing him in the coldness.
He cant delay what he needs to do any longer he has to do it and with that they both draw their wands ready to strike each other and then-
Darkness.
Albus wakes up with a sudden jolt. What happened? Where was he? he was no longer angry. just afraid. He was about to stike Gellert and then-ah yes, Gellert. Albus thought to himself. He was the only one that could have done this. He was certain. Albus begins to look around the room the darkness surrounding him might as well be suffocating him but then he sees something beside him that catches his eye. Something breathing. He moves a little closer and nearly jumps as before him lies Gellert unconscious on the floor. He must have not woken yet but its obvious he didnt do this. But then who did? Albus starts to think and looks over at Gellert.
His grey/white hair was sticking to his face and his lips were slightly parted. He looked almost innocent. Like no time had passed between when they were teenagers and now even though it had been decades. He hated himself for thinking that for this man was not the Gellert he knew when they were mere teenagers. As though reading his mind Gellert begins to stir.
Gellert slowly awakes from being unconscious and is surprised non the least as to why he is here. But also extremely confused. He looks around the room almost to dark to see anything and then he spots him. Albus Dumbledore was awake right next to him his blue eyes like a beacon in the darkness. why was he here too? "Albus?"
Albus turns to look at Gellert "yes we are stuck here. No i didnt do it. now please let me think" Albus said.
