Summary
Steve's been gone on Bucky his whole life, whether he's admitted it to himself or not. He definitely didn't mention it to the other man and thought he'd never have a chance to. Now, Bucky's been heavily confined for manslaughter, and Steve himself has been arrested for helping him. With their mental connection and Zemo's lust for power, there's no way this is going to end peacefully.
