Chapter 3
When Hermione proceeded through the barrier she saw a breathtaking view. Children were everywhere.
Running around, shouting and crying. In the distance, she noticed James Potter but instead of saying hi she took her trunk, said goodbye to her mother and left.
“May I sit here with you, please?” said a pale boy with long silky black hair.
“Sure,” Hermione replied.
The two sat and read books for a bit before a girl burst in without asking and sat down.
“Jasmine Potter, Quidditch expert,” she said, stretching her hand out, waiting for someone to shake it.
“Hermione Lupin and you are?”Hermione replied, staring at the boy.
“Regulus,” he said “Regulus Black.”
“You're named after a
constellation?” asked Jasmine Potter.
“Unfortunately, yes,” he replied.
“What house do you want to be in?” questioned Hermione.
“Ravenclaw.” Jasmine said at once.
“Same!” Hermione exclaimed, clapping her hands excitedly.
“My parents want me to be in Slytherin,” Regulus said with a slight frown on his face.
“My parents want me to be in Gryffindor,” said Jasmine.
“Well, who cares about what your parents think? They don't control you, you do.” Hermione replied. And besides I was in Gryffindor in a past life.
