After the event with Irene, Noel got transported to where her sister was, a planet called ‘Earth’ as Irene had called it.
It was painful, inter dimensional travel, but then again, how could she complain?
She was alone, had no where else to go, and felt so VULNERABLE.
Lets just hope that this Seren is kind…
As Noel stood at the edge of the plane, watching the swirling magic of the portal before her, she seemed hesitant. Her marigold eyes glowed faintly in the dim light, a reflection of power that she had. She wasn’t sure what had drawn her to that deal, but her instincts told her that stepping through would lead to something... more enjoying, for one. Something she can be more happy to.
With a deep breath, she stepped forward to the portal made by Irene, her form flickering for a brief moment before she disappeared into the unknown.

Ava was having a typical evening. The kind of night where nothing out of the ordinary ever happened. Her hands were full with two overstuffed bags of trash as she made her way to the alley behind her apartment building. Her mind was preoccupied with the mundane tasks of life—grocery shopping, work, Netflix shows and manga she still hadn’t finished.
She walked with her head down, her mind wandering as she tossed the bags into the dumpster. “Ugh, who even makes this much trash?” she muttered, wiping her brow with the back of her hand. “I swear, I’m gonna stop eating takeout if it means less garbage.”
As she straightened up and turned to leave, she froze. The air around her shimmered, and before her very eyes, the world seemed to warp, as if reality itself was bending. The temperature dropped, and a strange, soft hum filled the air.
Ava’s heart skipped a beat. “What the...?”
The next thing she knew, a girl appeared right in front of her—materializing out of thin air with a sudden pop. Her long, apricot shaded hair rippled like a curtain of autumn leaves, tiger orange horns so bright, and her beautiful marigold eyes sparkled faintly under the streetlight. She was beautiful, in an otherworldly, intimidating way. But it wasn’t just her appearance that sent a chill down Ava’s spine—it was the energy radiating from her, something unnatural and so breathtaking.
Ava took an instinctive step back, her mind racing. Was she dreaming? Was she seeing things? No, this was real. This was way too real.
The girl—Noel—blinked and looked around, her eyes scanning the street as if she had no idea where she was. She raised a hand, gently brushing it through the air, as if testing the space around her.
“Are you... Seren? I am Noel.” Noel’s voice was melodic, yet foreign, like something out of a forgotten language. She spoke with an air of calm authority, but Ava could see her confusion.
Ava was frozen. Her mouth was dry, and her heart was pounding in her chest. “W-what the heck?!” she stammered, her voice high-pitched with alarm. “Who are you?! What are you doing here, and how do you know that name?!”
Noel turned her gaze to Ava, her eyes locking onto hers with a penetrating stare that made Ava’s breath hitch. For a brief moment, there was a flicker of recognition in her eyes—as if she, too, was trying to make sense of what was happening.
“I... long story.” Noel spoke slowly, as if piecing together the fragments of her situation. “I was... upset because of what happened an hour or so ago, I was teleported or brought to a plane of sorts and then.. I met this woman called Irene, your sister, as she says, then she offered me a deal to accompany you and in return, I shall have you as my friend? , companion? Whatever your word for that is, and then suddenly, I’m here. This place... this world...” She trailed off, her gaze now fixated on the city around her. “It’s... different.”
Ava’s mind was reeling, and she took a cautious step back. “Where did you come from? Are you, like... a wizard or something? A... an alien? And also, Irene?! My sister who I haven't heard from in months after what happened with her Lover? That Irene?”
Noel tilted her head, her brow furrowing in curiosity. “Alien? No... I’m a Daemos. But... this isn’t my realm. This place feels... welcoming yet strange to me. And yes, Irene, your sister.”
Ava blinked rapidly, trying to process the words coming out of this stranger's mouth. “I'm more concerned with you, like, a Daemos? What? What the heck is that? Is my sister playing a a prank on me?! Are you some kind of fairy or—”
“I am not a fairy, what ever that is.” Noel’s voice had a strange edge to it. “I am a creature of power and magic. A Daemos, a being from another plane of existence called Daemos.”
Ava just stared at her, her brain struggling to catch up. “Okay, this is... insane. This can’t be happening.”
Noel’s expression softened, and she took a small, cautious step toward Ava. “I don’t understand why she chose me... or why this place feels so... nice to be in. It’s unsettling, considering where I'm from, people are... a bit much.” She looked down at the ground, noticing the strange material of the street and the bright lights shining overhead. “The energy here is... strange. Calming.”
Ava swallowed, her mouth still dry. “Look, okay. I have no idea what you are or where you came from. But can we just—uh—figure this out without scaring the crap out of me? Plus back to Irene, my sister, tell me, is she still moping around? Has she gotten over it? Did she tell you anything about her that's new?'”
Noel seemed too confused this for a moment, before shaking her head slowly. “I don't know what you are referring to. She never told me anything?”
“Yeah, no kidding.” Ava glanced around, feeling like her entire world had just turned upside down. “What do you even want from me? And you said companion earlier?”
Noel seemed to ponder the question, her expression distant. “I... wanted to have a change of pace. Something... painful happened to me and I don't want to relive it. Your sister just gave me a deal on whether or not I will accompany you, apologize if you don't really want it.”
Ava felt her pulse quicken as the strange girl’s words hit her. “Wait, you’re saying... you actually want to be my companion?”
Noel’s eyes met hers again, and Ava felt an odd shiver run down her spine. “Well..., yes. But I believe if you want it to be.”
“Great,” Ava muttered, her eyes wide. “This is just... perfect. I’m stuck with a magic... Daemos who just showed up in my alley and wants to be my companion. Yeah, that’s my life now.”
Noel didn’t respond immediately. Instead, she glanced at the stars above, her expression softening as if listening to a distant whisper only she could hear.
Ava watched her, torn between terror and fascination. She was definitely freaking out—but the calmness that Noel exuded somehow made Ava feel a little less afraid. For now.
“Well, you’re not... totally alone here,” Ava said, hesitantly. “I guess... if you don’t mind sticking with me for a bit, we can try to get used to each other. But no... weird stuff, okay? I don’t need any more weirdness in my life.”
Noel glanced at her, a small smile curving on her lips. “Very well, Princess Seren. Lead the way.”
And just like that, Ava realized that her normal life was gone. In its place was something strange, something she never could have predicted. But one thing was certain: life was about to get a lot more interesting.
"Oh, and Noel was it?"
"Yes?"
"No 'Princess' or any of that stuff. Just call me Ava."
"Ok then Princes- I mean, Ava."
"Now come on, I'll show you my apartment!"
