A tribute to Sirius's mom, from Regulus
April 20, 2025 at 09:53 AM
It was hard to say which of the black haired boys was crying more. They both had cared for Mrs Potter in ways that couldn't be spoken. There weren't words to describe them.
Each boy clung onto their significant other. With Remus' redish hair there was a strange symmetry to the couples. The group of four mourners was able to be heard from across the field.
Regulas didn't have the same reaction. He hadn't ever met Mrs Potter. He was the odd one out at the funeral, but he figured it was a small price to pay in an effort to give some sort of tribute to the woman who had saved his brother. He might not have had that luck, but he was forever grateful his brother had.
