He’s five when he first travels somewhere else.
He’s being chased by Dudley and his team, running across the street, terrified for his life.
Suddenly, asphalt turns to grass and the houses disappear, replaced by a single towering pine behind him. He’s too scared, running too fast, and doesn’t realize he’s about to run into a person until he does and collides with someone with a resounding clang, falling to the ground and fainting.
He wakes up in a yellow and white bed, and a blonde haired man is standing with his back turned to him, sorting something. There is something wrapped around his head and he feels strangely warm.
He stays for a year. He’s mistaken as a son of Hecate, one that happens to be able to dimension hop. He learns how to control his magic, how to scale the lava wall without burning, and how to use a sword without hurting himself. He befriends Bianca, Nico and Will’s daughter, and learns how to dream walk from Clovis. He celebrates his 6th birthday at Camp Half Blood.
Then one day, as Bianca is chasing him just for fun, the camp disappears and he’s back to running on asphalt, almost running into a white haired man before managing to stop himself with demigod honed instincts and reflexes.
