Empty Fields and Heartless Screaming

She stood in an empty field, the grass was dead, and it crunched beneath her feet as she walked in the foggy nothingness. Nothing came of her journey for along time. Silence enveloped her. An eery nothingness as far as her eyes could see. But she kept walking because if she gave up, she would have failed.
That's when she heard it. His crys, echoing out across the emptiness.
She ran as fast as her legs could carry her searching frantically for the boy she loved so much. He sat alone, clutching the shaking body of his sister, tears streaming down his face.
"Anne, please please I can't lose you." She desperately wanted to help him. So she approached calling his name in the unnatural quiet.
"Sebastian." His eyes never moved from his sister. To him she was all that existed.
"I want to help you" She reached out towards him.
Suddenly he was surrounded. Shadowy Goblins attacking from all angles. She could see the pain etched into his face as he struggled against the force that was attacking him. As more and more came towards him the fog thickened, turning an electric green.
Without hesitation, the girl rushed towards him, determined to help him in any way she could. But as she drew closer, the boy turned towards her, his eyes burning with a fierce intensity. He lashed out with an unexpected blow, sending her crashing to the ground. Red lightning swirled around her as her lungs caved in and her heart contracted into itself.
"Seb, please." He looked down at her, grinning like the devil as she convulsed on the ground, gasping for air. The field had disappeared, replaced with an inky blackness that was slowly closing in around them.
But even as the shattering pain flooded her body she tried to help the boy. A new figure appear infront of them. He turned towards her.
"You are no friend of my nephew." And he sprinted towards her, as the boy sat and watched. Until he too disappeared.
The darkness seemed to swallow them whole, all she could see were his eyes glossy and green as his head tilted to the side and the tip of his wand pointed towards her once more.
"Why would I listen to someone so ignorant." And they were consumed by the blackness.
A century past in the silence of the void. She was utterly alone. Taken by the darkness that chased that had been chasing the boy. Stuck in his growing shadow.
"Please, please." A sniffling came from endless night as the her vision cleared. There he sat head in his hands shaking.
"Please. Don't leave me. Please." He looked up at her as he begged, eyes wide like a moon calf.
"Please, I love you."
And the world shattered inside her, for she lobed him too. She loved him too much. She loved him enough to let him heart her, but she couldn't let him hurt anyone else. She loved him more then the sun in the sky. But he could never know. For Sebastian Sallow was a fickle man. He took what he need and retreated into the darkness. And if she let him cling to her once again, the darkness would eat her whole. And so she walked away silently. Listening to his sobbing and screaming as he was continuingly attacked by the shadowy monsters. Monsters of his own making.

She was shaken. No. She was being shaken. Leaning over the bed was the face of the man she had least expected. Sebastian stared down at her. Worry plastering his face.
"There you are. Its ok. It was just a dream." His voice was soft like raindrops kissing her skin as her sat at the edge of the bed, lightly holding her shoulder.
"Here," He lifted a vial to her lips, which she relieved happily. And he continued to stare at her as she drifted of again. The last thing she heard was the creak of the door as he left her. A fitting end to her personal nightmare.
