Disappearance
It has been quite some time ever since they had made it out of the maze resulting them being taken by the FBI and letting them go freely through the world.
The FBI told them that wicked was planning to make an virus that will result 90 percent of humanity die in and they were looking for a cure if they changed they're minds.
Turns out they were lab rats, Thomas used to work for them before, not because he thought wicked was good.
He thought because they took Newt, his bestfriend. Thomas knew wicked took Newt because things led to them whenever they kidnap someone.
Thomas never wanted to work with them, but with such a no other decision he did.
Minho and Teresa was not quite happy that Thomas was working with them before, but the two of them knew Thomas was the only chance of getting Newt back.
Not until Minho was taken too.
Teresa decided to work with Thomas which resulted her an argument but eventually Teresa made such an excuse that Minho needs help.
Eventually Ava Paige the owner of wicked, she favourited Thomas and she had made him go to the maze.

Now, they were living at an apartment that fitted at least half the gladers that went and alive with them.
Gally was gone.
And Chuck was too.
Chuck jumped towards in front of Thomas' body while Gally was aiming for Thomas, Gally had shot Chuck.
And Minho had thrown a spear towards Gally.
"Tommy?" A knock on his door, Thomas had been lying down in his bed, his pillow was soak in tears.
Thomas wasn't really presentable right now, but he knew the person wouldn't mind.
Well he hope so.
Thomas was quite worse, well obviously he just saw his first friend in the glade get shot and told him that Thomas had to give Chuck's parents the figure Chuck had made.
The thing was...none of them had memories.
Only memories from the glade and siblings.
At least wicked was merciful enough.
Thomas knew Teresa is his sibling, Minho also seen his sister Kira after being missing for three years. Newt also saw his sister Sonya, Newt missed her so much.
Thomas went to open the door to see Newt standing there worry in his eyes.
"Hey.." Newt looked at him, Thomas step aside allowing Newt to enter his room.
Thomas closed the door, "Teresa had let me in." Newt says worries echoing in his voice.
"She did..?" Thomas looked at him confused on why he was here.
"Mhm."
Thomas sat in his bed, Newt also sat beside him.
"Hey...what's going on that pretty head of yours?" Newt sighed as he shifted on a comfortable position while looking at Thomas with worried glances.
"It-s..just that it all happened so fast Newt...Chuck promised himself he will look for his parents once he had gotten out and.." Thomas finally cried out, he was just a silent cryer which made Newt pull Thomas' head towards his stomach.
Newt has his arm around the crying brunette boy.
"I thought we will be able to find his parents...but instead he got shot." Thomas continued crying non stop.
Newt just silently comforted the crying boy, he push his hands through Thomas' soft brunette hair.
"Sh..sh..its okay." Newt whispered and whispered, he was rocking the crying boy like a child.
Until he heard sniffles, Thomas turned his head up and frowned.
"I'm sorry for getting your shirt wet, and I'm sorry for bothering you." Thomas says through his sniffles.
"It's okay..just thought you needed me, turns out you did." Newt replied softly making Thomas let out a silent laugh.
"How about get some sleep yeah? You look like klunk." Newt whispered making Thomas chuckle and nods.
Thomas eventually lied down, Newt now stands up as he tried to exit but a feeling of hands tried to stop him.
"Stay..?" Thomas said his voice hoarse but soft, Newt just couldn't say no.
Newt made his way back to the bed and had Thomas head in his shoulder once again.
It was his first time seeing Thomas so vulnerable.
Until the blond heard soft snores coming from the brunette.

"Ugh, do we have to do this Min?" Teresa groaned.
Minho nodded and grinned, "A way to keep our traumatic experiences aside."
"By going to a bloody abandoned house?" Newt scoffed looking deadly at Minho.
Thomas, Sonya, Teresa, Minho, Newt, and Kira Minho's sister was there.
"Why did I agree to this?" Kira groaned, "Because you love me." Her brother replied.
Kira just rolled her eyes and followed by a scoff.
"The house looks creepy.." Sonya says to them, "Obviously." Minho replied.
"If we die and one of us made it alive blame this shuckface" Newt said to all of them while pointing at Minho.
Minho just gave them a grin.
"Looks fun..." Thomas whispered, "You okay?" Newt whispered beside Thomas, the brunette just nodded, they hadn't forgotten about that one night.
"Alright, here we are." Minho said, they were in front of an abandoned house that was seem to be left behind in the 80's.
"Are you serious?" Teresa muttered looking like she already wanted to get this over with.
"Were you really that shucking bored Min?" Newt sighed as he shakes his head with disappointment.
"I guess it looks fun..?" Thomas chuckled slightly, the girls just looked at him with dead serious stares.
"What're you looking at?" Newt said to the girls, Newt seemed protective.
Kira shaked her head, "They like each other do they?." Kira muttered not loud but enough for Sonya and Teresa to hear.
The two girls let out a giggle.
They walked towards the creepy house, there they stand in the front old dusty porch.
"Well this is nice." Newt sighed sarcastically.
"No turning back." Minho grinned at them.
As he opened the door.
They disappeared.
