Honestly just Nico Being a Mood
After Percy and Annabeth settled down, Will and I left back to Hogwarts. We were standing by the river looking for the giant squid.
"Why are we standing here again?"
"I said you'll never be able to find the squid, and you said Fuck you Will I do what I want."
I laughed. "That's right, I forgot, I got lost in your eyes," I said looking at him, he laughed.
"When did you become so smooth?" he asked.
"Shut up," I said punching his arm softly.
"Come on, time for lunch," he said pulling me towards the school.
He sat me down at the high table and brought me some food. I looked around and I finally realized that Severus wasn't here. I remembered a while ago he had told me he was trying to stop Voldemort and deceive him at the same time. I was half asleep at the time so I wasn't paying attention to anything other than missing the feeling of my bed.
He placed a plate in front in front of me (OOF I need to stop writing in the late at night, I wrote he placed a table in front of me.) I looked at the small amount of food, I hate this food.
"Will," I whined.
"What?" he said bluntly.
"Wow," I said shocked at his tone. "Nevermind," I looked distastefully at the plate, I looked at Will who was engaging in a conversation with another teacher of whom I forgot the name of and yeeted it behind me. The shadows swallowed it, I smirked to myself as I made my own plate. I mostly added sweets- no it was all sweets.
"He-" he said looking at me. "What the hell is that? That's not healthy," he said, I looked at him blankly.
"I know that." I shrugged. "But I like it more than those carrots and celery," I said.
"Well, carrots and celery are healthier than brownies and cake."
"Well, I like it." he grabbed my plate and put it on the other side from him.
What the fuck is going on? I just wanted the cake.
"Eat this first then you can have all the cake you want." I looked at him sternly. "Doctors orders."
"Fine," I said taking the newer plate of food. He turned back to his conversation and I waited a few minutes before throwing the other vegetables into the shadows. everything minus the plate this time. I waited a few more minutes before interrupting Will.
"I finished, can I eat some now?" he smiled, which made me feel bad.
"Sure, but next time don't throw the food out just say you'd rather eat other food than just the Carrots and Celery. The cake is a dessert," he said softly. I gave a small smile.
"Yay?" he grabbed my hand and squeezed it softly.
"You're welcome, but don't eat too much or you'll get sick," he told me. I smiled and shoved the cake in my mouth. He ruffled my hair and continued his conversation, what he was talking about I had no idea but right now I had cake so I didn't care.
By the time lunch was over we made our way to our classroom. I had to get back to teaching. I've had Will cover everything for me for a while.
"Let's make another dramatic entrance," I said rubbing my hands together looking at Will, I could hear the chatter inside the classroom.
"No Nico," he said but I smirked and shadow traveled to the front of the room, I made some kind of Ursula entrance but instead of appearing out of nowhere in Green and Black smoke it was black shadows.
"Hello!" I said startling them. The students looked at me and smiled.
"Professor! You're back." "Awesome!" "Finally." the comments were everywhere.
"What are we learning today professor?" Asked Bianca. I gave her an uneasy smile, I hope she's not going to die, maybe someone else by the name of Jason or Bianca or Percy or Will might instead. I can't afford to lose anyone else.
"Honestly I have no idea. Does anyone have any ideas?"
People rose their hands and shouted "I know," throughout the room.
I pointed to someone in the back, figured almost everyone gets picked when they're in the front. "I would watch Disney movies but we are in Hogwarts," he said folding his hands in front of him.
"Muggleborn." someone whispered.
"Hey, generations of families don't matter, we are all the same," I said scolding the snickering classroom. "You never know what has happened to a person until it's too late."
They were silent, "So Disney?" I said with a smile clapping my hands together. I waved my wand and produced a projector and a screen. I somehow found some CD's and made things work, well, Will did I'm from the 1940s so...
Anyway by the time that class ended everyone was energized and happy. "Thank you." some said. "That was helpful from a long day of learning."
"I hated school when I was younger, figured I'd make things better for you all." I sighed. "Well, anyway it's my nap time so..."
I disappeared into the shadows and flopped myself down on my bed. But without Will, it only came with Nightmares.
"So," a voice said. "You have been saved."
"Shut up Kronos."
"My, my, my, have I hit a nerve?"
"Go fuck yourself. Eat another rock."
"Soon Little demigod, you're friends will die and I will win. I will not lose again."
"If you lose again you know how much of a pussy that would make you. Losing to your son cause he fed you and then cut you up, then losing to one of your nefews sons who was your vessle and now you're going to lose to a whole pack of Wizards and demigods."
"Soon," he growled before disappearing into the darkness of my dreams.
I woke up in a sweat, "Goddamn it, I need coffee."
