Revelations

Sirius made sure that Harry was comfortable before leaving the room.

Remus was waiting for him with open arms and Sirius collapsed into them.

"He blames himself for so much," he said sadly.

Remus hugged him, swallowing his tears.

"At least we know what's bothering him. He feels guilty that they lost seventeen years of life because of him," he answered painfully.

Sirius sniffled.

"I think someone is knocking," he said matter-of-factly, not wanting to break down.

Remus kissed him briefly and went to open the door.

"Draco," he exclaimed in surprise.

Sirius perked up. Remus led Draco to the couch.

"Want some tea?" he offered.

Draco sat on the edge of the sofa.

"Yes, thank you," he answered politely and continued urgently. "Hermione told me Harry was here."

Remus nodded, stopping on his way to the small kitchen.

"He fell asleep," he explained. "Wait for him here."

Draco bit his lip, looking at Sirius apprehensively.

Sirius sat down on the other end of the sofa and looked at him with a scrutinizing look.

"Hey," Draco tried to smile.

Sirius didn't smile back and Draco's smile faded.

"I know you don't trust me," he said quietly. "but please give me a chance to prove that I'm not like my parents. The call from Hermione came right after my mother kicked me out of the house for good because I was a blood traitor. My trunk is here, outside the door, with an undetectable extension charm so that all of my things fit in it. I don't have a home anymore. Please don't think I have to be like my parents."

Tears welled up in Sirius' eyes.

"I'm sorry," he whispered. "I didn't know that. I went through that too. I know how hard it is to go against your family."

A surprised smile crossed Draco's face.

"You are my mother's cousin," he recalled.

Sirius nodded and held out his hand for a shake.

"I was sixteen years old when they had enough of me and burned me off the tapestry," he said.

Draco shook his hand reluctantly.

"I've heard about the tapestry, but I've never seen it," he muttered.

Sirius smiled at him.

"I can show it to you, if you want," he offered, then suddenly became serious. "But Draco, if you hurt Harry in any way," he said in a threatening voice, not letting go of Draco's hand. "I will torture you to death myself, like you have never been tortured before. I will be worse than Voldemort."

Draco nodded fearfully, shrinking in his place.

Sirius let go of his hand when he heard Remus coming with the tea.

"So, did he threaten you already?" Remus asked, a slight smile hovering on his lips, handing one of the cups to Draco.

Draco took the cup gratefully. Remus sat down between Sirius and Draco.

"Sirius is a good man," he said calmingly. "And he wouldn't hurt a fly."

Sirius cleared his throat.

"Sirius is a very good man," he agreed. "And very sexy also, of course," he added, ignoring the awkward blush on Remus and Draco's faces. "And he wouldn't hurt a fly. But if the fly in question harms Harry Potter, Sirius will make sure personally that the fly pays for it. or any other creature. Hypothetically," he hastened to add.

Remus placed a reassuring hand on his knee.

"Sirius," he said quietly. "You saw how Harry talked about him. He loves him. Everything will be fine."

Sirius dropped his face in his hands with a sigh.

"I know," he said in a muffled voice. "But I'm worried about him. He's been hurt more than enough in his life already," he looked at Draco tearfully.

Draco nodded.

"I know, and I also know I'm responsible for a lot of his sad past, but I really love him," his voice choked. "And if I do hurt him, please torture me to death."

Remus hit his forehead in frustration.

"You are both Blacks," he realized. "Stop being so dramatic. Draco isn't going to hurt Harry and Sirius isn't going to kill anyone."

Sirius suddenly straightened up.

"Speaking of your past," he said. "Why did you bully him? You could've just ignored him. You didn't have to make his life a living hell more than it already was."

Draco stared at the floor.

"I'm not proud of what I did," he began. "When I was little I believed everything my parents told me about the Dark Lord and Harry Potter, so I did it to make them proud of me, and then by the time I grew up and developed my own opinion I had a crush on Harry, and the only way I could make him pay any attention to me was to get into fights with him."

Silence prevailed and the three drank in silence. The creaking of a bed was heard from the room and they jumped. Sirius ran into the room, mumbling something about fixing the bed before the night, and Remus rolled his eyes and put a hand on Draco's arm, sitting him back down.

Sirius found Harry sitting on the bed, a confused look on his face. He saw Sirius and remembered everything that happened. His face contorted and fresh tears fell down his cheeks.

"What's up, Bambi?" Sirius asked gently, sitting on the edge of the bed.

Harry crawled onto him and buried his face in Sirius' neck, sitting on his lap.

"I'm so done with everything," he complained in a childish voice. "Everyone knows everything about me. I can't even keep my own thoughts to myself. I just want some time to get to know my father better."

Sirius kissed his forehead.

"Prongslet, Draco's here," he said with a smile.

Harry hugged Sirius for a moment longer and then jumped off him and hurried out. He walked over to Draco who stood up when he saw him and wrapped his arms around his neck, starting to cry.
Draco hugged him back.

"It's okay, babe," he whispered. "I'm here."

He wrapped his arms around Harry, and Harry dropped his head on his shoulder, taking a deep breath. Draco shifted his hold a bit, and Harry wrapped his legs around Draco's waist, making him stumble a little.

Sirius sat next to Remus, pressing their foreheads together.

"If it wasn't sad it would be really cute," he noted.

Remus whacked the back of his head and Sirius let out a cry of pain.

Harry heard them and started laughing through the tears.

Draco sat down on the couch, wiping Harry's cheeks.

"Are you okay, baby?" He asked.

Harry smiled at him.

"Yes. Thanks, babe," he whispered. One last tear fell down his cheek and Draco kissed it away. Harry closed his eyes, still resting his head on his boyfriend's shoulder. After a minute he raised his head again.

"I love you," he said, looking into Draco's eyes.

Draco smiled.

"I love you more," he answered.

They kissed briefly, embarrassed by the presence of the adults.

Sirius chuckled.

"Remember that age?" He asked nostalgically. "That when teachers were around we would only kiss without tongue. And we hid the fact that we fucked every night."

Remus laughed and kissed him.

"Obviously. Until James complained about us."

Harry's eyes opened and Remus laughed again.

"Every once in a while we'd forget to put up a silencing spell, and James and Peter would hear us. We didn't care," the two looked at each other and chuckled. "But then James got fed up, and he complained to McGonagall, who was so shocked by the complaint that she kicked him out of her office. Later she called me and asked for an explanation. I told her that we were playing truth or dare and we had James tell her that, and she didn't give us detention. She only asked me not to do that kind of dares anymore. At some point our sex stopped bothering James and the fucking rat."

Harry was shocked that they were so okay with sex at school.

Draco was shocked that they were okay with sex in general.

Sirius rolled his eyes.

"We're not dumb," he grumbled. "Just be safe please."

Harry ran his hand through Draco's hair without noticing.

"I think we should go back to the hall," he said.

Remus shook his head.

"Breakfast is over. Classes are starting in ten minutes," he stood up. "I have to prepare for my first lesson."

He kissed Sirius on the lips and left the quarters.

Harry sighed.

"Should we go to class?" asked Draco.

The latter shrugged.

"Whatever you want."

Sirius laughed.

"Merlin, you're so clingy. Now go to class like good boys," he ordered. "I don't let you ditch."

Harry looked at Sirius with puppy eyes.

"Please," he said in a pleading voice.

Sirius closed his eyes, debating, and Harry moved closer to him, sitting right next to his godfather, and made his eyes even more pleading, almost begging.

When Sirius opened his eyes he saw Harry much closer and sighed.

"I'm sorry, Harry, but I want you to be a normal kid," he explained.

Harry blinked hard.

"I'll never be a normal kid," he whispered, pain in his eyes. "And you know it. Pleaseeeee, Padfoot. I'm not asking to go to the dorm with Draco... I just want to stay here with you."

Sirius pulled Harry to sit closer to him and put his arm around Harry's shoulders.

"You have now a chance to be a normal kid at last," he said with calm determination. "And you are going to take it. And anyway, I have to go shopping in Diagon Alley and London in general, so I'll see you after class. Okay?"

Harry sighed.

"Okay," he mumbled. "Draco, let's go."

"How was it at your mother's place?" Harry asked as he walked to the door.

Sirius held his breath, but Draco didn't start crying to his surprise.

"Complicated," he answered quietly. "I'll tell you after class."

Sirius gave Draco an appreciative look and Draco blushed. Draco held his breath and let it out quietly as Harry started walking towards the basement, not noticing the trunk on the floor.

"So what happened?" Harry asked as he walked. "Did Sirius talk to you about me when I was sleeping?"

Draco shuddered.

"He threatened me," he laughed. "I'm so glad he's back. He really loves and cares about you. What about your parents?"

Harry shrugged.

"Lily went to stay with her friends for a while. She took it hard," he said without emotion. "But my father," something unclear flashed through his eyes, "he did everything he could to show me that he was here for me. And… Draco," his voice choked. "My father loves me."

Draco kissed Harry warmly.

"I'm glad to hear that, babe," he said.

They entered Snape's depressing classroom together.

"Professor Snape," Harry's voice was incredibly polite. "Good to see you."

Snape's gaze flicked between Harry and Draco, clearly shocked that the two enemies walked in together.

"Mr. Potter," he replied with his usual coldness. "Mr. Malfoy. sit down please."

The two sat down on a side, sharing a desk. They were glad and surprised Snape didn't scold them for being late. Snape said a few short and emotionless sentences about the months he lost, and that he apologized if he caused any of the students any pain when he was headmaster. Harry expected the students to attack and breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that his friends were mature enough to realize that if Snape came back, he couldn't have been on Voldemort's side. Even if he's an insufferable asshole.

Snape moved on to explain what potion they were going to brew, and Harry got really bored. He put his hand on Draco's thigh, trying to distract him from the lesson. Draco closed his eyes.

"Harry, please," he murmured quietly. "It's potions. Let me listen."

Harry smirked.

"You don't like this?" he asked with mock insult, moving his hand a little up Draco's thigh.

He bit his lip as he saw a blush appearing on Draco's face.

"Harry," Draco was turned on even more when he saw Harry biting his lip. He gave up, and they started making out as quiet as they could. Harry bit Malfoy's lower lip and smiled, sliding his tongue into Draco's mouth.

"Potter and Malfoy," the shock in Snape's voice made them jump. "What in Merlin's name are you doing?"

They broke apart, wiping their mouths and blushing.

Draco lifted his head up suddenly.

"I've been dating Harry," he said defiantly. "For a while now. Does it bother you? Sir?"

Snape didn't answer, and the whole class waited anxiously to hear his answer.

"Twenty points from Slytherin," snapped Snape at last, returning to the blackboard.

Draco was concentrating on the lesson, and Harry was drifting off, thinking about lunch. When class was over they hurried back to Sirius. When they got to the quarters Harry noticed the trunk on the floor.

"Do you think it's Sirius'?" He wondered.

Draco lowered his head.

"Harry, it's mine," he muttered. "My mother kicked me out."

Harry's eyes widened. Then he hugged Draco fiercely.

"Why didn't you tell me?" he asked quietly in his ear.

Draco closed his eyes and hugged his boyfriend back.

"I knew you wouldn't have come with me to class and I didn't want you to fight with Sirius," he whispered.

Harry kissed his forehead.

"Don't be a hero at your own expense," he asked. "You deserve my support at any time. Sirius would for sure agree with me."

Draco let out a tearful laugh.

"Are you actually saying that? You are the hero of the whole English Wizarding Community. You never stop and think about yourself," he claimed.

Harry didn't answer, knowing Draco was right. He hugged him quietly and waited for him to calm down.

Draco lifted his head and wiped his face.

"Thanks Babe," he kissed Harry. "I'm going to put the trunk in the dorm and I'll be back. Okay?"

Harry pecked his cheek and looked into his eyes.

"Okay," he said at the end of the moment.

Draco disappeared with the trunk and Harry was about to enter the quarters when he saw Remus approaching.

"Remus," he called, blushing as he saw a few students behind Remus. "Sorry, my mistake, Professor Lupin," he corrected himself.

Remus smiled at him and hugged him.

"How was the first class back?" he asked with a smile.

Harry shrugged.

"Snape doesn't like me being with Draco," he chuckled.

The students slowed down as they walked past them, subtly trying to hear every word.

Harry watched them walking away.

"How was it for you?"

Remus let go of him.

"Was interesting," he said with a secretive smile.

They walked in to find Sirius asleep on the couch. He woke up to their voices and stretched.

"Hey, babe," Remus said with a small smile, sitting down next to him and kissing him lightly.

Sirius motioned for Harry to sit next to him.

"So," he said in a too innocent voice. "I was thinking about you and Draco when I was shopping and I was wondering," a cheeky smile appeared on his face. "Who's the top?"

Harry shot off the couch, stunned.

Remus gasped in shock as well.

"Sirius," Harry exclaimed in shock. "This is literally none of your fucking business!"

Sirius' smile disappeared dramatically. He mumbled something indistinct and moved on.

"How was it to go back to teaching, Moony?"

Remus started to laugh.

"Everyone attacked me about you coming to live here because Harry wants you as his godfather. They said that he's a hero and all that, but it's not fair to those who got people back and don't get to spend time with them," he said.

Harry sighed.

"Everyone's jealous of me," he said sadly, sitting quietly on Sirius' lap and burying his face in his neck, looking like a sad puppy.

Sirius hugged him quietly. Whatever he says won't help.

"Did they ask you about what happened at breakfast?" he tried to change the topic.

Harry shook his head.

"They wouldn't. They're all also very polite," he smiled bitterly into Sirius' neck.

Sirius sighed.

"At least they didn't say anything tactless to you," he tried to console him. "What did you say to your students?" he asked Remus, stroking Harry's hair.

Remus' smile widened.

"So I told them that you are here because you are my boyfriend, and I started the lesson."

Sirius and Harry started laughing together, imagining the situation. Harry literally rolled onto the floor.

"What did they say?" Harry gasped, wiping away tears of laughter.

Remus laughed until he lost his breath.

"They were so awkward they just sat and listened in silence the whole lesson. I need these kinds of surprises everyday," he announced.

Sirius straightened up.

"We can fu…" he trailed off when he saw Remus' angry look. "Okay, don't bite me, okay, we'll just leave it in bed," he apologized dramatically.

Harry returned to the couch and rested his head on Sirius' shoulder.

"I did NOT need to hear that," he grumbled.

Sirius kissed his cheek.

"I know," he said cheerfully. "And by the way, I've come to the conclusion that you're the top."

Harry raised his head.

"What?" he asked incredulously.

Sirius smiled triumphantly and Harry realized he should've objected.

"Because when I first picked you up, you were shocked. If you were a bottom it wouldn't have been the first time you were carried so you wouldn't have been surprised, you would've been awkward and uncomfortable," he kissed Harry's forehead. "And also because when Draco first came, and you hugged, it was clear he wasn't used to holding you."

"You're too smart for me," Harry complained in a childish voice, frustrated and secretly touched by how much his godfather pays attention to the details in his life.

Sirius hugged Harry.

"I love you," he said quietly.

Harry closed his eyes.

"I love you too," he whispered in reply, letting his head slide onto his godfather's shoulder.

Remus cleared his throat.

"Harry, when is your next class?" He asked.

Harry shrugged.

"Check my schedule. It's in my bag," he muttered.

Remus opened Harry's bag and took out the schedule.

"You have two hours until your next class," he informed the boy. "And in the next class you have me."

Harry took a deep breath.

"I don't need to teach anymore," he whispered.

Sirius ruffled his hair.

"I'm sorry you had to before now," he answered quietly.

Harry's hands, which were resting on his sides, came up and wrapped around Sirius' neck.

"I want to be able to go back in time and be a baby," he suddenly said.

Sirius stood up, holding Harry.

"You don't need to be a baby to cuddle with family," he answered simply. "Now, Bambi, I'm going to the room, to organize the new clothes in the closet, you could help me if you want, or just sit there."

Harry raised his head.

"No," he asked. "Stay here. On the couch. You can organize the room while I'm in class."

Sirius sat back down.

"Harry, pup," he looked into Harry's eyes. "What's going on with you?"

Harry blinked.

"Nothing," he said quickly.

Sirius sighed.

"Really?" he asked and Harry's eyes watered.

Harry coughed, trying to get rid of the tears without success.

Sirius waited patiently until Harry snapped.

"I'm tired of being everyone's hero. I'm just an Eighteen year old," he said desperately. "Everyone expects me to be mature and everything, but I can't do it anymore. Only with you can I really let myself fall apart. And I'm afraid that any moment you will also tell me that this is it, I need to start acting like my age and there is no more cutting me slack."

Remus sat down next to Sirius.

"Harry," he kissed his temple. "We would never tell you that."

Harry held Remus' hand, trying to take all the support he could from both of them.

"I'll never tell you to act your age," Sirius promised. "I don't act my age myself," he winked.

Harry started to smile a little. He closed his eyes quietly.

"I love you," he whispered.

Sirius touched the tip of Harry's nose and Harry wrinkled his nose in a cute way.

Sirius pulled Harry closer to his chest suddenly.

"Prongslet," he said with emotion. "I love you so much. And I will never make you do anything you don't want to. You just have to be you. That's it. That's all you have to do."

Harry swallowed.

"So I can stay here instead of going to classes?" he asked hopefully.

Sirius laughed.

"No," he replied apologetically. "But only because it's out of my control. You have to finish school. And anyway it really seems to me that your year barely has classes."

Remus placed a finger under Harry's chin and turned his head towards him.

"Prongslet," his voice was soft. "You know you can do it. Right?"

Harry nodded.

"But I don't want to do it," he mumbled.

Sirius and Remus looked at each other and Harry got annoyed.

"What are you not telling me?" He demanded.

Sirius kissed his cheek and Harry reluctantly softened.

"What are you not telling me?" he asked again, tears shining in his eyes.

Sirius wiped away the tears that started falling with his finger.

"We're debating what to say," he answered soothingly. "We've never been responsible for a teenager, and we don't want to make a mistake and hurt you."

Harry slumped forward, crying.

"I'm sorry," he said over and over.

Sirius rubbed circles on his back.

"Shh," he whispered. "It's okay, Bambi, we want to be here for you. Don't ever feel like a burden to us."

There was a knock on the door and Remus stood up. Harry quickly wiped his cheeks and stopped crying.

"It's probably Draco," he called after Remus' back.

Draco walked in after Remus and stopped when he saw Harry on Sirius' lap.

"Are you okay, Babe?" he asked in horror.

Harry stood up.

"Totally," he promised, spreading his arms.

Draco moved into the hug, wrapping his legs around Harry's waist, and Harry moved one hand under Draco's bottom, supporting him automatically.

Harry pressed his lips to Draco's.

"I love you," he murmured.

He ran his tongue softly over Draco's lips, and Draco automatically parted his lips, allowing Harry's tongue to explore his mouth.

Remus approached Sirius.

"Should we go to the room?" He asked- commanded. "They could use some privacy here."

Sirius stood up.

"Use the time well, children," he said with a smile and followed Remus into the room.

Harry stopped their make out session after a few minutes, pulling out his wand.

"Silencio," he muttered, pointing the wand towards the room.

Thirty minutes later he sent a patronus into the room to let his Godfathers know they could come back.

Said adults were in the middle of cleaning up when they got the Patronus.

"Should we go to Harry now?" Sirius suggested. "He wouldn't've called us if they wanted more time."

They quickly dressed and left the room. They found Harry hugging the sleeping Draco.

"You wore him out well," winked Sirius.

Harry made a face.

"It's none of your business," he said.

Sirius sat down next to him.

"Of course it's my business," he laughed and touched the tip of Harry's nose, wanting to see his cute crinkle again. "I'm your godfather. My job description includes annoying and embarrassing you."

Harry made a face.

"Whatever, asshole," he mumbled.

Sirius ruffled his hair.

"There's my boy," he said, satisfied. "Cursing at me when I'm annoying."

Harry made that face again. Draco woke up and rubbed his nose against Harry's neck. When he realized where he was, he stood up and stretched.

"I'm going to the common room," he told Harry. "To do homework. I love you."

He bent down and kissed Harry, then left.

Harry smiled softly, looking after him.

"You're so in love," Sirius teased.

"Padfoot," scolded Remus.

"Sorry, Moony," Sirius apologized quickly.

Harry chuckled.

"You are so in love," he retorted.

Remus started laughing and Sirius punched Harry's arm lightly.

Harry moved to sit on Sirius' lap.

"I'm tired," he yawned.

Sirius kissed his cheek.

"Obviously. But you're also calmer, aren't you?" he asked.

Harry didn't answer. His eyes fluttered for a moment, and slowly closed, his forehead resting on Sirius' chin.

Sirius kissed his forehead softly.

"Good night, Bambi," he whispered, moving Harry's head gently to his shoulder.

Remus sat down next to him.

"When are you going to Prongs and Regulus?" He asked quietly.

Sirius hesitated.

"I need to see Harry's schedule before I decide," he explained.

Remus brought the schedule and Sirius examined it carefully.

"He really doesn't have a lot of classes," he sighed. "I think I'll go during the classes in an hour, and then I'll unpack the shopping after he goes to sleep."

Remus kissed his cheek.

"You don't have to be here all the time," he reminded Sirius. "I'm here too."

Sirius shook his head.

"He needs me," he insisted. "What kind of godfather am I if I'm not here for him when he needs it? And regardless, I love him, and I want to be here."

Remus bit his lip.

"But you can't completely ignore your own needs either," he was genuinely worried. "Sirius, I'm serious. You're neglecting yourself."

Sirius caressed Harry's cheek.

"Look at him," he said in a choked voice. "I don't care about him being eighteen and all that shit. Just look at him. He's a child. He is my child. I want to be here for him. Especially after I died right in front of him. He deserves at least that," a tear fell on his left cheek. "But I don't want to talk about him like he's not here. The fact that he is asleep doesn't make it okay."

Remus wiped Sirius' cheek with a distracted finger.

"And talking about him when he's not around is okay?" he wondered.

Sirius shook his head.

"We are responsible for him, so we have to talk about him, but talking like this next to him feels to me that it is a bit disrespectful. Like we don't think he's capable of understanding," he explained.

Remus nodded in understanding.

"By the way," a smile crossed his face. "Do you think Harry thinks you're a top?"

Sirius thought for a moment.

"I hope so," he muttered. "It'd be a bit embarrassing if he thought I'm a Bottom."

Harry moved a little.

"I'm awake," he informed in a sleepy voice.
