How do you feel?
"So, want to tell us more about what happened with Sirius?" It was the next morning and they were at the great hall once again -with a silencing charm that Regulus had done around them.
"Well, you know how the others always bully Snape?"
"Yeah, it's not something you can ignore. Well if you know and don't like it that is."
"Right well. Sirius.. wanted to play a 'prank' on Snape and well Snape has always been interested in where I go every month so Sirius gave him a note to where I was.. and you know?"
"He could have gotten Severus killed!?" Barty exclaimed.
"He keeps trying to apologize but I can't forgive him yet."
"That's resealable Remus it's normal to feel that way after something like this happens," Evan reassured him.
"Oh yeah don't worry. I feel the same way when my father has done something" Barty shrugged 'like it's normal, maybe it wa..for him.. It shouldn't be though..’ Remus thought as he gazed at Barty feeling something that he couldn't understand, maybe pity? Sympathy? He didn't know.
"Does Black know?" Pandora asked softly.
"About how I feel and everything about this? Yeah, I yelled at him when I found out."
"How do you feel about this?" Even asked.
Remus took a moment to gather his thoughts before responding. "Honestly, it's been really tough. I feel.. betrayed by Sirius, and I can't help but worry about the consequences that could have happened to Snape. I know Sirius didn't mean for things to go that far, but it's hard to shake off the anger and disappointment."
Evan nodded in understanding. "It's completely okay to feel that way, Remus. Trust takes time to rebuild, especially after something like this. Just know that your feelings are valid, and it's okay to take your time in forgiving Sirius."
Pandora chimed in, her voice gentle. "Remus, have you talked to Sirius about how you feel? Communication is key in situations like this. It's important for him to understand the impact of his actions on you."
Remus sighed, his gaze shifting to Barty. "Yeah, I did confront Sirius about it. We had a heated argument, and I made it clear how hurt and disappointed I was. But forgiveness is a process, and I'm not there yet."
Barty nodded in understanding, sharing his own perspective. "I get it, Remus. Sometimes, it takes time to heal and forgive. It's not easy, especially when it involves someone you care about. Just remember to prioritize your own feelings and well-being."
Remus appreciated their support and understanding. "Thank you, guys. It means a lot to have friends who understand and support me through this. I'll take my time and work through these emotions."
The group nodded in agreement, offering their continued support to Remus as he navigated his feelings about the situation.
They were a little surprised that Remus said they were friends out loud but it wasn't unwelcome if anything they wished they were more.
Pandora shared a knowing glance at them, Barty flipped her off, he looked back at Remus who was looking at the Gryffindor table. Specifically at Sirius with a longing gaze. Barty sighed and went back to eating.
