Nicole Roberts is a half-blood Hufflepuff starting her sixth year at Hogwarts. She's in the midst of a "thing" with a very attractive and very charming 7th year Ravenclaw; Wesley Morgan, and has now been proclaimed the "most sought after girl at Hogwarts" by her best friend Eden Dubois.Having taken their O.W.L.'s last year, the sixth years now have classes mixed with students from all four houses at once, instead of the small single or double-house classes they were used to. She can't help but notice that she has multiple N.E.W.T. level classes with a particular blond haired boy, and is left questioning her feelings when something of a friendship starts between them.

Hi there!!! This is my first time ever writing a fic, so I would love to hear all of your feedback if you have any :))

Anyways!! I feel like this will end up being a slow burn and I guess friends to lovers?? idk if that's a thing but. we shall see. there may or may not be smut. I've never written it before but I'm not against it, if y'all want me to include it eventually. Again, we shall see!!! I will add mature warnings at the beginning of any chapters if that is the case.

This is taking place in the Harry Potter universe but it'll be slightly different. Voldemort doesn't necessarily exist, there will be no battle of Hogwarts and Draco was never tasked with killing the headmaster and etc. There are still dark wizards in this world, which is why the Malfoy family has a questionable past, feels pressure from the dark wizards, why Draco's bullying stemmed from his strict and unloving father, etc etc.

The main character is in 6th year with Draco/Harry/the rest of the gang, but the students are 19/20 years old. Seventh year students are 20/21, and so the first years would start at age 14/15. This version of Hogwarts would be more like a high school + a couple years of post-secondary combined. I preferred the students being a little bit older as I just felt like they've had the time to mature and grow into their ideal versions of themselves.

The main character's name is Nicole Roberts and she is in Hufflepuff. You can imagine the story as dracoXreader though bc that's what I do with every story I read hehehe

Eden Dubois is your best friend and is also a 6th year Hufflepuff. Wesley Morgan is a 7th year Ravenclaw, another character I created for the story. You can imagine the protagonist and other characters to look like however you want them to. :) There might be other characters I create, but I just haven't thought of them yet!

Padma Patil is another one of your second best friends from Ravenclaw, although I do not own her, nor most of the characters in this story, as they are the works of JK Rowling.
