Remus loved to write Letters to Sirius, even after his passing.
Each letter was a plea to the Universe to take the feelings away that lingered in the pit of his stomach.
So I begin not to love you,
turn around see me running,
I said I loved you years ago.
Tell myself you never loved me too.
The flames ate the paper like a bunch of dying wolfs, sending the words out into the deeps od death.
“Don’t say she’s pretty ,
and did you ever say that she loved you?
Monny I don’t wanna know.”
Sirius pleaded, standing in the bedroom that was supposed to be his.
Facing the golden wedding band on Remus finger, a symbol of his “love” for his wife.
Can you tell me was it worth it?
The ink on the new letter said.
Padfoots gohst behind him whispered…
“Baby, I don’t wanna know.
Time cast a spell on you, but you won’t forget me.”
“I know I could have loved you but you would not let me!”
Remus words break the silence of the night.
The view of the grave stone burned into his soul.
One night the letters stopped.
Remus couldn’t do it anymore.
He was supposed to be a husband.
A future father.
He could not longer run away from that.
“I know I could have loved you, but you would not let me!”
Tonks screamed, looking at her almost deadbeat husband and baby daddy.
“Well, I follow you down till the sound of my voice will haunt you!”
“Give me just a chance”
Her begging broke the silence of the wedding night.
In middle of death and blood, her voice broke through the air.
“You’ll never get away from the sound of the woman that loved you!”
She followed him down till the battel of Hogwarts, so her voice could haunt him.
As the green light hit her chest, she stared at the man she loved.
Facing the same faith.
“Was I just a fool?”
“You will never get away from the sound of the woman that loved you.”, the priest ended at the funeral, letting the two caskets 6 feet under to ground.
Oh how Tonks despised her words now.
Buried next to the man she could have loved, that just would not let her.
“Time cast a spell on you, but you won’t forget me.”
She looked down at her now gown up Teddy.
“I known I would have loved you, but time would not let me.”
