Chapter 23
As they were debating Shrimpo on this topic, an idea popped into Sprout's mind.
“.. How was Toodles made?”, Sprout asked.
The room was silent, not one person had thought about that until now. As far as they had known, Toodles just existed out of nowhere. Sprout decided to elaborate a bit more.
“I mean, Toodles is Teagan's and Rodger's child.. Did they make her?”, Sprout asked.
Shrimpo looked like he was in thought, which was very rare. He snaps out of thinking as he yells at Sprout.
“DISGUSTING I HATE IT”, Shrimpo yelled.
“... Did they do the.. Theeeeee”, Cosmo couldn't bring himself to say the words.
“Do we get in trouble if we curse or something?”, Ginger asked.
Cosmo looked at Ginger, and gave a thumbs up. While Sprout nodded, Shrimpo was back into thinking.
“I don't think they had sex-”, A unanimous gasp drowned out her voice.
“W-we're gonna get in trouble!”, Cosmo said.
“I think we're safe, the toon handlers aren't here", Ginger said.
“THEY WATCH FROM THE CAMERAS. I HATE CAMERAS”, Shrimpo said.
Ginger looked to the corner of the room, there was a surveillance camera. It had a thin layer of dust on the glass, it doesn't seem to be on..
“Guys.. Calm down, it's not even a curse word”, Ginger said.
Ginger couldn't understand why everyone was overreacting, for the word of 'sex' but they had a reason..
Flash back
“Delilah, are you sure?”, Arthur asked.
Delilah smiled, a weird never ending smile that Dandy will soon learn too. Her gloved hand lands on his shoulder, as she pats him.
“Arthur, I trust you, you trust me”, Delilah said.
“What if the toons like.. Hurt a child, especially Shrimpo. He's very temperamental, even compared to the drafts”, Arthur said.
Delilah smile's slipped a notch but it went back to its position. She let's go of his shoulder, as she kept her hands behind her back. Walking away from him.
“I'm sure you won't like it..”, Delilah said.
“Can I at least know?”, Arthur asked.
“ 'Carrot and stick' ”, Delilah said.
Arthur immediately knew what those words meant, harsh punishments and laid back reward. It's usually used to train dogs, or to isolate and manipulate children.
Delilah walked to the elevator, and clicked the button to the toon rooms. The toons were playing on the carpet, and all was well. They were a bit smaller then wanted, but they'll grow bigger once the growth additives within them kick in.
Goob was using Scrap's tail as a chew toy, Finn was playing with the fake pound that is just a blue cut out circle which he doesn't know is fake.
Teagan was sitting in a circle with Rodger and Brightney, while Vee was sulking in a corner... Brightney was instructed to be with Vee, this will be corrected soon.
Shelly was in the corner, she was talking to herself and the dinosaur plushies. As she read them a bedtime story.
Shrimpo was punching Dandy with his small fists, the star of the show. Also Delilah's favorite, and the main character of the obvious favorism from both Delilah and Arthur.
“YOU MOTHER FUCKER HAHAHHA”, Shrimpo yelled
As soon as Delilah heard those words, she walked over and grabbed Shrimpo by his head tail. Dandy slowly got up, his petals slightly ruffled
“No cursing!”, Delilah said happily.
“PUT ME DOWN”, Shrimpo yelled.
Delilah didn't listen to him, and with a smile on her face. She walked into the toons room, Shrimpo's room. As she opened the door and threw him inside without turning on the lights and locked the door
Everyone in the room was speechless, it had all had been done in less than 20 seconds. Shrimpo could be heard yelling and banging the door from the other side.
“Remember, don't be like a bully like Shrimpo!”, Delilah encouraged.
Delilah looked at Brightney, who immediately got the message. She was ordered to accompany Vee, and she got up to great Vee, who stopped sulking after she saw Brightney.
“LETTT ME OUTT... Please.. It's dark in here.. I hate the dark”, Shrimpo cried, his voice growing quiet
“I'll get going now”, Delilah said
It took them two days until they let Shrimpo back out, he was very irritable after that incident

“We have our reasons...", Sprout said.
“I HATE REASONS”, Shrimpo said
