Sick Day 💙
Kokichi POV
I had been sick for a couple day now but today was so much worse than the rest. I was sneezing up a storm. Unfortunately, that means I had to stay away from my Shumai. I don't want to get him sick. Despite me specifically trying to stay away from him and him knowing I'm sick, he persisted and tried to be near me. I didn't get it since most of the time I just play pranks and mess around with him.
Shuichi came up behind me and grabbed my hand and started walking. After he realized I was having a hard time keeping up with him he stopped and picked me up bridal style. He walked, with me in his arms, to the dining hall.
"Shuichi stop! You're going to get sick! Achoo" I yelled.
"That's ok! I want to be able to help you feel better even if that means getting sick myself." With that Shuichi put me down on my normal chair at the huge table. He ran into the kitchen leaving me alone. I attempted to get up and leave so then I could avoid getting him sick but he came back before I could. He had a bowl of soup with him.
"Here! It should hopefully make you feel better." Shuichi smiled.
"I don't feel like eating."
"How are you going to get better if you don't eat?" Shuichi sounded concerned, "here let me help then!" Shuichi sat down next to me a shoved a spoonful of soup in my face.
"Are you- achoo are you feeding me? You must really love me Shumai!" I smiled before getting cutoff by the spoon. Shuichi put his other hand on top of mine and smiled softly.
"Does it taste ok?" Shuichi asked.
"It's perfect Shuichi." Shuichi continued until the bowl was empty.
"Do you feel any better?"
"If I say no would you continue?" Shuichi laughed at my question.
"Woah, what are you two doing alone together?" Kaito said as he walked into the dining hall.
"Kokichi wasn't feeling good so I was making sure he was taking care of himself." Shuichi looked as though that wouldn't be weird to hear coming from him.
"Yeah Shuichi loves me!" I got up and hugged Shuichi. Achoo
After that Shuichi got sick as well but I was able to take of him as well!
