flying date-jegulus

James Potter and Regulus Black had been dating secretly for a few weeks now, and they were both eager to spend some time together without having to worry about anyone else. So, James came up with the perfect idea that he knew Regulus would love: a date on the Quidditch pitch.

The evening was warm and clear, and James had brought a picnic blanket and a basket of food to enjoy under the stars. Regulus was impressed by the effort James had put into the date, and he couldn't help but feel grateful for James's thoughtfulness.

After they had finished eating, James stood up and offered Regulus his hand. "Come on, let's go fly," he said, grinning.

Regulus took his hand and they made their way to the broomsticks that James had brought. They mounted them and rose into the air, soaring high above the Quidditch pitch.

It was a breathtaking experience, feeling the wind in their hair and the thrill of the flight. James had always loved flying, but he had never flown with someone he cared about so deeply before.

Regulus was a natural on a broomstick, and James couldn't help but admire him as he flew beside him. They flew in loops and circles, laughing and shouting as they went.

As the night went on, the moon rose higher in the sky, casting a silver glow over the Quidditch pitch. James pulled his broomstick up beside Regulus's, and they sat there, suspended in mid-air, watching the stars twinkle above them.

Regulus turned to James, his eyes shining. "This is amazing," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

James smiled, feeling his heart swell with happiness. "Yeah, it is," he replied, leaning in for a kiss.

They kissed as they floated in the air, feeling weightless and free. And in that moment, nothing else in the world mattered except for each other and the magic of the night sky.
