Bella Evans

At the age of nine, Bella gathered all her magic calling on Lady Magic as she declared her name change as she said her name she also called on lady magic to give her the matriarch status over her house giving her the right when she came of magical majority to appoint a proxy over her Wizengamot seats until she could take over after graduating from Hogwarts.
Years had passed since then and Wx. Bella Evans had received her letter after threatening to sever the hand of her uncle if he didn't hand it over after he had torn up the first few letters utterly pissing her off as she momentarily lost control her her magic her hair turning a blood red with her rage, Vernon knew that his "nephew" was as serious as he was on not calling her by her proper name.
Bella had told Vernon and Petunia that from here on out they wouldn't see her again, she knew that Dumbles would try to bring her back her over the summer but she had learned how to summon her cloak from him so that she could hide from him and just sneak off to number twelve a place she knew that she knew could keep her from being located till after the summer was over and she suddenly appeared at King's Cross.
Having received her letter she made her way to the Leaky Cauldron asking the bar keep Tom to open the way for her. Tom was nice to her and offered her a hot meal when she came back from her shopping, Bella wasn't used to kindness in this timeline so she was rather touched and said she'd take him up on that after she made a run to get her school supplies and Hedwig.
There were few things or people that Bella loved in either timeline and Hedwig was the first friend and family she ever had in both timelines; after going to Gringotts and requesting to meet her account manager GripHook. She liked when people were to the point and honest with her like he was GripHook had tested her blood and given her a look of pure shock when it said she was already accepted by Lady Magic as Matriarch of her houses. She had walked out of the office after telling him that she felt there was something of really dark magic in the vaults down below Gringotts.
Having Hedwig made Bella happy and kept her calm as people rushed around her looking for "the boy savior", she never did do well in crowds and as she did her shopping for her years books ingredients cauldron and a featherlight expanded case to put everything in she wondered if she could be unaffiliated with the main four houses. Bella hated competitions and only entered the Gryffindor Quidditch team to keep out of trouble this time she would just catch it with an area feather fall charm as she had to catch Neville as well as his rememberal.
Time passed as she stayed at the Leaky Cauldron, nobody managed to find her which she found weird but accepted as she had her scar purged and morphed away so it wasn't the biggest of shocks that nobody found her while looking for a male with her eyes but with that cursed scar.
After staying with tom for a while and paying for the food and place to stay Bella headed to the floo and called out King's cross station platform nine and three fourths, she had learned how to not fall flat on her face thanks to some advice from the patrons at the Leaky Cauldron and from Tom himself.
Spotting the candy red train she made her way forward and spotted Hermione, Bella decided to wait till Hermione came to ask if she had seen Neville's toad Trevor and accio him while she offered the two to sit and talk for the train ride to Hogwarts which she knew was boring by herself with just her, Hedwig and her books no matter how much she loved to read and "practice" with her "wand".

Hermione was as sweet as ever as Bella said no she hadn't seen Trevor but did know a spell to summon him for Neville, the three of them were happily chatting until Ron as with last time came bursting into the compartment with no warning to ask if Harry Potter was in here as this was the last spot to check all three said they hadn't seen Harry and you could see Ron sink in disappointment at not being able to rub it into Malfoy's face that he was Harry's friend.
Honestly Malfoy acted like a prat but was kinda nice once you got him to drop the pureblood mask his father forced him to wear when in public, Pandy wasn't so bad either as she just wanted to be around Malfoy and Blaise well he was just really chill something that Bella appreciated as it was a nice change of pace sometimes.
Hogwarts went like last time till Harry Potter was called and the place with absolutely nuts when he didn't walk up and couldn't be seen in the line.
When the line got to Hermione the hat went on her head and this time she had ended up in RavenClaw the only place Bella ever thought that she had belonged. Bella Evans was called as Snape, McGonagall and the headmaster stared at her, she met the headmaster's gaze in a duel of mind magics before breaking eye contact and nodding to put the hat on her.
The sorting hat looked through her mind as she asked to be unaffiliated with any of the main houses getting her placed in what was a hidden house of Hogwarts "the house of Le Fey" which had the mascot of a shadow fox with a purple and black colour scheme. The place went silent as she moved to sit at her table alone and waved at her friends who just smiled and waved back at her, Bella knew she was going to get called into the Headmaster's office by the end of the day but she didn't care as she just left to go to her house which was accessed from behind the portrait of Morgana Le Fey herself.
Bella curtsied and introduced herself letting her magic just flow around her as she didn't have to worry about it as she wasn't near anybody who could be shocked about how much power she had in her core.
True to her thoughts she had been summoned to the headmaster's office so she reeled in her magic and made her way up today's password was lemon drops which Bella actually had a fondness for due to the sour versions and her loving sour things.
As she sat down the Dumbledore stared at her trying to make her crack and reveal anything her wanted but she didn't back down releasing a bit of her magic to make it clear all he was doing was losing her. He stopped staring at her as he took a breath and calmed down; 'my dear boy we have been looking for you all over what are you doing scaring us all disappearing and appearing under a different name, how about you drop your transformation and go to Gryffindor'.
This pissed her off severely so she dropped her guard on her magic making the air thick with magic as she sent out a cutting spell that cut just above his head; 'I am Lady Bella Donna Evans, matriarch of house Potter/Black/Peverell and Slytherin, I am well within my right to use my magic to make me more comfortable in my own body and I refuse to be part of some dumb competition that just leads to interhouse hate and stereotyping, I took my mother's maiden name so i could avoid the fame that comes from the deaths of my parents and if you expect me anywhere but in my room on all hallows we will have a problem which I will bring up with the board and my proxy Amelia Bones'.
As she sat there reeling in her magic so the headmaster could breathe and respond to her waiting on his response her godmother Andromeda Tonks nee Black burst into the room having felt her magic from the bottom of the stairs and assumed Bella was under pressure from Dumbledore; honestly this had shocked Bella as well as she hadn't had the time to get in contact with her yet so she assumed it must have been GripHook that sent a letter to her proper magical guardian with her new name in it.
Bella sat there stunned in her purple and black robes having not planned on this happening she had no idea on how to react just staring at her Godmother in shock and a bit of pride knowing this meant she had a proper protective family again feeling her magic click with the love she was supposed to have had all these years.

Shocking everybody in the room that click in her magic had sent her into sobs from the pain and lack of love she's had over the years causing Andromeda to rush over and rest a hand on her shoulder. Bella looked up at her and for the first time in this life went in for a hug knowing she would be held in silence and love till she either cried herself to sleep or stopped crying enough to talk to either adult in the room with her currently, one thing she hadn't noticed was Andromeda death glaring at the headmaster having been informed of everything that Bella had gone through in her life over a technicality that she easily filled out by being related even slightly to Bella's father.
Eventually Bella cried herself out and passed out in Andromeda's arms as she was picked up and escorted back to the Le Fey common room which just had one door as only Bella lived there currently. Going into the room she was placed on her bed as Andromeda just sat there holding her hand close in sadness as she thought about how Bella's life could have been if she was allowed to be herself and not tortured even existing, she promised herself that she would take great care of Bella from now on and help her heal from all her mental scarring. She would introduce Bella to her daughter before Nymphadora had to leave Hogwarts and they would get to know each other more over the summer seeing as both were Metamorphagi, she hoped that would be a starting point for both to build a sistership.
