Voicemail
As the sun starts to rise, painting the sky shades of pink and blue like cotton candy, Sirius is wide awake. Remus is fast asleep
Sirius knows his life won't be the same, Regulus' life (if he's even alive) won't be the same. But he covers up those thoughts with thoughts of Remus, that ought to make him feel better.
Like when they watch TV together, go on dates, hide from the real world. When their together it's like nothing else in the world matters.
"Remus" Sirius whispers while gently shaking Remus awake "Remus wake up"
Remus groans and rolls over to face Sirius, Remus's hair is messy and Sirius can't help but adore it.
"What?" Remus says sleepily "What time is it?"
"Uhh, like 7:30?" Sirius has a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips
"Tell me later" Remus rolls back over.

James is also awake, less awake than Sirius but still awake.
He picks up his phone and dials a number.
"Hey! What's up?- Just joking, this is voicemail haha! Leave a message"
The voice brought a tear to James's eye, he just wanted to hear it again.
It was Regulus.
He prays that one day it won't have to be voicemail anymore, he hopes he can actually speak to Regulus again.
"Regulus..." James voice is breaking "Regulus, please come back."
And James hangs up hesitantly.
He misses him, he hasn't seen him in a while, and now he's missing...
James blames himself, it's his fault because he told Lily and she probably told Regulus.
James dials a different number.
"Hello?" It was Lily this time, and not voicemail.
"Lily... Hi."
"James, are you okay? Are you crying?" Shes worried for him, he can tell my her voice.
"Oh, uhm... maybe?"
"What's u- Oh..."
"Its fine, i just wanted to ask you something..." James takes a pause to gather the words, "Did you say anything to Regulus...That I told you?"
"What? No, I would never so that to you! James, I'm not mad at you. I was never mad, I was just sad... Regulus wouldn't have wanted me to know, and I wouldn't let him know that I do, he would probably hate you for it, not that he does! Sorry, that was...rather insensitive of me" Shes not lying, she's anything but lying.
"Its okay, sorry... I just thought I'd ask you"
"Yeah it's fine!"
"Well... Uhm, bye then" And James hangs up.
