One Week Later

"so... Severus" Rusty mumbled looking at Severus who was laying down on his bed.
"hm?"
"my mom said she'd take both of us to get our school supplies..." Rusty finished off as he watched Severus read a book.
"really!?" Severus smiled looking back at Rusty.
"yes!" Rusty smiled back as he was also laying down on his bed. Rusty continued to look up at the ceiling bored, "she said she'd take us next week..." Rusty managed to say before he yawned.
"okay! your mom's the best!" Severus replied before also yawning.
They both said their goodnights before falling asleep.

The Next Day

Rusty and Severus heard a girl shoating something about being a freak, Rusty looked at Severus, while Severus looked at Rusty, they both nodded as they stood up, walking out from the hollow tree they where in.
The girl who was shouting had brown hair, but the girl that was getting shouted at had red hair.
Rusty looked annoyed at the loud noise as he looked at Severus who was blushing at the red head. Rusty glared at the red head as he than looked at the girl that was shouting, the brown haired girl fell backwards as she looked at Severus and Rusty.
Rusty heard the girl shout something about telling their mom or something, he looked back at the red head as Severus used magic, floating a plant of some sort at the girl.
The red head caught it as it turned into a lily. Rusty saw the girl smile at Severus, Rusty was glaring daggers at the red head as he saw Severus smile at the girl.
"hello! my name's lily!" the red head yelled at Rusty and Severus.
"my name's Severus! and he's Rusty!" Severus shouted at the girl.
The red head walked towards them as she smiled, "wanna hang out with us!" Severus asked leading the girl into their hide out.
Rusty kept glaring at the girl who agreed as she sat in his spot.
"I'm going home" Rusty yelled out annoyed as he glared at the girl one more time.
"why?" Severus started, not even finishing as Rusty grabbed his bag and left.
Severus sat in silence with Lily for a couple of seconds before he started a conversation with her.

At Rusty's House

Rusty stormed into his house annoyed as he slammed the front door shut.
His older brother, Nick smirked down at him "did your little boyfriend leave you?" he teased.
"shut up!" Rusty yelled throwing as glass cup at him, missing him only by a few centimeters.
Rusty ran up stairs into his room as he locked the doors. He yelled into his pillow as he cried softly, staring at a picture of him and Severus.

The Next Day

"RUSTY!" Rusty's mom yelled from downstairs.
He walked downstairs annoyed "what!" he yelled in a annoyed tone. He looked over where his mom was, Severus and that dirty red head were Infront of his mom.
"why is she here?" Rusty said in an annoyed tone.
"RUSTY!" his mom yelled at him, Rusty rolled his eyes.
Lily looked at Rusty with saddnes written across her face as she held onto Severus's hand. Rusty glared at her before smiling at Severus "hey sev!".
"hey Rusty!" Severus smiled back at him "wanna come play outside with us..?" Severus asked in a soft voice.
Rusty looked between lily and Severus before he nodded.

At The Park

Rusty was pushing Severus on the swing as Severus laughed and smiled. Rusty kept throwing glares at lily whenever she talked to Severus.
"wanna go get snacks Severus?" I Rusty asked as Severus nodded his head fast.
Rusty giggled grabbing onto severus's hand as Severus held onto lily's hand, Rusty brought Severus to the store. "pick a snack Severus!" he shouted as he stared down at Severus.
Severus ended up choosing chocolate, as Rusty chose a bag of chips "what about lily?" Severus asked.
Rusty looked at lily before looking back at Severus "I don't have enough money.." Rusty lied.
