Dick could not even move from the shame from almost killing the hero who saved his brother Tim from a mindless titan, gasping in horror for what he was about to do. The entire gathering of heroes spent the entire moment in silence, but one of them deemed it was enough.
“Please, listen to us. We come in peace, and this Kryptonian is not your enemy anymore”, Armin said. The soldier motioned his Amazon friend to continue.
“We both come from the same world... She is Supergirl of our world... where her cousin Superman went mad and killed everyone she loved, except me”, Wonder Girl explained. Dick became even more horrified at what he had heard. Dick thought what he would do if Superman became mad and killed all of his friends.
“How can a hero like Superman become evil?!”, Jason exclaimed in shock.
“So... she was really the other me!?”, Supergirl gasped, horrified.
“It is a long story we don’t have time for. What you all need to know is that a vile sorcerer Quan Chi manipulated her to become evil, using her anger toward her world’s Superman. And we have a proof for her atonement”, Armin said as he motioned Hanzo to bring their item. Hanzo came to them and raised the head of Quan Chi in the air.
“This vile sorcerer was an expert of manipulating people with grief. I suffered his trick as well when he killed my family and blamed it on an innocent man, Bi-Han, who is now this shadow. When we realized Quan Chi was pulling the strings, we decided to atone by killing him, who was truly responsible for what happened”, Hanzo explained.
“I understand the Weight of Lives this Kara had taken, especially Bruce Wayne and Alfred Pennyworth. However, both of them are now back, and you do all know a strategic value of a Kryptonian. As a green lantern who will dedicate my life to justice, hope, and freedom, I ask you all to give her a chance for redemption!”, Armin demanded. By the time, Power Girl had finally recovered from the Kryptonite grenade. She heard everything. Kara decided she needed to be sincere.
“Please... I let my grief take over and became a monster... but I now realized I was wrong... please... at least let me try to atone for my mistakes”, Power Girl begged. Dick finally recovered from his shocked state, as he finally felt sorry for Power Girl.
“I... I had no idea what you actually went through... if I had been in your position... I would had definitely done the same thing... and I was about to allow my anger to kill an innocent man. I accept”, Dick said.
“I observe. I do not judge”, Liu Kang added.
“I once served a madman called Shao Kahn. He pretended to be my father, but in truth, he killed my actual father, Jerrod. I fought for him against Earthrealm, and killed many heroes... until Liu Kang showed me light. Then I saw the truth... and decided to redeem myself. The White Lotus accepted me and took me in. You can bring yourself back to the light as long as you desire it”, Kitana told Power Girl.
“That was the same for me”, Jade also added.
“Thank you, for accepting us”, Wonder Girl said.
“And you don’t have to be ashamed of being about to kill me instead. I understand it was an accident”, Armin told Dick.
“You... forgive me... even if I might had killed you?”, Dick asked.
“I would had just pleaded you to accept her even if I took the spear”, Armin answered, but Superman landed before him, to reveal the truth.
“No. Your death would had resulted in this Kara finally losing her purpose to redeem herself. She would had killed everyone if you had died. You were the ‘key’, for her to regain her humanity, as you were the only one whom she had left”, Superman explained.
“I... I had no idea. Will we be friends again?”, the ‘key’ asked.
“You saved my brother, and helped us win against the monsters. You even forgave me for almost killing you. That makes us friends”, Dick said.
“You even called us your friends when you saved Conner”, Starfire added.
“What do you mean by ‘again’? We haven’t met before this invasion”, Cyborg asked.
“It’s... a very long and complicated story”, Wonder Girl replied.
“And I am grateful you brought this Kara back to the light, as I am her cousin, after all”, Superman concluded.
“Thank you, it is an honor. By the way, I need an immediate recharge from the power batteries...”, Armin said as he almost collapsed from exhaustion again. Kyle and Guy helped the teen up and let Armin sink his hands into their green lantern batteries, recharging him.
“Who are we facing? We thought it was over when Quan Chi died”, Wonder Girl asked.
“We are facing Shinnok, a fallen elder god far worse than Quan Chi”, Fujin explained. Then Thor, Hercules, and Wonder Woman came.
“Shinnok invaded Earth 900 years ago. I participated in the battle alongside my mother, and that was how I met Thor and Hercules”, Wonder Woman explained.
“My father Odin, and Zeus led us all into battle. That was the second time Shinnok invaded Midgard. Asgardians, Olympians, Atlanteans, Amazons, Humans, even ancient Green Lanterns participated in the battle”, Thor explained, as he recalled the whole event.

Odin and Zeus was in front of all warriors assembled to fight Shinnok’s army. There were Oni demons and mindless titans, as well as all titan shifters. These monsters were all loyal to Shinnok. Ares stood next to Zeus, and brandished his axe. Shinnok used his hell blast and turned Earth into a burning ground.
Shinnok motioned his army to charge into the heroes. Green Lanterns all constructed energy blades to execute the mindless titans, as Amazons charged into the Oni horde and decimated the demonic creatures, led by Hippolyta. Young Thor blasted the Oni which came to him and Diana with his both hammers. Hercules used his golden mace to smash the Oni demons. The three warriors, Thor, Hercules, Diana all fought as one, killing Shinnok’s forces. Then the moment happened.
Diana was about to be overwhelmed by Oni demons, as she was still young. Diana still fought with her sword and shield. Thor threw Mjolnir at the Oni army to protect Diana, only to have the hammer end up in Diana’s hand. Diana watched the hammer in amazement. Then lightnings fell from the sky, annihilating the Oni horde, as Diana became Worthy.
At the time, Shinnok managed to trap an green lantern in massive bone hand and slice his hand. The bone hand then ripped the lantern in half. However, Shinnok was distracted by the kill he just made, which allowed Odin to strike the fallen god with Gungnir, which hurt the fallen god immensely. Raiden and Fujin joined forces to blast Shinnok wounded by Gungnir, sending the fallen god away with lightning and tornado. This allowed Ares to jump toward Shinnok, who impaled Shinnok’s shoulder with the axe, empowered by the conflict. Shinnok could only groan in pain as Zeus’ lightning, which was even powerful than Thor’s or Raiden’s, burned the fallen god down. Then a human joined them, glowing in green light, and kicked Shinnok’s groin, weakening the god somehow. Loki then cast a spell to drag the fallen god to unconsciousness. Raiden then created a magic circle which sent Shinnok to the Netherrealm, to banish the fallen god for good.

“In this battle, Diana managed to wield Mjolnir. She was the only one worthy of Mjolnir until Steve. Our fathers, and Ares managed to destroy the fallen god’s scheme, but it seems he is returning again”, Thor said.
“Myself, with Odin’s help, managed to banish Shinnok to the Netherrealm for the second time. With Odin’s help, Shinnok cannot get out until he get his amulet, which was stolen by someone”, Raiden added.
“We heard from Quan Chi he was trying to backstab his master with a kryptonian, an amazon, and an asgardian by gaining his amulet, which he assigned a rat to do”, Sub Zero explained. This was met by a furious reaction from Harry Potter, who knew about ‘the rat’.
“Wormtail! That treacherous vermin! I should had killed him in my third year!”, Harry yelled in anger, toward himself for not ending the traitor’s life, but Fujin stopped him.
“Even if you had killed the vermin, Quan Chi would had brought it back anyway. It was not your fault”, Fujin said.
“Wait, you guys told us it was the second time. What did you prepare for the second time since the first attempt?”, Iron Man asked.
“The first invasion was repelled by the elder gods. By the time, Shinnok was still an elder god. As an attempt to secure the safety of the realms in case one of them became corrupt, the elder gods blessed two kombatants with a power that can weaken and kill elder gods. The descendent of one of the kombatant is Johnny Cage, and his daughter, Cassandra Cage”, Raiden explained.
“What?! So I can kill gods?”, Johnny Cage asked.
“I can be the new chosen one?!”, Cassie Cage beamed in joy.
“Only the elder gods. Your powers won’t work on those like Thor or Wonder Woman”, Fujin replied.
“Then what happened to the other one, lord Raiden? You never told us about the kombatants. Is there anything you want to hide from us?”, Kung Lao asked.
“Kung Lao, Liu Kang, please do not hate me for this. The other one, was the one who became Shao Kahn”, Raiden said. The chosen ones gasped in surprise.
“So... the elder gods created Shao Kahn?”, Liu Kang asked, incredulous.
“They did. That was why they swore never to interfere in mortal affairs again, so they won’t make another mistake”, Fujin answered.
“I now see why the elder gods didn’t intervene even when Earth’s fate were at stake. They were afraid”, Sonya sighed.
“Then how were we able to defeat him?”, Liu Kang asked again.
“Shao Kahn’s powers weaken both me and Fujin. However, when we fused with you, your human factor prevented the power from affecting our fused form”, Raiden explained.
“If we could use their powers, it would be so easy”, Black Widow said. Then the third child approached them with the second child.
“I have the power to infect the power of Cage family to you all, if you put these on your body”, Shinji said, pulling a blue slime, which contained the power of Bardiel.
“The only downside is that you have to put this disgusting slime on your body”, Asuka added.
“Wow! You can give people powers? I can just absorb them”, Rogue said.
“Only with this slime, I can give them power”, Shinji replied. The heroes began to put the blue slimes on their bodies. Shinji then scanned the power of Cage bloodline, and infected everyone with it. Soon, all heroes were able to glow their body in green, like Johnny and Cassie Cage.
“This would make it much safer for us all to face Shinnok”, Raiden said, as even he could use Johnny Cage’s powers without being weakened. Then John Stewart and Kyle Rayner suddenly ripped the blue slimes off, much to everyone’s surprise.
“Wait! You need those to access to the powers to weaken Shinnok!”, Hal exclaimed.
“No problem, Hal. We already know how the energy radiation works”, John replied.
“Me too, I am the strongest Green Lantern after all”, Kyle added. Raiden then noticed Green Guardian too took off the blue slime.
“So you too understand how the radiation works”, Raiden asked.
“I can even create Kryptonite radiation from my solid light”, Armin, now recharged, replied. Raiden then noticed the blood of Shinnok’s followers inside the lantern.
“By the elder gods! You are an Eldian, from Ryut!”, Raiden exclaimed.
“Wait, I haven’t even heard those words, what do they supposed to mean?”, Green Guardian asked.
“Your race, Eldians, assisted Shinnok in his second attempt, giving him supplies of mindless titans, and titan shifters. The realm of Ryut was Shinnok’s ideal place, to create death and misery. He was the one responsible for the Manhunters, the police machines created by the Guardians of the universe to go rogue and kill all inhabitants on the realm. Then Shinnok planted your planet with the source of the power of the titans, moving some humans to the realm”, Raiden explained.
“So that’s why you knew how to kill the titan monsters... I... I had no idea my ancestors had been... so EVIL”, Green guardian gasped, mortified.
“It’s okay. You are a green lantern, and I see the good in you. We will help you redeem your race, and free it from the fallen god. Even Outworld which kept serving Shao Kahn managed to redeem itself by wiser Kahn like you, Kotal Kahn. Your race will be no different, as long as you guide them to the right path”, Raiden assured.
“I was Megatron’s lackey once, a servant to a tyrant who killed his own world. Even I was able to find redemption after I realized his cause was wrong. You definitely can”, Thundercracker added.
“I made a promise to my predecessor to fight for what’s right, and even after knowing the truth about my ancestors, I will never stop at protecting the world and innocent lives”, Green Guardian said with determination. Secretary, the lantern also made up his mind to forgive Reiner, Bertolt, and Annie as well, as he saw himself being mad at them inside Dick and learned the dark past of his ancestors. He knew he was in no place to blame them.

Meanwhile, in Wall Rose, the survey corps were discussing with the warrior units, except for Zeke who was still wounded healing his limbs.
“We must stop Shinnok from destroying everything, like the One Earth Regime”, Jean said. Gabi, Falco, and Pieck gasped at the word ‘One Earth Regime’. They had no idea what it meant, but they were sure it was of bad meanings.
“What is the ‘One Earth Regime’ you speak of?”, Falco asked.
“The One Earth Regime is a group of crazy and murderous tyrants. They all have powers like Armin and Mikasa, but theirs come from fear, unlike Armin’s willpower and Mikasa’s love. They came to invade our home to kill us all even though we had nothing to do with them”, Eren explained.
“They claimed to bring peace to this world, by killing everyone who opposed them, which was us. Armin told us all those who opposed them in their world were punished with death by their cruel hands, and they tried to do the same here”, Mikasa sighed with contempt toward the regime.
“They killed some of our friends, and tried to bring a reign of terror on this world. They were the worst people we’ve ever seen. You are all decent people compared to them”, Connie added.
“One of them, who we call Wonder Whore, even labelled us as criminals! And the one called Damian Wayne too was insane enough to judge us as traitors!”, Sasha spat with anger.
“I never thought people with pure evil intentions do exist, until they came”, Christa added.
“They... are the real devils! Your people were not devils!”, Gabi said, now mortified at the teachings in Marley.
“What do you mean by us being devils?”, Sasha asked.
“In our home, we were taught that your people were evil, like the Regime. As ignorant children we were, we believed it and destroyed the gates, but after we learned the truth, we could hardly see you as what they taught you as”, Bertolt answered.
“I wish we could make up for what we’ve done. We will even go through the hell of redemption if we could”, Annie added.
“I failed Marcel to Quan Chi, and your people to myself. I won’t fail again”, Reiner added. Ymir, by the time, decided to reveal her secret.
“Reiner, I was the one who actually ‘killed’ Marcel. I am the one to blame”, Ymir said. Reiner instantly knew what she meant.
“So you were the titan who ate him... I don’t blame you. Quan Chi ‘did’ kill Marcel, not you”, Reiner replied.
“Soldiers, ready yourselves. Our hero could engage Shinnok in any moment. When he does, we will join the battle as well”, Erwin ordered.
“I too want to help our god, to avenge our victims as well as Quan Chi’s”, Pieck added.
“Didn’t he tell you he wasn’t a god?”, Levi asked the titan shifter with sarcasm.
“But he sure is the strongest of humanity now, which you were”, Hange told Levi with sarcasm as well. However, none of them realized Zeke was gone from their sight, for his master.

In the Netherrealm, Shinnok approached the torture chamber where Voldemort and the remaining death eaters were being tortured by Drahmin and his servants.
“Drahmin! End this nonsense!”, Shinnok ordered.
“Yes, Lord Shinnok!”, Drahmin said in fear as he motioned his troops to stop the torture. Shinnok approached Voldemort.
“Voldemort, Quan Chi is finally dead. The heroes killed him”, Shinnok explained.
“What is this? Your minion treat us like dogs! We agreed to serve you on equal terms, and he betrayed ME!”, Voldemort spat with anger.
“Quan Chi was trying to betray me, like you did to him. And I need a new sorcerer who will worship me as a god of death and misery. You fit in the position”, Shinnok explained.
“What do you want me to do?”, Voldemort asked.
“You will go to SEELE first. They are to provide us with N2 bombs and their MP Evangelion units. You will then go to Ryut to retrieve my servant, Zeke”, Shinnok ordered.
“As long as you give me the privilege of remaining a dark lord, I will worship you”, Voldemort said, as he went to retrieve their allies.

At the Avengers compound, nine heroes stood at the front of heroic hordes gathered across the universe. Superman, Captain America, Nightwing, Cyclops, Optimus Prime, Liu Kang, Steelbane, Green Guardian, and Captain Apostle EVA 01. They all had determination in their eyes, and nothing was going to stop them.
“Shinnok must be stopped. We shall stand, and he shall fall”, Optimus Prime declared, brandishing his rifle.
“I will do whatever it takes to defend my family from anyone, even a god”, Nightwing said.
“The XMEN is my family, and like Nightwing, I will fight until the last to defend it”, Cyclops added.
“Shinnok may have fought the union of ancient heroes, but he hasn’t fought us, not us united”, Captain America assured.
“I’ve killed gods with my EVA 01 even before I got my powers. Shinnok will suffer the same fate”, Shinji Ikari gloated.
“I already defeated a murderous goddess on my own even without her weakness. Another murderous god doesn’t even scare me, and I already know its weakness”, Green Guardian said with a smirk.
“The Guardians of the Galaxy already defeated a god with a planet-sized ego. Shinnok is tiny compared to that”, Star Lord cheered.
“Shao Kahn was created to defeat Shinnok, and Kung Lao and I defeated him. Shinnok is destined to fall”, Liu Kang declared, in his fused form with Raiden.
“I will never back down from a fight, as a Gryffindor”, Steelbane swore.
“Today, hope and justice will prevail again”, Superman concluded. Captain America turned to Doctor Strange and ordered.
“Strange, open the portal to the Netherrealm. We are all going”, Strange quickly obliged and opened the portals.

In the Netherrealm, the monstrous horde of Oni demons and mindless titans, accompanied by MP Evangelion Units as well as the Beast Titan had been already waiting, ready to defend their sovereign. Suddenly, out of nowhere, countless portals began to open. The nine heroes led the rest from the Avengers compound, followed by the sorcerers led by Wong and the Fantastic Four. Then, they began to hear loud chants.
“Yibambe!”, Black Panther called out.
“Yibambe!”, Okoye, Shuri, and M’Baku resumed, as well as T’Challa’s troops. Then, a portal opened to reveal Magneto, Mystique, Toad, and Juggernaut.
“For My Mutant Brothers!”, Magneto declared as he led his brotherhood of mutants into battle, and stood next to the XMEN led by Cyclops. The next moment, Black Bolt, Medusa, Crystal emerged from the portal near the Fantastic Four. Then, another portal opened to reveal the Atlanteans led by Ocean Master.
“Orm?!”, Aquaman exclaimed in shock. Orm nodded at his brother and resumed.
“For Atlantis!”, the Atlanteans raised their weapons up in the air. They took the side near Aquaman. Then a female war cry was heard.
“Show him your fear!”, it was queen Hippolyta with her Amazon army by her side, resting near her daughter Diana. The next to come were the Outworld army led by Kotal, Goro, and Baraka, followed by Sindel and Rain, standing next to the kombatants led by Fire God Liu Kang and Wind God Kung Lao. Then more portals opened to reveal the flying devices of Wakanda, and SHIELD Helicarriers, flying next to the WILLE warship, AAA Wunder, joined by Raveger ships. From behind all those devices, Metroplex and Omega Supreme emerged from two portals.
“Metroplex heeds the call of the last prime!”, Metroplex declared. Then green portals opened in the sky, and revealed the entire Green Lantern Corps, including Mogo, led by Ganthet and Mogo, followed by Saint Walker who received their call. Then, red portals opened in the sky, revealing the red lanterns led by Atrocitus.
“There is so much rage in here! And Shinnok, you will shed no more blood!”, Atrocitus said in a judging tone. Then, a portal opened to reveal the Rogues led by Captain Cold. Flash was so happy to see his rival joining his friends.
“Captain Cold!”, Barry beamed with joy.
“Yeah, we won’t let Shinnok ruin the world, then we can play hero and villain together, Flash”, Snart replied.
The next moment, Carol Ferris in her Star Sapphire form, Pepper Potts in her rescue armor, Lena Luthor in her armor which had now a S mark instead of L, landed before Hal Jordan, Iron Man, and Supergirl. Even Kenshi and Takeda joined as they stood near Hanzo. Then Wizards and Witches from Hogwarts led by Draco Malfoy, including Viktor and Fluer began to apparate into the Netherrealm, followed by the Order of the Pheonix, alongside Lucius and Narcissa who joined to fight with their son. Then ghost from Hogwarts, including Myrtle showed up with their phasing colors.
“I told you to evacuate everyone, Draco!”, Harry yelled.
“Sorry, but we all couldn’t back down, and we will be okay as long as we are all fused”, the Slytherin blonde retorted with a smile. The next moment, all wizards and witches, except Dumblefore, McGonagall, and Snape raised their wands and turned into Dragonstorm, resting near Optimus Prime. Then a bifrost ascended near Thor, revealing the Asgardians led by Loki who handed Odin’s Gungnir to Thor, who was in total joy.
“Loki! Thank Allfather you are alive!”, Thor said in a joyous tone.
“Thor, he faked his death and betrayed your trust”, Sif retorted with a defiant voice, alongside Fandral, Volstagg, and Hogun.
“Perhaps, we should say even Loki can be trusted in dark days like today”, Fandral sighed.
“Who cares! I’m just glad he’s alive and well! And he gave me father’s Gungnir!”, Thor yelled with joy.
“Insects...”, Shinnok growled at the sight of many heroes gathered to defeat his army.
“Is that everyone?”, Doctor Strange asked.
“What? You wanted more?”, Wong asked in disbelief, thinking all had been assembled. However, in the next moment, a violet portal opened near Green Guardian, who stood next to Nightwing alongside his new friends, his Titans.
“My soldiers, Rage! My soldiers, Scream! My soldiers, Fight! Dedicate your hearts!”, it was the survey corps led by Erwin Smith alongside Levi and Hange, emerging from the portal generated by their violet lantern, Mikasa Ackerman, aka Violet Angel, who rode the cart titan with her cannon constructs. Behind them, the Attack Titan stood alongside the Armored Titan, Ymir’s Jaws Titan, and Female Titan, covered by the Colossal Titan who stood behind them. Sasha brandished her escrima sticks by banging them, with a bow on her back. Gabi and Falco stood next to Sasha, who was to cover the inexperienced fighters with rifles in their hands.
“For Liberio!”, Gabi yelled with hatred as she saw Zeke siding with Shinnok. The united forces of the survey corps and the warrior unit rested near the Amazon horde. Connie was dumbfounded when he saw many superheroes alongside his world’s hero.
“Woah! Are they all with you?!”, the bold teen asked his green lantern friend.
“We are with them”, Green Guardian replied with determined tone. The next moment, Power Girl and Wonder Girl landed next to their new insurgent friend, completing the insurgent trinity.
“But we are with him”, Power Girl and Wonder Girl declared at the same time.
All the generations of new hope, formed an impressive spectacle, as Captain America brandished Mjolnir in his hand.
“Avengers! Assemble!”, Captain America ordered. The next moment, all fighters charged into Shinnok’s forces, unleashing an unison of their war cries. Shinnok pointed at the heroes as he motioned his minions to attack, as he was uncertain of the outcome of the war. Soon, Voldemort and the death eaters alongside a grey skinned girl inside of black vortex, the Beast Titan and the mindless titans, the Oni hordes led by Drahmin, the Multi Production Evangelion Units, charged into the heroes. The heroes, led by Superman, Captain America, and Fire God Liu Kang in the middle, Optimus Prime, Dragonstorm, and EVA 01 on the right side, Nightwing, Cyclops, and Green Guardian on the left side, did not stop moving forward, as a future of bright hope with heroism awaited them all.
