Counter Attack - Justice
The Justice League immediately came to the ruins of Metropolis, delivering Lois Lane’s Hallbat suit with them. Lois put the armor on, and joined her friends as they saw the mindless titans rampaging in the town. However, to everyone’s surprise, one of them new the weakness of the mindless titans.
“I know what they are. I fought them nine hundred years ago. They are Eldian titans. The only way to stop them is to destroy their napes and kill them”, Diana answered.
“How did you know? When did these monsters come to Earth before us?”, Superman asked Wonder Woman.
“I am a thousand year old demigoddess. What else did you expect?”, Diana replied with a smile. The league started to retaliate against the Titans. Superman sliced their napes with heat vision and decimated them with ease, while Wonder Woman jumped between titans and sliced their napes with her sword. Martian Manhunter shapeshifted his arm into sharp blades and sliced their napes, while he blasted more titans by the nape with his optic blast.
“We should be glad Diana knew of their weakness. If she did not, we wouldn’t had been able to deal with them”, J’onn said as he killed a titan with his arm blade.
“You should be. Even I couldn’t stop them without the information”, Superman said, as he vaporized another one’s nape. Black Canary screamed at the titans legs, blowing the legs away. The titans which collapsed on the ground were impaled by Aquaman’s Trident in the nape. With all the steams coming from them, Mera had managed to form a water blades to impale more of them in the nape. Soon the number of the titans began to decrease, but this was far from over, as the Colossal Titan was still intact.
“That thing is really huge”, Green Arrow sighed as he looked at the Colossal Titan.
“I shall crush its nape myself!”, Hawkman declared as he flew toward the Colossal Titan to slam the nape with his Nth metal nape. However, the skin of the Colossal Titan breathed immense heat, which damaged Hawkman greatly.
“Katar!”, Hawkgirl cried as she went to retrieve Hawkman. The fire on Hawkman had been treated quickly by Mera’s water. However, it was not the time for relief, as the demonic Oni horde joined the Colossal Titan in destroying Metropolis.
“How do we beat such a big giant which breath fire from its skin?”, Hal said in disbelief.
“I will fight him. I’m Superman, and a mere fire can’t harm me”, Superman said as he took flight to fight the Colossal Titan. The others looked at the Oni horde, which attempted to prevent Superman from reaching Quan Chi’s puppet.
“Everyone! Superman will take care of the giant! We deal with these demons to make it easier for Kal! The green lanterns are to deal with the remaining Eldian titans”, Wonder Woman said as she went to attack the Oni horde, unleashing her battle cry. Lois joined Diana in the battle against the Oni horde, smacking the demons with the strength of her Hellbat armor. Flash immediately dealt with the Oni demons by going through them with his super speed, tearing them apart with the collision force. Hawkman and Hawkgirl quickly recovered and went to smash the Oni demons with their maces. Hal and John both summoned Chainsaws in their hands. The Green Lanterns sliced the napes of remaining titans with the chainsaw constructs.
Superman went to handle the Colossal Titan on his own. The giant blasted Superman by emitting immense heat toward the Kryptonian, but Superman was unharmed by any of it. Superman unleashed his heat vision against the Colossal Titan. However, the Colossal Titan had somehow managed to absorb the heat from heat vision, thanks to the upgrade by Shinnok. The Colossal Titan grabbed Superman instead and punched the Kryptonian hard, sending Superman away. Superman was stunned as the punch was as strong as that of Doomsday. Superman tried again against the Colossal Titan, this time with freeze breath, but the Colossal Titan shrugged the attack off by unleashing more heat. The Colossal Titan then did a thundercrap against Superman, sending the Kryptonian away once more.
Zatanna watched in horror as the Colossal Titan managed to handle Superman well. She, Black Canary, Green Arrow, and Doctor Fate was fighting against the Oni horde on their own, assisted by Vixen. Green Arrow was shooting at the Oni horde with explosive arrows, while Black Canary defended Oliver’s back by screaming at the Oni demons which dared to strike the emerald archer from behind. Zatanna fired her spell as ‘gninthgil (lightning)’, shocking the demons, while Vixen channeled into her Tiger power to slice the demons into pieces, like Aquaman did with the Trident. Doctor Fate was firing his energy spells against the Oni demons, vaporizing them, until he noticed something.
“Superman! The giant is controlled by another evil! I need someone who can shatter the control!”, Doctor Fate said as he summoned duplicates of himself to handle the Oni demons.
“We also need to stop it from breathing fire!”, Vixen added, while changing her power to Elephant Power, crushing an Oni with her feet.
“I’ll handle the fire problems”, Mera said as she summoned a water Tornado upon the burning Colossal Titan, extinguishing the fire. Superman, this time, decided not to hold anything back. Superman simply used his brute strength to punch the Colossal Titan, creating a huge shockwave throughout the ruins of Metropolis. The actual punch from Superman managed to sent the Colossal Titan away a bit, but the giant quickly recovered and tried to grab Superman. However, this time, Superman dodged the giant’s attempt and punched the Colossal Titan in the head, making it fall on the ground. Hal and John created a chain construct to hold the Colossal Titan in place, which struggled to break free.
“This is what happens in Gulliver’s Travel, right?”, Hal joked as he and John held the giant in place, but John was quick to give the next order.
“Now, J’onn!”, John Stewart ordered. Martian Manhunter immediately used his telepathic powers, and easily sensed a sign of mind control. J’onn had easily shattered the mind control from the brotherhood of shadow, allowing Superman to blast the Titan’s nape, creating an open wound. To everyone’s surprise, a teen had emerged from the nape of Colossal Titan, confused of his surroundings.
“What... where am I?!”, Bertolt said in shock, now freed from the brainwashing.
“It is okay now, child. You are no longer under control. We, the Justice League, freed you”, Martial Manhunter said. By the time, the Oni horde was now completely dealt with by Justice Leaguers. Bertolt looked at the ruins of Metropolis, realizing what he had done.
“I... the one called Quan Chi enslaved me and made me destroy this place... My friends are in his grip... I have to...”, Bertolt tried to finish the sentence, but he could not as he saw Wonder Woman in front of him. He had saw Wonder Woman as an evil dictator who Armin had managed to stop. He was too terrified even to talk.
“It’s okay. We know you were under mind control. We won’t harm...”, Diana said. However, Bertolt was too terrified to be in front of her.
“Please! Stay away from me! Don’t come after me!”, the titan shifter shouted as he ran away from the justice league, much to the surprise of the justice leaguers.
“Why would he run away from us? We weren’t going to hurt him”, Flash said in annoyance.
“Well we beat him up when he was under mind control. We cannot blame him”, Hal replied, not realizing the truth behind the reaction.
“He was still fine with J’onn. He ran away when I came, so he was afraid of me”, Diana retorted. This was not what everyone expected, as Diana was one of the nicest lady in the Justice League.
“Are you out of your mind, Diana?! I know Batman’s death is affecting you, but you are the nicest woman among us! Why would someone have to be afraid of you?!”, Black Canary almost snapped at Diana, but Superman had cut Dinah off, with a shocking revelation.
“Guys... what Galatea told us... might be true. If he had seen the ‘evil Diana’ from Galatea’s world, it all makes sense”, Superman said, much to the annoyance of Aquaman, who was plain mad at Galatea for killing Batman.
“There is no way an universe with evil you and evil Diana as a power couple would exist! It’s a lie that witch has made up to mess with your mind, starting with killing Batman!”, Aquaman snapped angrily, slamming the ground with his Trident.
“I couldn’t agree more. She’s a bitch and we know she’s pure evil”, Lois added. She too despised Galatea for killing Batman and hurting Clark, but Superman stood before them, and said.
“It is just a suspicion... a world with an evil me might exist... I am in no place to blame Galatea if the evil me caused her downfall”, the word from Superman made everyone gasp in shock. They could say nothing as they thought of the possibility of a world with evil Superman, with dread.

Meanwhile, the Justice League Dark, except Wong who was in Kamar Taj, was training with Harry in Hogwarts when an Earthquake happened. They were blinded by the sand blown by the earthquake. When the dust settled, they found monstrous giants coming toward them. Fortunately, most of the students were having class except for Harry who was training with Justice League dark, which meant they were safe from the mindless titans for a while.
“What the heck are these?!”, Constantine exclaimed in surprise.
“Whatever they are, they don’t look like our friends”, Spawn said as he fired his bullets enhanced by mystical energy. The bullets managed to blow away a titan, but it soon regenerated itself fully.
“What the?”, Spawn uttered, dumbfounded. The next thing they saw was a titan grabbing Argus Filch.
“No! Save me you morons!”, Filch screamed as he was about to get eaten. Swamp Thing instantly created a branch sword that cut off the titan’s arm, freeing Filch from the monster.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you!”, Filch said as he ran away from the monster in fear, going back into the school building.
“So these monsters eats people judging from the way it attacked Filch. We need to kill them if we are to disable them”, Harry said, in his Steelbane armor.
“It’s about time you showed what you can do with your so-called magic, kid”, Constantine told Harry. Harry immediately casted ‘Revelio’ charm on a titan, hoping to find a weakness. Instantly, it gave light to a titan’s nape, revealing their weakness.
“Well, now we know their weakness. It’s their nape”, Harry said. Constantine felt quite sorry for underestimating Harry as he was just a mere student with no fighting skills at all.
“Sorry, kid. Honestly I underestimated you. Our magic is far powerful than yours, but you sure have your own assets”, Constantine said.
“Had to. I have to fight against someone who wants to play dark lord even though he got his ass kicked by Wonder Woman, and recently an Amazon and a Green Lantern. I also know how to fly”, Harry replied, pulling out his Firebolt. Harry then began to fly toward the titan horde while avoiding their attempt to grab Harry and eat him, using his quidditch seeker maneuver skill. Harry fired Sectumsempra curse on these titan’s napes, killing them.
“Good job kiddo, but I can do better!”, Spawn said as he went to assist Harry. Spawn instantly came next to Harry and fored devastating bullets at the titan’s napes, killing more titans than Harry could. At this moment, Constantine noticed the Oni horde coming at them, and that the Oni horde too was their enemy.
“Guys! We cannot let those vile demons kill our friends! Let’s do this!”, Constantine said as he summoned a demon horde of his own to fight the Oni horde. Swamp Thing went to help Harry and Spawn to protect them from the Oni horde. Harry was too immersed by killing titans, and did not notice an Oni coming toward him. Spawn noticed this and fired his bullets, as Swamp Thing impaled the Oni’s head.
“You better look around yourself kiddo. If it weren’t for me and Alec, you would’ve been dead”, Spawn told Harry, who just noticed he was about to die.
“Thank you, I’ll be more careful”, Harry replied as he went to killing more titans, while avoiding the Oni demons. Spawn went to take care of the Oni demons by shooting them in the head. Deadman possessed a titan to make the body kill more of them, making it easier for Harry. Swamp Thing impaled the Oni demons which dared to attack Harry and Spawn with his branches, while summoning wood spikes to impale the titans’ foots, stopping their movement.
On the ground, Constantine, the titan possessed by deadman, Etrigan, Black Orchid and Ghost Rider were fighting against the Oni’s ground forces. Constantine summoned a hellfire with ease to burn the Oni horde down, while Ghost Rider sliced those who survived Constantine’s hellfire with his chains, also enhanced by hellfire. Ghost Rider’s hellcycle ran over more Oni and decimated them by turning them into crisp. Deadman used his possessed titan body to stomp on the Oni horde, while Black Orchid simply dealt with them with her punches with super strength. Etrigan pulled out his giant sword to slice the Oni demons in half, not even letting any of them touch him in doing so. The Justice League dark was about to get their job done, until bullets came toward them. There stood the Cart Titan, with cannons operated by Oni demons. By the time, the classes were over and the students came to spectate on the battle, much to the annoyance of Al Simmons.
“Back off brats! This is an actual war, not an movie theater!”, Spawn said, but Harry was glad to have them.
“Guys! Let’s show them what we can actually do”, Harry said as he chanted his newly invented spell, turning every student including himself into a metal three-headed dragon, much to Spawn’s amazement.
“I didn’t know about that”, Spawn sighed. Dragonstorm attacked the Cart Titan by breathing fire from the three heads, countering the fire from the Cart Titan’s cannons. The Cart Titan tried to fire the bullets back, but Swamp Thing summoned branches to stuck the cannons, preventing them from firing. Swamp Thing’s branches soon tore the cannons apart, turning the Cart Titan into just a titan with four legs. Ghost Rider wasted no time getting on his hellcycle and drove toward the Cart Titan. The hellcycle, as well as Ghost Rider’s chains tore the Cart Titan’s leg’s apart. Spawn aided the metal dragon by shooting its eyes, blinding it for a while. Finally, Dragonstorm breathed a fire with Sectumsempra effect, slicing the nape with no effort. The battle ended with Constantine killing the last Oni by disintegrating it, before making his demons banish to hell once again. Even though the titan body was destroyed, Pieck was still under the control of brotherhood of shadow, attempting to transform once again. However, John Constantine easily sensed the mind control and unleashed his magic, which freed the titan shifter from control, who screamed in agony as she was freed.
“What in the (world)?”, Pieck looked around in amazement, until Ghost Rider grabbed her.
“You, guilty, of mass murder. Your soul is stained by the blood of the innocents, feel their pain!”, the burning skull attempted to unleash the penance stare on the terrified teen, until Spawn prevented him from killing the titan shifter.
“Wait, Zarathos! We don’t kill kids”, Spawn ordered.
“A brat who is responsible for many bloodshed for the sake of a warmongering nation. She will answer for the consequences!”, Ghost Rider retorted as he attempted to deal with the titan shifter, but it did not happen. Before the Ghost Rider could unleash the penance stare, a green construct grabbed Pieck and teleported her away, much to the Ghost Rider’s frustration, as the hellspawn roared into the sky.
