Trip to Diagon Alley
Regulus spends the next 3 days in a melencholic state. If it were up to him he won't even wake up but Kreacher bosses over him to wake up, eat and bath.
There is no reason for his depressive mood. He had known even before his death that House of Black was in ruins. No one was left except him to carry on the legacy and care for the House of Black and even he had abadoned his house in a way to bring a Dark lord down.
He is in despair over the thought of why he is being given this second chance and not anyone else. Although he knows that all three of his cousins are alive and his brother is stuck in a limbo so there is no question of second chance until they live. But there are other people like Dorcas who fought for the good side or Barty who was a wayward kid, overcompensating his actions to get his father's attention or Evan who was the most kind hearted person in their group of friends.
He is assuming that his revival is just a result of his dying wish. Then also he is not sure if this is the real reason because he thinks that almost all the people who die have something akin to last wish, so all of them should be given a second chance to undo old mistakes and make new ones because humans cannot be without faults.
Kreacher also informs him that Potter and his friends still visit Grimmauld place after midnight. All three of them gather in library and read books or practice duel sometimes. He does not visit them and they do not disturb him.
He has also read a good portion of books Granger has left in his care about the veil, making his own notes and remarks. He also refers books on the topic from the library at the house.
He misses his wand a lot. How easy it felt to weild magic through it like it was an extension of his body. He remember the first time he got his wand at age 11, he was so very excited and rushed home to read about his wand from the books in the library.

Today he is making a trip to Diagon Alley to get a new wand and get a grip over the change in last 17 years in the wizarding world by visiting the place and getting a cope of the new envirnment.
Kreacher has made a little change in his appearances to make him look different from his Black family features. Elf magic lasts long and is undetectable through spell work.
He looks to be about 20 year old man with brown spike cut hair, brown eyes, medium height. He wears muggle clothes borrowed from his brother's wardrobe after altering their size to seem as incospicious as possible.
He apparated in the Diagon Alley and walked through the the crowd towards Olivanders. The door bell rang as he entered the shop and Mr. Olivanders stepped through.
"Hello sir, I want to buy a wand, My old one is lost."
"Raise your wand arm" He instructs. Regulus raises his left hand.
Ollivanders takes various measurement and then stares at him as if solving some puzzle.
"What was your old wand made up of young man ??" He asks after a few seconds of staring which was starting to make him uncomfortable.
"umm Cypress wood with phoenix feather 12'5" inches and surprisingly swishy".
Olivanders rumages through boxes of wnads after listening to his description. He briefly wonders if he will get his old wand back or a different wand.
He tries around 3 dozen wands and with each one not matching him, Olivander seems to get more excited and taking the challenge in strides.
At last, a beautiful wand with deep brown colour on one side and velvety black on the other half, with circular carved patterns on it, sparks a briliant shower of blue, green and silvery sparks. He feels a warm energetic thrill within him. Something in his soul settles by holding this wand in his hand as if he has returned home after a long torturous journey. He does'nt remember his last wand being this welcoming and comforting. He decides to read about this wand too. Just like he did the last time.
"Brilliant young man. A very rare and unique wand indeed. Gifted to me by a brilliant young lady. A combination of Cypress (Black velvety half) and Larch wood (Rich brown colour) with thestral hair core and dragon scales, 13 inches with rigid flexibility."
"May I ask who gifted this wand to you sir". He asked politely. Beacuse it is very uncommon for wandmaker to sell a wand gifted to them. Also a wand with not one but two wood blend, which is so rare in itself but also having dragon scale core. A wand with unusual character should mean something to be gifted to another wandmaker and then make its way towards him.
"Why yes young man, she did told me that the buyer of this wand will be a curious sorcerer with quite high intelligence and perceptivity. She was my distant young neice. Told me that you would need a wand to suit your distinct character. Her name is Pandora Vabalatsky."
Regulus's heartbeat races hearing the name of his best friend. Did she knew about his apparent revival. Pandora did not have any seer like visions per se but she had a different understanding of universe and life. She just knew things, the how of which she could not explain to others, so he also used to take in strides whatever she used to tell him. How did she know that one day he will come to buy a wand again.
"Can you tell me which year it was?."
"I think it was early 1982" Ollivander answers. What happened in 1982 that made Pandora make an unusual wand and deliver it to Ollivanders. Pandora was not a wandmaker, although she did possess the talent and knowledge in wandlore but was never interested as far as he knew. She was always interested in experimentation in different branches of magic.
Guess he will never know now that she is gone.
He made payment for his wand and exited the shop and apparated back to Grimmauld place in his room.
After confiriming from Kreacher that no one is at home, he asks Kreacher to bring books on wandlore from the library and begins to read about his new wand.

After reading about his new wand, which he was already in love with. Regulus decided to eat a light meal and rest for the day. His mind swirling about his dear friend Pandora, his new wand, Sirius, the veil and surprisingly potter jr. .
