no homework
Tuesday, March 1992.
Dear Diary,
I'm so happpyy today as we don't have homework this weekend, Professor has said, they will give March a light hand, as their final examinations are coming around. February has been so stressful because of tests and homework.
Due to no homework, I and Sirius have asked Frank Longbottom (a student from the second year) If they can join quidditch practice. Even though Frank is fairly new on the team but the captain is his brother and that's why we asked him, Louis Longbottom, the captain has given us permission so we went there after breakfast. We were with the team, it felt like I'm on the team too. I like Frank, he is so friendly and he kept telling me about the match and positions, even though I knew all of that, but I didn't tell him.
I love Quidditch so much, I can see myself as a Quidditch professional. Remus and Peter didn't come as they don't enjoy it as much as me and Sirius, Remus went to take a nap because of the full moon, and Peter went to talk with Marlene and the other girls.
I have grown to love my best friends more, though I spent my childhood with Peter and Marlene, I feel like Sirius is like my bestest friend. Remus and Peter are my best friends too of course. We all share the same personality like we all love to spread mischief.
We four boys, pranked the girls as we put a spell on their shoes to be sticky for 24 hours and they couldn't walk, we did small pranks like that, all the time. Only to our house as we don't want to get in trouble only in the first year. We might do it in our second year.
In like a week, Its remus birthday and I'm so happy, I love birthdays so much, I will write to my mum to ask what should i give Remus as a present. My birthday is also kind of close, Peter's birthday is in August so we celebrated in his house and Sirius ... OH I JUST REALIZED I DINT KNOW MY BEST FRIEND"S BIRTHDAY?????
I feel like such a bad friend, I will ask him after this letter when will discuss how to celebrate Remus's birthday. Sirius doesn't really like talking about himself or his family, he comes off as quite confident but when it comes to his family he just fades away from the conversation. He sometimes talks to me only about his sister that he loves so much, i can't wait to meet her in some month as she will be attending Hogwarts too.
Anyway, I will go and ask my best friend about his birthday, and plan for my other best friend's birthday!!! I hope whatever we plan, he will love it <3
