Naruto raised by Oc Uzumaki
Oc/Reader is the Younger Cousin to Kushina but they were like sisters with how close they were.
With the war she and kushina where seperated as children with kushina going to the Hidden Leaf Village And she went to (you choose)
Kushina being older and favoured by Mito was chosen as the jinchūriki of the Nine tails.
She trained relentlessly in everything becoming a jonin quite quickly.
Her first affinity is Earth and the second was Fire but instead of sticking to her affinity like other ninja she worked even harder to have the same prowess in all the other chakra natures with Earth and fire being just a bit better.
For the first couple of years since they were seperated they had trouble keeping in touch but after an incedent, They managed kept in touch as often as they could and she even met Minato a couple of times.
She was overjoyed when she was told she was going to be an aunt.
She was told of kushina water breaking and started the travel in excitement to the hidden leaf but when she arrived she was devastated to learn her cousin and Minato where killed sacrificing themselves for their baby boy Naruto.
When she finds the location of Naruto she watches from across the building and is disgusted to find him in a run down orphanage in a tiny room wearing just a soiled diaper.
And when he cired no one came to check on him.
She goes to the hokage but he just brushed he off saying it was because everyone was busy after her visit a worked did visit Naruto and changed his diaper but she was rough and cursed him the whole time.
She had saw enough so she sent out 12 shadow clones.
1 to get everything a baby would ever need in extremely large amounts.
2 to go to kushina house and collect everything of importance.
3 to Sneak around the village and spy on everyone to collect information about the attack.
1 to sneak into the hokage tower and read all the information about Naruto, Kushina and Minato.
And finally 5 to find the best way to exit the village, while she went and picked up Naruto
When all her shadow clones returned to the orphaned she got rid of them and went through all the memories getting more and more angry with every memory as the dick of a hokage was going to leave Naruto in the orphanage when he had lost of options for guardians, and everyone in the village hated Naruto calling him a demon even though it was supposed to be a secret form the village that he was the jinchūriki
She could live in the hidden leaf with Naruto but with how everyone was acting it would be better if she took him with her.
She raises Naruto to the best of her abilities and he was told when he was old enough to understand that he was a jinchūriki, about his mother and father and what the hidden leaf did to him and was going to continue to do
She taught him everything she could about chakra and helped him to control and use it properly (unlike early canon Naruto he has excellent control of his chakra)
When she thought he was older enough She also taught him mediation so he could go into his mindscape and interact with nine tails.
For years he interacted with the nine tails every morning, lunch and dinner, with Naruto talking to the nine tails just to get to know him not to use his charka, he started to tolerate Naruto before actually becoming friends with him.
He grows up a healthy, fit and happy young boy
