When Harry was very young Vernon had beaten him to the edge of death after a Bout of accidental magic Caused all the glass in the house to shatter, Beacuse Harry was starving and had been wearing a dirty diper for days.
In A desperate attempt to save his life Harry's magic Overwhelmed the horucux In Harry's scar Absorbing all the Knowledge of spells and more as well as the strength of Voldemort's magic. (No getting the personality of Voldemort,His Abilities, Mind Etc)
Harry Only gets The knowledge/Understanding of spells,Potions etc, it doesn't make him a master in any of those subjects. (Sort of like muscle memory Or he learns and understands better OR something else But Harry has to absorb the horucux)
