Epilogue
Percy
The feeling of being pulled through a straw made his nerves worse than they already were. It was done! He was finally gone. He didn’t leave as he should have, but he got away. That was the hardest part.
Percy stood in front of his brother’s door. He had never visited his brother or his brother-in-law. Once Charlie moved to America, it became difficult to visit. Hell, he wouldn’t have been able to. If Charlie lived in London.
Percy needed help, and he knew Charlie was the only one who would help him without judgment. Out of all the brothers, Charlie was the one who treated him with kindness.
After minutes passed, Percy raised a shaky hand and knocked on the door.
The front door swung open. There stood Charlie.
“H…Hi Charlie.” He tried to swallow with a dry mouth. His older brother smiled at him. It was a genuine smile. It put Percy at ease, but only for a minute.
“Hey, Percy! What are you doing here?” Charlie’s eyes panned down his body. “Are you Pregnant?!”
He knew when Charlie noticed the not-so-small baby bump. It wasn’t really a bump anymore. It hasn’t been. He was 7 months gone. How could it be?
“No, but after last night I might be!” Harry’s voice rang through the house. Percy felt his cheeks burn. Charlie came back to himself and ushered him into the house.
“I wasn’t talking about you, my feisty fae I was talking about…” his husband cut Charlie off.
“Percy!” Harry’s eyes widened, but then a smile appeared on his face. “I’m so glad that you are here. You are safe now.” Harry pulled him awkwardly into a hug. Percy went ridged. No one has touched him like this in a long time. The touches he received were hard.
“It’s okay, you are safe now. You are with your family now. We will let nothing or anyone hurt you anymore.” Percy couldn’t hold back the tears. Percy was hopefully safe. That monster couldn’t find him. He left without a trace.
