You Drew Stars Around My Scars (a Series of Marauder Short Stories)
Summary
Consider this a collection of short stories about the marauder's time at Hogwarts. The stories will be told from the perspective of different characters. The short stories will mostly focus on Wolfstar, but there will also be a few about other characters and the friendships between the individual marauders and classmates. The stories will not be in timeline order, but they will all be interconnected. This is basically a place for me to dump all my marauder headcanons in unnecessary detail. Enjoy!!

The Weary Werewolf pt. 1

Remus:

Remus was done and completely over it. All he wanted to do was fall into his bed and cry or scream; he wasn’t sure yet. He was having the worst week of his life, well, aside from being bitten. He didn’t need a calendar to tell him that the full moon was coming. He felt it in his muscles and brain. It felt like the wolf was clawing at his brain. But, he could not let that slow him down. He spent so much time the past couple of weeks helping the other kids in his study group that he managed to neglect his own work. He had an essay due in two days, and after revising every other kid’s essay he couldn’t think of one original thing to write about. He also had a stack of worksheets in his bag that he needed to get done and turn in. He had been slipping on his makeup work and had assignments dating back to the last full moon.

As he walked into the Gryffindor common room, his bag weighing him down on one side, his eyes scanned the couches near the fireplace for his friends. His eyes landed on Sirius Black who wore a look of mind concern. Remus saw his mouth move to say something before he plopped down next to the boy dropping his head down onto his chest. He felt Sirius's arms wrap around him and a stream of hot tears begin down his face. He heard Sirius ask him what was wrong, but he didn’t have the energy to speak. Instead, he nuzzled his head further into Sirius, blocking his tears from being seen by anyone else. He felt the graze of Sirus's hair and then his lips against his head as he kissed him on the forehead before going back to talking to the other boys. Remus couldn’t make out much of his friend's conversation as it all seemed muffled. Before long, his eyes drifted shut. He tried to keep himself awake, knowing he had too much work to get done and not enough time for a nap. Even with his efforts, he still drifted into sleep.
