He was disappointed with her she could tell his hand twitched, his lips were pressed in a thin line, he was standing stiffly managing to look relaxed, and finally his eyes. His eyes were like a window into his soul. In them was the look monsters and gods alike feared with understanding.Β
Β
Harry came up behind him, being one of the few people to calm his brother down when he became angry like this. Perks of being the youngest of the family (as much as he hates to admit it). "Hey, you alright?" Harry asks handing her a glass of cocoa. "Yes? Yes. I think I am." Bella said with a smile remembering her afternoon that now seemed like a distant memory, misty. She remembered the prom dress shopping and though it had only just happened hours before it felt like years.Β
Β
She felt better.Β
Β
Like before an elephant was restricting her, standing on her chest, she couldn't breathe no matter how hard she tried. But now the elephant had stepped off realizing she wasn't a threat to it.Β
Β
Bella stepped forward. She hugged Harry, happy crying into his jumper. Harry albeit surprised did not hesitate to wrap his arms around her. Percy, after a moment of looking, resigned himself to joining the hug. "We should go inside lest we want to freeze to death," Percy mumbled into Harry's hair taking a deep breath, relishing in the scent of pine of Harry's shampoo. Bella just let out a wet laugh and went inside, pulling her brothers in with her.Β

Sometimes looking purple, the only other color that could make purple would be red. Blood red. Pale skin stretched across the expanse of his tall, lean build. Not a single blemish.Β
Β
They had been condemned, damned to this life. Or so it had felt. That was before they had met Victoria and her mate James. Traveling to an unknown location. James was a talented tracker and Victoria was a fantastic hunter. They, themselves are looking for someone. Whether it was for revenge or something more they still had not figured out. They once used to hold affection for the person they were hunting. And they still did.
Β
Was it an obsession?
Β
Was it love?
Β
In the eyes of others, their affection for Harry Potter was most definitely an obsession. In their eyes it was love.Β
Β
Β What did others know about their love of Harry Potter? Nothing. So it was love.Β
Β
They felt a hand on their shoulder as they neared Seattle. "We should stop here and eat before moving on." It was Victoria. James was behind her with a hungry look in his eye. "Okay. We will stop in Seattle." They said and continued walking at a leisurely pace to avoid suspicion.
Β
When they entered Seattle day break was on the horizon. A small group of people walked along the sidewalk talking and laughing with each other. It seemed domestic. Yet the three hungry vampires didn't care. They pounced as soon as the group was close enough. Killing all.Β
Β
They were not seen. They were not caught.Β
Β
Nor did they care of the possibility of getting caught. They knew they were too fast for the human (muggle) police to catch. Too slippery.Β
Β
Hunger quenched with warm, red blood, Draco Lucius Malfoy continued his hunt for his love. And no one would stand in his way.Β
