Chapter 1
An OC (fem or masc, idc) who is a sociopath and is raised in an abusive foster home. Oc is very attached/protective of their foster siblings and when they find out that the foster parent(s) are SAing their siblings, Oc takes matters into their own hands and irritates the foster parent(s) enough to get the attention off of their siblings and onto themselves. When it works Oc kills the abuser(s) and during the investigation claims self-defense.
It is important to note that immediately after Oc made their first kill, covered in blood and whatever, hunger set in. Not hunger for more blood or another kill but for food, strawberry jelly sandwich.
While the investigation closed, and the siblings got moved to new families the hunger stayed on Oc's mind. If it was a onetime thing since it happened during dinner time or if the hunger was a symptom of something. Like how they saw on the news or read in criminal psychology books/forums about sexual sadists, etc. In the after happenings of the investigation Oc was put on a placement hold (not being placed into a foster home) to be evaluated for any trauma the "incident" could have caused, while seeing the therapist Oc requested psychological evaluations in order to satiate their curiosity about the hunger. After testing positive for sociopathy, Oc being curious made a plan with their case agent to be put into a facility in order to learn more about sociopathy and learn how to control/manage any urges they might have.
After spending a year or two in the facility Oc was released back to their case agent since they are still a minor. Oc is then placed with and adopted by a forensic psychologist.
Still being curious about that hunger they felt after that first kill, and finally having their driver's license, Oc is met with an opportunity. A staff member at their high school with a specific taste. After that kill Oc felt hungry, again, though this time for their parent's home cooked sweet potato lasagna.
With the disappearance of a school staff member and that staff member's secret dark and dirty laundry being aired, Oc's parents enrolled them in online school, weary of what could've happened and what memories could've been brought up. Being bored at home Oc gets a job as a tutor for the kids of their parent's friends and people around their neighborhood. Which allows them to build a network of connections and to meet new people. New people with secrets.
As the years past a crime reporter made a connection to bodies found all across the country, men and women, young and old. Each victim killed uniquely but all found with a manila envelope filled with proof of their perverse crimes placed on the victims' chest. When news of the murders got to the media, they dubbed the killer 'Nemesis', Greek goddess of vengeance and retribution for the sin of hubris.
With the only connection between the victims is them being child abusers and pedophiles there was no rush in requesting help from the FBI or starting a serious investigation until a new victim was found who happened to be on the FBI's wanted list as a cannibalistic child trafficker. As with all of Oc's kills they got hungry afterword, and this new victim just so happened to be killed in a restaurant after closing and clean up. Though staying to eat was a mistake because a passerby heard screaming or a loud ruckus and called the police.
And Oc, at 20 years old, was arrested for the deaths of 31 people. Not murders, deaths. As Oc made sure all of the deaths were self-defense and kept security footage as proof.
While awaiting trail Oc was met with Section Chief Strauss. Public opinion is on Oc's side along with the law as a technicality so the worst they'll get is a few years jail time and probation. Chief Strauss is willing to wave away any jail time if Oc agrees to join the BAU to help find and put away serial killers, with the condition that Oc reports to Strauss after every case about everything. Oc would still have to do probation by wearing an ankle monitor and living in an apartment paid for and watched by the FBI.
Liking her audacity Oc agrees with the request that any and all evidence connecting them to the Nemesis killer is erased from the internet and only kept in paper files. Strauss agrees.
Now life goes on. Oc is introduced to the BAU team as someone with a specialty in serial killers and forensics (thanks to their parent and getting their own degrees in criminology and forensic psychology online after finishing high school early). The team assumes Oc was brought in to spy on them for Strauss, Strauss is upset Oc isn't putting their talents to use to find out something she can hold over the team's heads. And Oc is living their best life traveling the country, hunting down people, studying the minds of sociopaths and psychopaths, and being exempt from the FBI's dress code.

Hello, as always please tell me if you do write these.
I am not moving on the hunger thing and how Oc was caught. I usually type that you can change whatever but this I am not moving on. If you do decide to use this idea, I beg you to keep this. I have this head fanon that while working with the team Oc discovers that it isn't just the killing that makes them hungry but the thought of killing too. Oc was deprived of food with that first foster family and after that first kill Oc's body felt freedom and relief and started to crave what its abuser withheld. Oc's body relives this with each encounter of abusers and their deaths, their body is feeling relief that the abusers' victims are now free.
This also started out as me wanting a Spencer Reid x Sociopath-OC but with how it is written it might just be Oc falling in love with Reid as best as a sociopath can but knowing nothing will come of it or be reciprocated.
