Chapter 16
As soon as they entered the TARDIS the Doctor and Master led Harry over to the console unit and the Doctor sent the TARDIS into the Time Vortex as soon at that was done both the Doctor and the Master turned to Harry.
“I know, I can see the timeline and it will take time to tell you everything hence asking you to hold on!” Harry explained looking at the Master and the Doctor. The Master and the Doctor both nodded at Harry still a bit shook up but seeming slightly okay.
“Let’s go and sit down in the new seating area, there is only the three of us and I will explain everything as I know it.” Harrys said to the Master and the Doctor next.
“I think that would be a good idea, Harry.” The Doctor replied and Harry actually turned away from them so they couldn’t see the tear appear in his eye as he quickly wiped it away.
“I know, it wouldn’t work anyway it still blocked to you what was discussed, DEATH pulled me to HIM just after we finished sorting the TARDIS out.” Harry explained devastated being called ‘Harry’ by the Doctor.
“Yes, I think sitting might be best then, your timeline is a mess we can’t even follow it and I don’t want to use the bond for this.” The Master said to Harry. They all moved to the new seating area that was in the new control room. It was a spacious area up some steps overlooking the new control room, the living area was up another set of stairs and there was now a walkway all around the room, there was a new door in the control room to the left of the console unit for the TARDIS wardrobe. With the console unit being a fully interactive one as Harry had designed it to be. The sitting area had two chars with a three-seater sofa and a table in the middle the other side was the same and the steps came up the middle so you could go to either side Harry took one sofa the Master and the Doctor took the other.
“Before you get the wrong idea, I am your son dad actually I am still both your sons just things aren’t as we all thought…… After we had finished sorting this new room out for the TARDIS because the old control room and console unit blew up and was on fire and the other Doctor and I were checking the timelines and the readings of the new console unit, we saw the planets aligning and the new Doctor told me I would have to take out the bomb I didn’t have a choice or we would lose the mainline universe as well as all the parallel universes and clusters of universes connected to this mainline universe, only it was everything within all of the universes that reality holds as I have explained reality to you before, that would be destroyed not just everything in our universe and the surrounding universes as I thought originally." Harry explained all in one breath trying ot get through this as quickly as possible.
"That was why I told you what would have happened after you removed the memories from Donna her mother and Wilfred deserved to know what Donna helped prevent, Davros would have taken out everything bar the daleks within the whole of reality it would have left the daleks as the only life form left in the whole of reality until a new reality was spawned by the new Deities it would have seriously diminished the power the Deity LIFE as well as all the other Deities I would imagine with the daleks being the only lifeform within reality. DEATH said even the Deity TIME wanted the daleks destroyed" Harry started to explain still talking as fast as he could to get everything out.
"Just as we were getting ready to come to you DEATH pulled me to HIS home. I’ve explained before it is out of time as we know it. HE can pull me there for however long and it will seem as short as a microsecond, I would just vanish, and you would notice like dad did when he thought I had taken off when we talked about DEATH visiting me or when we were at Pompeii inside Mount Vesuvius he just about noticed I had vanished slightly because I was only gone for a microsecond, anything we talk about is mostly sealed away from you until now, but DEATH told me I could tell you what is going on up until now! But you have to believe me I will swear on my own Elemental powers and my Magical core that what I’m telling you now is what happened if you want me to.” Harry told both the Master and the Doctor.
“Son there is the bond between all three of us we have seen your life and we said no matter what we will Love you and be there to support you through anything!” The Master explained to Harry, the Master could see this was upsetting his son. Harry got the next bit out again only taking a breath before continuing.
“The reason I have the powers of DEATH is because HE brought me up in the mainline universe of my section of reality that I lived in until I came here. The night I got the allegiance of the first hallow after James died DEATH was there to see what would happen. HE was shocked I had survived Riddles attack. HE thought I would die because of the Linguistic Science command, but I used the Elements in front of HIM. This surprised HIM HE said but wasn’t enough to interest HIM, what did is that fact that someone saw DEATH in a mainline universe while still alive." Harry continued to explain again only taking a breath before continuing.
"When I was dumped at the Dursleys I used the cloak hallow, even if didn’t physically have it, I had it by inheritance, I used that connection to call out to DEATH, HE knew I had seen HIM. DEATH decided to answer the call after a few weeks and that first visit one night sealed out fate. WE are as one I am HIS SON as much as I am yours, HE answered that first call, and I could still see HIM for a while even if I don’t remember it, HE healed me every night, every beating the Dursleys gave me all those memories of me being beaten and healing overnight it wasn’t my Magic it was DEATH healing me. Then I forgot about HIM completely, but my soul never forgot." Harry continued to explain taking a breath then he continued.
"DEATH followed me though life healing me and helping me even though I didn’t know it, it caused my childhood to be worse than you two know, me forgetting HE was there hence me being willing to die by Riddles hand at seventeen, my thoughts were, Riddle had ruined my life he would now put it right for me. DEATH was still with me throughout my life only I could no longer see HIM as you know I only got an eidetic memory after the Real Unspeakable's taught me about my telepathy and memory palace at the age of twelve." harry explained next then continued.
"When I walked to my death I did it willingly I wanted to die, I knew I had wanted to die but not why until DEATH released all the memories HE had hidden for me what I had begged HIM to make me forget, as I said when I forgot about HIM it ruined my life all I wanted to do was die, HE revealed those memories, it seems there is a trigger for them for me to have them resealed and blocked, DEATH used that trigger after telling me to lean on HIM! I didn’t even know HE could take physical form! HE took my weight then used the first trigger to give me all my memories back I collapsed at what I had gone through by forgetting HIM, HE then very quickly blocked them again and told me what was going on." Harry explained next taking only a breath of air to continue.
"DEATH doesn’t know how it happened, but when HE answered my call and I saw HIM the first time after my near death I became HIS SON, but as I said I forgot about HIM. my soul never did but my mind did, I should have been James’ son but the Deity TIME talked to DEATH and HE agreed to me being born from you and mum, dad. HE thought that would make me a cluster agent for HIM. When I allowed Riddle to actually kill me HE sorted me all out then blocked the memories I couldn’t cope with for me then spent a very, very, long time training me, I don’t know how long I was with HIM because of the blocked memories at my request!" Harry told both the Doctor and the Master.
"Anyway after all that was done I had the hallows and power in me and so HE put me back into the universe. I destroyed all the hallows bar my own cloak as I didn’t need them the power was already within me. As you know I’ve admitted I have met DEATH and been trained by HIM, it seems HE sorted me out so I could live within a universe again and be happy, HE arranged for everything for me to make me happy! I don’t only arbitrate between life and death I arbitrate between HIS emotions of what HE has for me. DEATH shouldn’t have emotions HE should be emotionless I brought those emotions out in HIM." Harry continued to explain what had happened taking another breath he went on.
!DEATH arranged for me to meet you two, the vail led from my mainline universe into your mainline universe of reality, I am your son dad if we were scanned you would see that, you know I am because of the bond there I am your son born by you spending that night with my mum. HE wanted you two to be with me after HE sorted me out and trained me and put me back into my original universe. DEATH wants me to live in this universe with you two in this mainline Universe with my two dads for a very long time growing here with you both beside me supporting me and controlling me in a sense. I can now see HIM if I want to, but I want to stay with you if you will let me?” Harry explained to both the Master and the Doctor finished with his explanation. Those memories still haunted Harry even if he had forgotten them.
“You know you can just tell us what you can and don’t get worked up son, calm down and slowly tell us.” The Master spoke as soothingly as he could. The Master could tell this was working his son up. Harry nodded and then started to speak again but this time slower and calmer.
“Sorry it’s just shocking. Right, I’ll start at the beginning then, I was born to both Lilly Evens and you dad. The Deity TIME interfered as you know and I was born in my own mainline universe after mum had gone back through to it after spending that night with you getting pregnant from it, I was blood adopted by James Potter-Peverell, to be able to have the Peverell blood in me so that if I ever did collect more than one hallow I would be safe." harry started to explain.
"You have to have Peverell blood to be able to hold more than one Hallow, something I did. I collected all three which I never meant to do as you know I won the wand through Draco Malfoy and then the Saruman knock off left me the stone inside of the very first snitch I caught that I swallowed, but with that blood in my system I had the Cloak Of Invisibility hallow by inheritance after James Potter-Peverell died, through that connection I called out to DEATH every night from my cupboard under the stairs after Tom Riddle tried to kill me and I used the Element life to prevent it" Harry explained in a much slower voice this time.
"As I said the Linguistic Science command of that curse shreds the soul if it hits you and is based on death but I prevented that through using the element of life to counteract the element of death as I am a full Elemental. DEATH was there in astral form to see what would happen to the person who next inherited the hallow and when HE appeared before me, HE thought I would die and HE would need to find a new agent for the mainline universe as well as all the parallel universes and cluster universes that lead off the mainline universe I was in before coming to this mainline universe." Harry continued to explain slowly.
"DEATH was surprised that I survived the attack using the element of life, but it wasn’t enough to interest HIM, what did interest HIM was the fact that after the attack I could see HIM it was the first time someone has seen HIM while still being alive within a universe, HE put this down at first to the curse that I was nearly attacked with and waited with me until I was collected by Hagrid after he took me off Sirius and then took me to the Saruman knock off who dumped at the Dursleys. Then when I was dumped in the cupboard under the stairs by the Dursleys as I said I used the Cloak OF Invisibility hallow to call out to DEATH every night. HE thought I didn’t know what I was doing calling out to HIM at first. HE had known I had seen HIM when Tom Riddle attacked but put it down to the Avada kedavra linguistic command as I said." Harry continued to explain to his dads.
"That spell is based on death and shreds the soul, the soul has to be put back together outside of the body before you can go to one of the two places that DEATH overseas, the Beyond which is what everyone thinks is heaven or to purgatory but it’s not how humans think of it. That is a place of torment it is for punishing those who use their free will to do evil throughout their whole life." Harry continued to explain to both his dads.
"Anyway, using the Cloak Of Invisibility Ignotus Peverell was given when he manged to prevent his own death and not die when it was his time, which was then passed down through his Peverell family that I was blood adopted into allowed me to call out to DEATH. At first, HE thought I didn’t know what I was doing so ignored me calling out to HIM, but then one night a few weeks after I first started calling out to HIM, HE came again in astral form to see what I wanted." Harry continued to explain.
"DEATH is too powerful to walk on a planet with HIS full powers HE told me. HE would destroy anything HE touched but HE could bring small amounts of power with HIM if HE needed to, HE carried on coming every night to see me though, bringing a very small amount of HIS power with HIM after following me around all day to heal all the injuries I sustained at the hands of the Dursleys. HE worked out how much power HE would need then pulled that power from the inbetween so he wasn’t felt but could heal me of any injuries I sustained while I slept so that everything was healed correctly by HIM" Harry explained continunig on from what he hd said.
"All those memories of me being beaten by the Dursleys and healing myself overnight it wasn’t actually me it was DEATH even when Petunia Dursley cut my hair and I cried over the mess she had made HE was the one to grow it back to how it was, whenever they did anything to me HE would bring just enough power to ensure HE healed me fully as I should have been, but because of the Dursleys, DEATH said I forgot about HIM at the age of five and thought I was imaging it and HE was an imaginary friend so I forgot about HIM in my mind but my soul never forgot HIM HE said." Harry continued to explain everything.
"It made my life worse than even you two know, you saw in my memories how bad it was living with the Dursleys, but it was much worse that even those memories showed you because I begged DEATH when I finally met HIM to hide some of the things in my mind so I wouldn’t remember what I had gone through. Which HE did as HE said HE loved me too much to refuse to do it for me. I walked to my own death willingly to get the soul shard removed even knowing it was there I expected to die and because of everything the Dursleys had done to me I wanted to as well!" harry explained next to his two dads the Master and the Doctor.
"They were always going on that I should be dead and sent to hell or trying to make my life so bad that I would do it myself and go to hell which is something I wouldn’t do. I’ve always known I walked to that death willingly because of them it’s why I made us get rid of my real name with what they put me though and what I had to cope with I no longer wanted to be known by that name because of them and how I was forced to be while living with them. That is where it all changed DEATH removed the shard as you know, what you didn’t know and I didn’t know was that DEATH had brought me up in that mainline universe from being with the Dursleys for a few weeks." Harry explained to them both next.
"Only I forgot about HIM as I said at the age of five. When I used the Cloak OF Invisibility hallow for the first time DEATH noticed a difference in it, instead of the two connections a hallow normally has the Elder wand and the Resurrection stone had three connections at that time, one to HIM one full connection to me and one very weak one to the current holder. DEATH isn’t sure how it happened but when HE came that first night to see me after Tom Riddle attacked, WE sealed our own fate and I became a part of HIM and HE became a part of me. HE is actually my Father you two are my dad’s and Lilly Evans was my mum. I only saw HIM until I was five but as I said I forgot about it. HE said I erased HIM from my mind because of the Dursleys and them always going on about things being normal but my soul still remembered HIM and HE stayed with me throughout the whole of my life until I died." Harry continued to explain to them.
"I only remember ever seeing HIM when HE removed the soul shard that belonged to Tom Riddle that was stuck in my scar and then DEATH taught me everything I could do as HIS SON, but at this young age the most I can do is kill off a whole solar system like the one the Earth was just moved to by the daleks and Davros or the one it should be in. I have aged enough to use DEATHS powers, or I suppose my powers to kill that much including the planets that were there and are there including all the life or if they were full of living beings but nothing more at the moment. The more I age the more I will be able to exert the powers that DEATH has but as I've told you apart from the power of creation, most of the powers of DEATH are attack based powers nothing can stand up to DEATH so HE doesn’t need any other type of powers" Harry continued to explain to the mo both looking down at the floor so they didnt seem how this was affecting him.
"There are only a few that aren’t offesnive powrs. One is the ability to be invisible you cant be seen or heard or felt under the Cloak OF invisibility and I can cause my own body to do that if I want, but I prefer just using my cloak! Another is the ability of creation as you have seen me do and as I explained Gamps law doesn’t apply to me because of my powers and the final none attack ability is to bring shades of the dead from the afterlife like I did when I walked to my death using the resurrection stone but I don’t need the stone to do that. However, the longer the person is in the universe the more it hurts them to be here. Most of the rest of the powers of DEATH that I can talk about are powers used for attacking something." harry finallyfinised his explantion and then moved on to what had happened while he was in the TARDIS.
"We had finished setting up this new control room and were looking at the console unit to see what was going on as we were getting ready to come and rescue you after we worked out exactly what the twenty seven planets and the crucible were for DEATH pulled me to HIM again, I thought HE had given me access to HIS powers so that I would do as HE told me to do within a universe only that is not the case as I said there are hidden memories in my subconscious that I begged HIM to remove for me." harry explained about his visit to the inbetween.
"It seems HE has told me this all before, but it took so long for HIM to sort me out because of my childhood, that I don’t know just how much time I actually spent with DEATH when I died. HE released those hidden memories to me HE actually told me to come to HIM and lean on HIM I didn’t know HE could take physical form, but I leaned on HIM then HE released those memories…. It seems there is a trigger to release them and one to hide them…. HE did both!" harry continued to explain what had gone on in the inbetween and him and DEATH meeting.
"DEATH showed me what I had begged HIM to make me forget and HE did, just for me to carry on going as HE said HE couldn’t deny me anything because HE loved me too much. As I’ve said I didn’t want to kill myself, the Dursley were always making comments and beating me hoping I would kill myself so I would go to Hell where they believed I should have been sent the night Tom Riddle first attacked me and killed mum and James. DEATH hid the memories of all what i went though things that you dont know about" harry explained to them next with his head still down.
"DEATH did that so that I could go back into the universe I was born into and be happy living again then HE ensured I came to this one to meet up with both of you so that you first of all would allow me to see Time as HE can within any universe being a Magical Time Lord but mainly so that the both of you could bring me up as my dads if you are still prepared to.” Harry had finally finised explaining to both the Master and the Doctor what he had gone through just in much more detail.
“You know we are Muklo but what does this mean for you and us?” The Doctor asked Harry. Harry again carried on slowly.
“Nothing really to be honest, the memories I asked to be blocked are again, the memories of all the time HE has brought me to HIM are blocked from you other than today but that has only been a few times. Once when I first met HIM and HE hid the memories I needed hiding and then HE trained me in how to use my powers all of them even the one’s I’m not old enough to use yet or tell you about." harry started to explain again so that both his dad knew that he wanted to live with them.
"Once when we talked about HIM and you gave me a code to tell you I had information off HIM so that I would take over as I knew more of what was going on than you two did, then Pompeii! I can talk about everything HE told me today when HE brought me to HIM to tell me I was also HIS SON. HE said I could discuss that with you as it was up to my free will if I told you or not, as well as other things I can now tell you that HE has given me permission to. The second time I saw HIM was before you gave me the words to tell you I had to take over, when I thought I only held the powers not that DEATH is my Father. As you know HE pulled me to HIM while in the escape capsule in Pompeii as well. At my death and rebirth let’s call it when I first remember seeing HIM for myself that I can remember, I gained all of HIS powers as HIS SON it’s why I have access to them." harry continued to be honest with what he was telling his dads.
"At the moment I still need to grow and age to be able to do more like I said on my own, but I can pull on HIS power if I need to which I don’t want to. So, at best the most I would be able to destroy is a whole solar system like we just saw or as I said when we talked before like the one Earth is in if all the planets and moons etcetera had life on them. I hold enough power on my own to take them all out. All it really means is that I can see HIM whenever I want to or need to, I just need to think about being with HIM and I will be in the inbetween with HIM, I can just go and see HIM and be back in a microsecond. Or if HE wants to talk to me HE will pull me to HIM, but again only for a microsecond so it doesn’t scare you like it did the first time!" Harry continued to explain about how he could see DEATH or how HE could bring Harry to the inbetween himself.
"I am to live with you two from now on with you controlling me and brining me up as you have been doing for the last thirteen years now within this universe and DEATH said I will be here for a very long time and then all three of us will be able to travel throughout the rest of reality together somehow because I have full emotions unlike DEATH so HE wants me to live in the universes with my two dads, DEATH only has emotions for me and HE will control me in death in a sense, HE can pull me to the inbetween and hold me there if HE wants to. As I said time has no meaning there, a single year could be a second in the inbetween before I could come back or a million years could pass in a second. Does that make sense?” Harry carried on explaining things to both the Master and the Doctor hoping he wasn’t confusing them.
“Yes, actually it does Muklo, so DEATH was the first being to look after you and fall in love with you as a parent so HE is your Father and now you can go and see DEATH in the inbetween you called it and DEATH can pull you to HIM there, but as we see universal time you don’t there. Since you are back with us, I’m hoping you want to stay with us?” The Master explained then asked very gently with hope in his voice.
“Yes, I do! I want to stay with both of you please? All that is different now is that I can tell you DEATH is my Father as you said and what powers I have at the moment as well as other things HE has said we can now discuss. You two are my dads, and I want to live with my dads if you will have me? We will eventually get our true past back and have reality open to all three of us if you want that.” Harry answered the Master, but he knew the Doctor wanted to know as well as Harry could see the Doctor face and it looked worried.
“So, what do we call you now?” The Doctor asked gently.
“Whatever you want to call me, Son, Muklo, the Arbitrator, all are my universal names, as I’ve said Harry James Potter was killed off. I had us kill him off because that life led me to kill myself by another’s hand. DEATH gave me a name and the Deity TIME called me the Arbitrator because I arbitrate DEATHS emotions for HIM now towards me as well as arbitrating between life and death, but it is actually mainly because of the emotions DEATH has for me! DEATH only has emotions for me nothing else. You as my parents called me Muklo so in a sense I have three name HIS name for me, the one given to me by my dads, and one given to me by the Deity TIME…. DEATH won’t kill me, because of the feeling HE has towards me as a parent, HE knows I won’t lose you though." harry continued to explain his names as well as the fact he wouldn't lose either of his dads.
"We can make the watches as we said we would and you two will still be able to order me or ground me. Nothing has changed it’s just that now we all know the truth behind my different names and the fact I am actually the SON of DEATH. SATURN calls me the same name DEATH does but only in my head, we eventually came to an agreement before I even came here, SATURN can call me what she wants telepathically but my real name can never be used or told to another by her unless I leave the universe and go into where DEATH stays the inbetween. Somewhere I can’t show you never mind take you to, but I think DEATH made SATURN call me by that hidden name because HE also calls me that and it was after I met HIM for the first time I remember. SATURN called me it and I hadn’t even used her once to travel anywhere when SATURN gave me the name herself." harry continued to answer the question he had been asked he needed for his dads to know he loved them to much to lose them.
"I know what kind of power that particular name holds. As you know there is power in a name hence us not giving our true names out but even at this age, as I have explained before if my name that DEATH gave me and calls me by is uttered while in a universe by me announcing it or someone knowing it is my name and calling me by it, it would destroy the universe it would put it all to death!... As I age, more of HIS powers will become available to me and I will be able to do more. Eventually I will be able to do everything HE does, if I want, even join HIM in the inbetween, HIS home full time if you don’t want me. But…. I don’t want to do that, and I don’t have to HE is…. Happy? Yes, let’s call it that. HE is happy for me to be with you and you with me forever, and I do mean that, as in until you decided you don’t want to live anymore and then there is nothing I can do you could decide to leave me just in this universe and all of reality would still open up to me or you can stay with me and it will open to all three of us somehow.” Harry explained further to the two men he loved as parents.
“Muklo there is plenty you can do and have already, if you want to stay as our son, we are more than overjoyed at that thought. I thought when you said those words as you came out of the TARDIS that we were all about to die and I don’t want to, now the drums aren’t there and I have you. I know you are my son even if it is strange how you came about, if you want to stay with us then you will. Theta and I both agreed you would be our son jointly that we would always love you and support you even with your extra powers you have and if that is what you want, to stay with us both then it will stay that way until you decide otherwise not the other way around, we will always be here for you.” The Master explained and Harry started crying.
Harry really thought both the Master and the Doctor would get rid of him and he would be on his own again, with just his Father, knowing what he did about being on his own and what a silent scream was, he really wanted to be loved by these two men. He couldn’t go back to that horror even if he didn’t remember doing it. Suddenly he had two bodies on the side of him holding him.
“What’s that matter Muklo?” The Master asked Harry very gently.
“I thought you would get rid of me, I am sacred I would have to go back to my childhood memories they destroyed me those memories I wanted to die because of them, if you leave me and DEATH unblocks those memories I don’t know what I will do, HE never showed me how to kill myself HE said I can’t it’s not possible HE always lives on and so will I now.” Harry answered the Master still crying his eyes out.
“Shh.. Shh, Muklo you are our little boy, it will be fine, we are both here now and we will look after you as our son, we knew you had these extra powers, we knew there was no opt out for you, we have already talked and decided that we would stay with you as long as you will have us Muklo! We will love you always and always support you with the extra powers you have no matter what! The three of us have a parental bond to you and you have a bond to us as our son and we don’t want to ever lose that bond to you it is the best feeling in the world when we feel the love you have for us down it.” The Doctor gently explained to Harry holding him with the Master.
“Thank-you both, all I ever feel from the bond from you two is the love you have for me, others have said they loved me and then turned their backs on me, but with the bond I constantly feel the love you have for me and it is so reassuring to have that always there able to constantly feel it…. I know whatever it was that happened to me growing up in the other mainline universe I don’t want to see it or feel it again not to leave me like that I collapsed on DEATH and HE had to hold me up as soon as DEATH released the memories, HE had hidden for me. Maybe in time DEATH will show me, but I just want to be with you, I have to live within a universe because I have full emotions and I was born with them DEATH can’t get rid of them and HE won’t I don’t think because HE wants me to experience the mortal plain in full going through all the different universes with you two there to support me as well, DEATH should be emotionless, but HE won’t let me go now HE has felt love for me as a parent.” Harry explained to both the Doctor and the Master, still with tears rolling down his face.
“And that is just how we feel about you Muklo, you will never lose the feeling of love we have for you down the bond ever, you are both our son, my son and Theta’s son all this means is you have a Father. Just please don’t be in a hurry to introduce me to your Father!” The Master spoke gently. Harry sniggered very slightly at that and then realised what he had done so explained.
“Sorry I’m not making fun of you dad, it’s just…. Do you remember seeing that blond idiot from Slytherin at school I went to for Linguistic Science when we all shared our memories? when we first all met together at Sirius' and I found out you were my biological dad? And you both turned the psychic link we were using to look through each other’s mind into a proper bond, well there was a boy my age who was always saying wait until my father hears about this! I was just imaging dad trying to run himself though all his regeneration's, so he didn’t have to meet DEATH, it’s not the same once you are dead. You just go to one of two places as I explained one is called the beyond it is like heaven with your loved ones or one DEATH calls purgatory but it’s not what you think. It is not a nice place there it is for those who have used their own free will to commit evil throughout their entire lives, but you don’t actually meet DEATH you are just sent to the place your soul decides you will go to.” Harry explained in a calm voice, now he knew the Master and the Doctor still wanted him, and Harry could feel their love down the bond, Harry was settling down feeling that love through the bond. They remained in the hug for five minutes more before the silence was broken.
“Right, we are in the Time vortex, the control room looks stunning now so I think you should tell us how to get to our rooms and where they are Muklo, then we all need some sleep this has been a very stressful day for us all.” The Doctor said breaking the silence that had descended on them.
“Are you sure you don’t want to ask any more questions about what we’ve talked about?” Harry asked to both the Master and the Doctor as there was more Harry could still tell them.
“No son, you have told us what is going on, let that settle in, to find out you don’t just have the powers of DEATH, you are also HIS SON and the fact you want to live with us, is enough for now. We have plenty of time for you to tell us more. We will make the watches as promised in the next couple of days and we aren’t leaving the TARDIS or the Time Vortex until then! So, come on show us how to get to our bedrooms from here, the TARDIS said you have changed them, dry your eyes and show us around the TARDIS again! We will be with you for as long as we can.” The Doctor spoke gently to Harry still.
“Are you both sure? I don’t want to be a burden to you like the Dursleys felt i was but I am dad’s biological son you can test that and you can give me an order as well Pere and see I have to do it you will feel it through the bond it has already worked once when your ordered me in The Library and then released it, the scan had been started I had no choice but to do as you ordered but as you released it. It meant I didn’t have to take us there straight away so I slowed the scan down!" Harry explained to both of his dads there was a lot he could now tell them.
"It meant that I could use SATURN for other things if I needed her to and for her to keep an eye on our surroundings especially with so many Vashta Nerada in the different rooms following us trying to kill us that was why I was worried they would have eaten me and my soul would have moved away from then and reformed after lashing out killing all the Vashta Nerada and as I said I didn’t know how to tell you about DEATH! But even I didn’t expect HIM to be my Father! HE kept telling me I didn’t have to be formal with HIM and I didn’t understand why until today when HE said I was HIS SON and HE is my Father." Harry told them both honestly he knew he had to be totally honest if he still wanted the Master and the Doctor to be his dads.
"By the time we were ready to go to the core in the centre of the planet, the scan was finished, but I was still disorientated a bit from cutting the connection to my wand. River then basically made me have to tell you about DEATH. Just before we descended to the core I programmed SATURN to move me and any others to the TARDIS by only pressing two buttons but it brings me to this room nowhere else it’s how I moved from the daleks to here to find it all on fire and I had to change the control room and the console unit to my design." Harry explained about the scan and sorting the control room out.
"The bedrooms we use were changed at the same time as it was all one program. I can tell you more if you want, there are things DEATH will let me tell you now that HE wouldn’t let me tell you before, now that you know HE is also my Father. As you know HE can also stop me, but I do have free will over the powers just like you two do in a sense. We can use the TARDIS for adventure or just visiting somewhere but then the TARDIS will and can make us do things that need taking care of." harry continued to explain.
"DEATH can in a sense do the same by pulling me to HIM. But HIS powers or I suppose my powers are mine to use as I want it is my free will as to whether I use them or not just like it’s yours to do as you want at times, at others it’s not for you but it is for me off DEATH. HE has always said HE will never force me to do anything even today HE asked me to kill off the daleks. HE didn’t order me to even though when HE first brought me to HIM I thought HE was it was then that HE explained the whole truth to me." Harry explained before making the offer to them about knowing more.
"There are things I can tell you now like what some of those powers are used for if you want to know! I will be honest it’s just I don’t want to be left alone without you, I will tell you as much as I can, but I promise I am your son both of you are my dads officially according to DEATH.” Harry explained seeing if the Master or Doctor wanted to know more and explaining there was more he could tell them, if they wanted him to, Harry still had tears in his eyes over what DEATH had shown him.
“No little one, let’s get you in bed and asleep it has been rough on you this. We told you before when you asked, that we would be with you, you said you have the same extra powers as you have always had, and you know how to use them. As Theta said to everyone the daleks passed in peace you heard their screaming in their heads and you put them at rest.” The Master explained.
Harry didn’t tell them it was why he had put them to rest it was the screaming that had done it, now he knew he had gone through it, he wouldn’t let others even daleks. But Harry got the feeling neither would the Doctor or the Master. Harry wondered if they had worked it out. Not wanting them to especially feeling the horror those memories did to him as Harry thought about what the Master had said. Harry then quickly cleared his mind in case the Doctor and the Master were using the bond they had to him, at times Harry couldn’t tell.
In the end that is what the three did. After The Doctor wiped Harry’s eyes the Master and the Doctor got up and gently pulled Harry up and talking one of his hands each placing their other hand each on his back Harry showed them around the TARDIS control room.
Harry pointed things out with the hand the Doctor was holding then Harry took them to their living quarters. They were all together now in the bedroom section, but it had three bedrooms leading off from a large living room, one bedroom for each of them, one said ‘The Master’ one said ‘The Doctor’ and the final one said ‘The Arbitrator’.
The Master and the Doctor walked past the living room still holding Harry’s hands and led him to his bedroom. The living room was set up a bit like in the control room a sitting area again with chairs that didn’t move but this room could be used for a lot more over time Harry had already had a state of the art entertainment system installed against the wall between the Masters and the Doctors bedrooms. Soon enough the Master and the Doctor had Harry in bed asleep and walked out into the living room that had been assembled.
“Are you okay?” The Doctor asked to the Master.
“I’m worried about Muklo, we know he is my son but if he is also the SON of DEATH as well, he’s going to need to use those powers, we need to talk to him about using them and telling him to do so from now on, he must get use to them if he has them, now he’s used them once we should be able over time to get him to open up more to us and DEATH may allow him to tell us more, instead of it being hidden he said there was more he could tell us.” The Master replied, while he slowly went over to a sofa.
“What I’m more worried about is those memories that are blocked. I think he knows what those are, he never lied but he omitted things. When we mentioned the Daleks Screaming and being put to rest, when I checked the bond, he had cleared his mind from us.” The Doctor explained to the Master sitting down in the living room and the Master joined him.
“Leave that alone Theta the bond radiated horror on a level, we have both felt before while he talked to us about those hidden memories from living with the Dursleys and when I said about the daleks screaming. You felt like that as you ended the Time War and me having to run from it because of the drums and the horrors I had seen. If it is as bad as that and I think that was what he was getting at. We never talk about it ourselves we decided after looking though each other’s minds to leave it there and just be there for each other if we needed support off each other over them. Let him come to us with it in his own time as you were told by River Song, we will love him constantly and show him that we will always support him.” The Master spoke in determination to the Doctor, the Master had decided that they would not go there, until their son was ready to talk to them about it.
“He has seen all our lives though Koschei.” The Doctor explained to the Master.
“Yes, and we hid things from him, he only saw the timelines of us off DEATH not the thoughts and emotions, he had the emotions of horror when discussing the Dursleys tratement and when we discussed killing off all the daleks and then he had the emotion of deep worry about us leaving him. So leave it, he will tell us eventually. Let him come to us please Theta?” The Master spoke right back to the Doctor.
They were not going to force Harry to talk about that when the Master and Doctor had agreed that they would not talk about their worst emotions they had when they went away to look through each other’s minds for the Doctor it was the horror of ending the Time War for the Master it was having to run from it because he could not cope with Gallifrey loosing and seeing no way for the Time Lords and Ladies to win so he had run as far away from the Time War as he could but they had both agreed to support each other if the other one needed support and went to them for it.
“Okay I’m just worried about him. He’s never going to allow a child to have another bad childhood and that could be a problem.” The Doctor explained to the Master.
“And you do? Even I won’t allow it after what I found out was done to me as a child by the High Council look what they turned me into at the age of eight I had a constant noise in my head only I could hear and all the things I did because of that noise so if that is the case we deal with it, let him tell us in his own time Theta. You and I can’t save everyone but we have saved him he was scared and worried as I said thinking we were going to make him leave us, that’s why I said we wouldn’t use the bond on him, once his mind is settled we will do everything to reassure him he is our son." The Master started to explain to the Doctor.
"Muklo called you Pere in panic when you were shot he has called you that since a few years after you first met him and turned your psychic link you had to him into a bond with him, but he was in shock and scared to death like I was that the death ray had killed you not only caused you to regenerate. If you hadn’t turned side on you would have been dead, but even then when you got shot he still shouted Pere out at you as I said, he didn't shout your Time Lord name or anything else he literally screamed Pere at you when you were hit. He radiates nothing but love from the bond when it’s about us and we both feel the same towards him, but he is right Harry James Potter is dead we do not ever call him by any part of that name again! Am I understood? He was called that when he willingly went to die!" The Master carried on but he was adamant about them not calling their son Harry ever again.
"Also, it doesn’t matter who his real parents are, he’s got a third parent to talk to with you. Muklo said that DEATH officially called you his second dad he has said that a few times and it should be impossible even with a bond to him to be able to give him orders and yet you can so you are definitely classed as his second dad! Don’t you find it strange that Rose Tyler believed he was also your son. The Deity TIME must have altered her memories to believe as we have been telling people that you are his Pere. With three parents looking out for him, me his dad, you his Pere and DEATH being his Father, he will be fine given time to heal and time to talk to us." THe master finally finished his explanation.
"Let’s leave off a companion for a while and just spend it with Muklo reassuring him he is defiantly our son and that we love him unconditionally and will support him throughout his life and that he can come to us and can tell us anything in his own time, but we have to take those words more seriously now if he utters them he takes over as we agreed, otherwise it’s the best out of us two that decide what to do, if we don’t he could use SATURN and be gone from us he could jump to another universe, one crack in this universe will not affect it. Rose Tyler and those with her have probably caused more damage than he would just leaving us, we could never follow him though, he could go anywhere with SATURN. We are not losing our son, just because he could one day remain with his other Father, he’s with us now and we are keeping him with us until he wants to leave. Which he said he never did so we will always keep him with us. He said it was up to us if we left him and we aren’t doing, we will make the watches as promised but I think we know now what DEATH stopped him from telling us!” The Master decided what they would do for a while hoping to help his son more.
“Sorry, you're right and I heard him call me Pere I was so proud as you said he screamed it at me when I was injured, I’m just worried about him… Do you really think that was what he couldn’t tell us though?” The Doctor explained then asked the Master looking over to him.
“I’m not sure we will have to keep an eye on your regenerations, if that energy is like what I took by force, it could turn out bad.” The Master explained right back to the Doctor worried over the energy the Doctor had taken into himself.
“No, I think you are right about what DEATH stopped him telling us. Think about it, he wants us to make the watches he said they would work like a chameleon arch if we were permanently killed, the regeneration energy he gave to me felt clean entering me. I pulled three regenerations off him one went to heal me, one went into my own reserves and one into the hand, the hand though copied Donna’s template, I think if he had copied any of us three he would have turned into another true Time Lord with a Time Lord life span of a single regeneration I bet Muklo would have been able to then top him up to the full twelve regeneration we are given!" The Doctor explained to the Master.
"We will do as you suggested and let Muklo come to us, when we make the watches we can ask him then, now he had done it I think he will be able to tell us remember he said he couldn’t tell us until it was needed and then as soon as I need it after I get injured there he is and he gives me energy he wanted to know how you had remained a Time Lord with your ring the energy will be the same. However, I would imagine the next few months if not years are going to be hard on all three of us over the revelation of his hidden memories, but we will get through it as a family, just like we have been since he asked for me ot be his second parent and then when i agreed he started to call me Pere!" The Doctor explained to the Master.
"We both have a bond to him as our son and he has a parental bond off the two of us as you said. That is a promise Koschei we will be his dads forever and he will always be our son and child just like you said even when he is an adult we will still treat him as our child, he is staying with us and we try to always ensure he doesn’t need to feel like we will desert him we will be true parents to him and show him the love he didn’t have growing up he’s back to being young physically we can make his childhood one of love and adventure we still have around a hundred and eighty four years for him to be a child and that is only in physical time he is fifty mentally, but we spent four years in the Time Vortex with him when he first learnt to see Time as he said we have acted and been parents to him for thirteen years we are going to remain his parents until he no longer wants us I promise you Koschei I will always back you up with our son." The Doctor continued to explain.
"As you suggested we will devote all out time so that we can look after him and letting him know we love him and will always support him. I think you are right about leaving off a companion for a bit. We shall just devote our time to him until we both feel he is ready for one and we find the perfect companion to travel with us, Let’s get some rest and think on how we go about getting him to open up to us and what else we can do to show him he is our priority there are others thing we can think about doing to show him we love him and will support him always, I think I will make him breakfast in bed in the morning just to show him we love him and that we are still here for him we can get up early and sort breakfast out so we can gently wake him up to eat, let’s check our own bedrooms out….. Night Koschei.” The Doctor finally finished.
With that all said the Master said goodnight back to the Doctor and they both got up and went to their separate bedrooms to think about what had happened over the last day and the future they would now have to give to Harry, so he knew he wasn’t alone and that he had the Master and the Doctor with him always. Two real parents who loved him. It had been a harrowing time for all three of them really seeing the daleks and a resurrected Davros for the Doctor and Master and Harry finding out DEATH was his Father who had, had to hide memories for him just so he could return to living in a universe.
