Unspeakables RE-WRITE

The Doctor pulled the Master and Harry along and the six stepped onto the platform. Harry knew what it did but was still surprised when it began to go down at an almost terrifying speed. He thought it didn’t hold a candle to his old Firebolt or SATURN though.

The Doctor looked at Harry and the Master with a grin and Harry returned it now properly. He was still holding the Master’s hand, but he wasn’t as disorientated as he had been from cutting the connection from his wand to his power core and he wasn’t as scared anymore either he knew now where the TARDIS was and could transport them all to it, the order given made Harry set the search going even though he was released from it he didn’t stop it he only slowed it down so he could use SATURN for other things if he needed to.

“Autodestruct in fifteen minutes.” The computer reminded them as then landed. They ran until the Doctor finally saw an orange ball of swirling energy.

“The data core. Over four thousand living minds trapped inside.” The Doctor explained when he got to it.

“Yeah, well, they won’t living much longer. We’re running out of time.” The Master said running up behind them slowed down because Harry tripped just after they got off the gravity platform. Harry reached the Doctors side and, suddenly, fell to his knees, panting.

“Arbitrator!” Shouted the Master and Doctor together, crouching beside him. Harry grabbed his head as if in pain, the Master took his face between his hands and lifted it so he could look him in the eyes.

“Wrong, so wrong. There are souls here. souls are not supposed to be here. Souls without a body mustn’t be here they should be in the afterlife, souls without a body belong to DEATH. They’re not alive any longer. But they’re not dead either. This is so wrong! I won’t pass them on…. It’s all wrong.” Harry mumbled, he was hallucinating and in agony because of what he was sensing. River Songs eyes widened in understanding as soon as Harry started talking and the Master looked at her pleadingly. She crouched down beside Harry and took his hands in her own.

“Arbitrator, listen to me. You have to strengthen your mental shields. You must or the pain will only increase until you are forced to pass them over. Strengthen your shields around your mind, Arbitrator. Your other powers are growing too fast at the moment because of what’s going on. Close off you mind to everything even Time, and centre yourself don’t focus on the other power. Bring your mental shields right up. Now!” River Song explained and demanded of Harry at the end. Harry released a pitiful moan and nodded slightly he closed his eyes and started to do just that. Relieved, River Song stood up.

“How did you know what to do?” The Master demanded. River Song said nothing and the Master gave a frustrated sigh, but the Master couldn’t hide the relief he felt at seeing the pain slowly leaving Harrys face.

“We’ll have to carry him. It’ll take him a couple of minutes to strengthen his mental shields enough.” River Song explained further. The Master nodded determined and picked Harry up with the utmost care, as if afraid Harry would break if he wasn’t careful enough. the Master felt concern at the state Harry was in but didn’t say anything aloud. They all carried on walking.

“Help me.” Called a little girl’s voice.

“Please, help me.” The same girl’s voice called again.

“What’s that?” Anita asked. The Master reluctantly put Harry down, resting him against the wall, the Master caressed his face gently before taking his screwdriver out and pointing it at one of the computers.

“Was that a child?” River Song asked referring to the voice they had heard.

“The computer’s in sleep mode. I can’t wake it up. I’m trying.” The Doctor explained to all of them there tapping the keyboard and clearly frustrated.

“Doctor, these readings.” The Master suddenly commented to the Doctor.

“I know. You would think it was… Dreaming.” The Doctor told the Master. Engrossed in the conversation, they didn’t notice the young Magical Time Lord stirring and opening his eyes.

“It is dreaming. Of a normal life, and a lovely dad, and of every book ever written.” Mr. Lux explained taking off one of the gloves he was wearing with the spacesuit.

“Computers don’t dream.” Anita protested to Mr. Lux wondering what was going on.

“Help me. Please, help me.” The girl called out again to all those in the room.

“No, but little girls do.” Mr. Lux told them all then he proceeded to pull a breaker and a door opened. The Doctor looked at Mr. Lux then as the Doctor went into the next room the Doctor glanced at Harry. The Doctor was surprised when a pair of beautiful green eyes looked back at him. The Doctor smiled widely at Harry.

“Arbitrator.” The Doctor said with relief. Both the Master and the Doctor went over to him in seconds and helped him up onto his feet.

“What did I miss?” Harry asked.

“Oh, not much. The computer’s dreaming.” The Doctor explained. Harry snorted at the way the Doctor talked, as if it was completely normal. Well, with the things they had all seen, it very well was. Still supported by the Master, Harry walked beside him after Mr. Lux and the others. In the next room, they saw a node turn to them and they all had to contain a gasp. It had the face of a little girl on it the same little girl that they had seen in the computer.

“Please, help me.” She begged opening her eyes.

“Please, help me.” The girl begged again.

“Oh, my god.” River Song Exclaimed.

“It’s the little girl. The girl we saw in the computer.” Anita announced to all of them even though most of them knew especially Mr. Lux.

“She’s not in the computer. In a way, she is the computer. The main command node. This is CAL.” Mr. Lux explained with moist eyes.

“CAL is a child? A child hooked up to a mainframe. Why didn’t you tell us this? We needed to know this! It could have saved so many lives if you had just told us about CAL in the first place!” The Master protested angrily to Mr. Lux not at all happy this had been hidden from them.

“Because she’s family!” Mr. lux shouted back in anger at the Master. Before calming down.

“CAL. Charlotte Abigail Lux. My grandfather’s youngest daughter. She was dying, so he built her a library and put her living mind inside, with a moon to look over her, and all of human history to pass the time. Any era to live in, any book to read. She loved books more than anything and he gave her them all. He asked only that she be left in peace. A secret! Not a freak show.” Mr lux explained passionately yet gently this time to them all while stoking her face with his hand that he had removed the glove from.

“You weren’t protecting a patent you were protecting her. She’s the main conscience that I felt before, the one that overrode all the others.” Harry exclaimed now it all made sense to him and he looked at Mr. Lux with a small sad smile just for him then Harry joined the Master and Doctor.

“This is only half a life, of course. But she will live forever among all her books.” Mr. Lux muttered lovingly caressing the node’s face still.

“And then the shadows came.” The Doctor added into the conversation.

“The shadows. I have to…. I have to save…. Have to save.” The node girl Charlotte intervened.

“And she saved them. She saved everyone in The Library. Folded them into her dreams and kept them safe.” The Doctor continued to explain to all those that were left.

“Then, why didn’t she tell us?” Anita asked the Doctor.

“Because she’s forgotten. She’s got over four thousand living minds chatting away inside her head. It must be like being… Well, us three actually, constantly having that amount of information going through your brain and only a human brain at that, it would have overwhelmed her, it did and as I said she forgot.” The Doctor explained to them all. Harry squeezed the Doctors and the Masters hands. Offering comfort even though Harry knew what the Doctor meant he saw a lot more timelines than both the Doctor and the Master did put together. Both of them smiled weakly at him, grateful. Not realising, thinking it was because of all the timelines they saw on their own.

“So, what do we do?” River Song wondered out loud. While the Doctor was thinking of the three of them and how far the Master and he would go themselves to protect their own son.

“Autodestruct in ten minutes.” The computer reminded them all. That snapped the Doctor out of his thoughts. The Doctor ran to the other panels on the far wall to the right in the room they were in while talking.

“Easy! We beam all the people out of the data core. The computer will reset itself and stop the countdown.” The Doctor told them all then he tapped the keyboard in the computer and rubbed his head.

“Difficult. Charlotte doesn’t have enough memory space left to make the transfer.” The Doctor explained still rubbing his head, he looked around and spotted a panel, which he then opened and took a cable out of it and looked around. The others moved over to where the Doctor was pulling things from sections that were behind metal cupboard doors.

“I’ll hook myself up to the computer. She can borrow my memory space.” The Doctor explained to them all.

“Difficult! It’ll kill you stone dead.” River Song argued with what the Doctor wanted to do.

“Yeah, it’s easy to criticise.” The Doctor admitted.

“It’ll burn out both your hearts, and don’t think you’ll regenerate.” River Song said this time to the Doctor even more adamant than she had been before.

“Pere!” Harry spoke and was looking at the Doctor with wide scared eyes and the Doctor paused what he was doing. The Doctor turned to face the tot that he thought of as his own son and walked till they were in front of each other. the Doctor looked down in those incredibly green eyes and sighed, going down on to his knees the Doctor looked straight into Harrys eyes, closing his own eyes for a second before opening them.

“Arbitrator, there’s no other option. I have to” The Doctor started to explain to Harry.

“Let me do it.” Harry interrupted the Doctor.

“I will” Harry started to try and explain.

“You wouldn’t survive.” The Doctor cut Harry off gently. Harry was going to talk again, but the Doctor didn’t let him.

“And if, by some miracle, you did, you would lose your memory. I don’t want to die.” The Doctor explained and then whispered the last bit to Harry making tears appear in Harrys eyes. Harry knew he had willingly walked to his death before he wouldn’t let someone else do it. Not now there was another way even if it meant telling them the truth about him in the end.

“I don’t want to die son. I want to travel with you and your other dad, through all of Time and space, to show you the wonders of the universe. I want to do and show you so many things son.” The Doctor explained gently. A tear fell from Harry’s eye, he tried to speak once again but wasn’t given the chance.

“But above everything, I want to make sure that you live. I need to know that you have a future. And the only way to make sure of that is by doing this. You will still have your other dad with you, he can carry on teaching you and showing you all of Time and space son.” The Doctor gently explained to Harry again.

“I won’t let you do it, please Pere, listen to me” Harry begged desperately only to be interrupted yet again.

“Arbitrator, our own little Magical Time Lord tot… The Master’s and my son, our own young and stubborn tot.” The Doctor spoke gently and then he closed his eyes again and pressed their foreheads together. One of the Doctors hands came up to rest at the back of Harrys neck and shoulder as though he was caressing Harry then without a warning and without giving Harry time to notice anything in the timeline, the Doctor used the hand he had on Harry shoulder and neck to pinch a pressure point that put him to sleep. The Doctor quickly caught Harry before he could fall and hit his head, the Doctor then gently lowered Harry to the floor, his body already unconscious.

“Doctor!” River Song and the Master exclaimed both together taking a step forward towards the Doctor and Harry.

“He’s okay. He’ll be unconscious for about fifteen minutes.” The Doctor explained to the both of them, softly caressing the face of the now peacefully asleep tot and cleaning away a stray tear from his cheek.

“I’ll try my best to return to you, Arbitrator. I always will.” The Doctor promised to the unconscious tot.

“Doctor?” River Song demanded wondering what the Doctor was doing, and the Master was giving him a look that was very hard to interpret. The Doctor stood up and after a last look at who he thought of as a son he started to work with his screwdriver and the wires.

“I’m right. This works. So shut up!” The Doctor said to them, ignoring everyone there.

“Now listen. Professor Song, Luxury boy and Master, back up to the main library. Prime any data cells you can find for maximum download, and before you say anything else, you two, I just want to mention it in passing, shut up.” The Doctor explained to the three, but the last part was directed just to the Master and River Song.

“Oh, I hate you sometimes!” River Song Exclaimed to the Doctor.

“I’m sure I’ll find out why.” The Doctor spoke with a smirk looking at River Song and the Master.

“Mr. Lux with me, Master please follow us to give us a hand.” River Song spoke telling Mr. Lux what to do but asking the Master for help.

“Anita, if the Arbitrator has any problems while I'm away, I’ll kill the Doctor myself, so watch him for me!” River Song told Anita and then the three ran out of the room and Anita looked at the Doctor, that was now working on the computer.

“What about the Vashta Nerada?” Anita asked the Doctor.

“These are their forests. I’m going to seal Charlotte inside her little world, take everybody else away.” The Doctor answered her as he ran to another panel and pulled out some more wire and connectors.

“The shadows can swarm to their heart’s content The Library will be back to being their forests.” The Doctor continued explaining.

“So, you think they’re just going to let us go? Let us download over four thousand people and have time to get them out of the library before they eat them all?” Anita asked the Doctor.

“Best offer they’re going to get off me.” The Doctor replied, he paused doing what he was and looked at the spacesuit.

“You’re going to make them an offer?” Anita asked the Doctor.

“And they better take it, because right now, I’m finding it very hard to make any kind of offer at all. You know why?” The Doctor explained and then asked the spacesuit.

“I really liked Anita. She was brave, even when she was crying. She never gave in and you ate her without a second thought that’s four people today you’ve taken.” The Doctor explained and then pointed his screwdriver at her and cleared the visor, which revealed a skull.

“But I’m going to let that pass, as long as you let all the people in the date core leave here.” The Doctor told the Vashta Nerada his anger just starting as he started moving towards the space suit.

“How long have you known?” The Vashta Nerada in the spacesuit asked him.

“Since just after I knocked the Arbitrator out. Oh, you didn’t eat her right away, no. but what he was doing was working and you were getting so weak that the only options you had left were to leave or to get inside her suit faster than you had wanted to. Then, you waited inside the suit and ate Anita when the Arbitrator was knocked out. You’re intelligent. You know he would have noticed if you killed her when he was focused on her he told us he could pick the Magical residue up of a person you had eaten.” The Doctor explained to the Vashta Nerada and the Doctor was already in front of the suit, looking at the blinking green light.

“She’s nearly gone. Be kind.” The Doctor told the Vashta Nerada holding his emotions in, but he was getting angry.

“These are our forests. We are not kind.” The Vashta Nerada in the space suit replied to the Doctor.

“I’m giving you back your forests, but you are giving me them. You are letting them go.” The Doctor told the Vashta Nerada in no uncertain terms.

“These are our forests. They are our meat.” The spacesuit controlled by the swarm of the Vashta Nerada said, then the spacesuit extending an arm making the Doctor walked back. Shadows started to stretch out from Anita’s suit, swarms of Vashta Nerada in search of new meat. The Doctor put himself between them and Harry.

“Don’t play games with me.” The Doctor warned the Vashta Nerada furious with them clearly demonstrating the oncoming storm.

“You’ve just killed someone I like and are now trying to eat my son. That is not a safe place to stand. I’m the Doctor and you’re in the biggest library in the universe. Look me up.” The Doctor demanded of the Vashta Nerada. The shadows paused in their advance for a moment, as if contemplating what to do, and then retreated back into the suit.

“You have one day but no longer.” The Vashta Nerada told the Doctor. Then the spacesuit collapsed to the floor like a puppet with its strings cut. The Doctor turned back to the computer and the chair he would sit in to do the download working on the cables ready to set them up so he could use his own mind to help with the download he didn’t see River Song, even in the timelines until she spoke.

“Oh, Anita.” River Song muttered putting her hand on the helmet of the woman’s suit. That was her entire team that she had put together for this expedition now dead only Mr, Lux the one paying was still alive.

“I’m sorry. She’s been dead a while now. I told you to go!” The Doctor Explained gently looking at River Song then turning back what he was doing with the wires.

“Mr. Lux can manage with just the Master, but you can’t.” River Song spoke with a hint of something in her voice. Noticing something strange in the professor’s voice, the Doctor turned around and found himself receiving a punch to the head. Then, blackness overcame him. The Doctor blinked his eyes. What had happened? He didn’t remember.

“Autodestruct in two minutes.” A computer spoke.

What did that mean? Autodestruct? Where was he? The Doctor blinked again and lifted his head to look around. No more than a meter from him, lying unconscious on the floor, he saw a child. A child with very familiar black unruly hair. His son! Everything returned to him. The Library, the Vashta Nerada, Charlotte, autodestruct… The Doctor looked up to see River Song connecting wires and cables together sat in the chair.

“Oh, no, no, no, no. come on, what are you doing? That’s my job I said I would do the download!” The Doctor explained to River song getting angry with her knowing it would kill her.

“And I’m not allowed to have a career, I suppose?” River Song questioned the Doctor from where she sat messing with all types of cables still.

“Why am I handcuffed? Why do you even have handcuffs?” The Doctor asked trying to free himself.

“Spoilers.” Answered River Song with a pleased grin.

“This is not a joke. Stop it. This is going to kill you! I would have a chance you don’t have any! Let’s stick with the plan and let me do the download” The Doctor explained and then demanded of River Song.

“You don’t have a chance, and neither do I.” River Song told the Doctor angrily.

“The only person who would have survived intact with their memory was the Arbitrator, but as you have knocked him out. He can’t do it.” River Song told him angry and then calmed down and took a deep breath.

“I’m timing it for the end of the countdown. There’ll be a blip in the command flow. That way it should improve my chances of a clean download allowing all the people to be transported out and resetting the auto destruct.” River Song told the Doctor.

“River, please. No. let me do it!” The Doctor pleaded with her.

“Funny thing is this means you’ve always known how I was going to die. All the time I’ve been with or met up with you, the Master and the Arbitrator you all knew I was coming here.” River song told the Doctor and the Doctor looked at her strangely.

“The last time I saw all of you, the real three of you in the future I mean. I told you my diary was nearly full, but you wouldn’t answer why. You all turned up on my doorstep, all with new haircuts and new clothes. You All took me to Darillium to see the Singing Towers. What a night that was. The Towers sang, and the Arbitrator was virtually crying, you were too. You both couldn’t look at me without tears slowly falling down your faces which you wiped away before you thought I would see them on the last night there. Even the Master had tears in his eyes trying not to let them fall trying to stay strong for the Arbitrator.” River Song told him in sadness.

“Autodestruct in one minute.” The computer announced.

“None of you would tell me the real reason even though I asked, but I realised you knew it was time. My time. Time to come to The Library. You all even gave me a sonic screwdriver.” River Song told the Doctor, it was then the Doctor noticed the two sonic screwdrivers and her diary in front of himself and tried to grab them, but they were just out of his reach.

“There’s nothing you can do.” River Song explained to the Doctor seeing what he was trying to do.

“You can let me do this.” The Doctor replied to River Song hoping to get her to let him do it, but all the timelines were the same she would do the download.

“If you die here, it could mean I would never meet you all.” River Song returned heatedly.

“Time can be rewritten.” The Doctor told her.

“Not those times. Not one line. Don’t you dare.” River Song said in anger with tears in her eyes.

“It’s okay. It’s okay. It’s not over for you. You’ll see me again. You’ve got so many things to do. You, the Master and the Arbitrator, he’s such an amazing being staying with you both just please always ensure the Master and you support him no matter what and be there for him loving him, you both have all of time and space to run through with him, more than even you can imagine at the moment.” River Song told the Doctor gently after taking a deep breath to calm down.

“River, whatever it is you said to the Arbitrator, it made him trust you implicitly.” The Doctor spoke only to be interrupted by the computer.

“Autodestruct in twenty.” The computer spoke.

“The Arbitrator doesn’t trust just anyone, not that quickly or with that much conviction. Yet he trusted you as soon as you said something to him.” The Doctor told her looking intently at her.

“Fourteen, thirteen, twelve.” The computer carried on.

“You know things about us, things we still haven’t told each other obviously things we haven’t seen in the Arbitrators head. But you know about them. That can only mean you’re very important to us.” The Doctor carried on.

“Hush, now.” River Song told the Doctor.

“Four, three.” The computer carried on and she gently smiled at the Doctor.

“Spoilers.” She told him.

“Two, one.” The computer finished, River Song smiled through her tears and joined the two power cables together. A blinding light filled the room, the Doctor had no other option but to cover his eyes with his free arm as he was still handcuffed to the bar. Just as the light faded the Master returned to both the Doctor and Harry.

“What happened?” The Master demanded off the Doctor.

“She knocked me out and handcuffed me to this pipe then took my place. Master, she said something, something regarding the Arbitrator, she said he would have been fine that his memory would have been intact but even with his Magical abilities it would still have burned through him like it would us, yet she said it wouldn’t that he would have been perfectly fine, that we have more to see than even we can imagine. She called him an amazing being staying with us as though there is more to him, she wanted us both to always support him and love him. She knows things about him that he obviously knows as well but hasn’t told either of us or shown it to us. He can’t hide anything from us, can he?” The Doctor answered with his explanation then asked the Master about their son.

“I honestly don’t know, but why did he have trouble with the bodies in the computer? We didn’t yet you saw yourself he was in agony talking about Souls without a body should be in the afterlife that they belonged to DEATH, but he wouldn’t pass them on. He has already admitted meeting the Deity DEATH, perhaps it’s time we sat him down and asked as much as we can?” The Master explained back. Suddenly both the Master and the Doctor looked over to Harry as he started to come around.

“What happened?” Harry asked groggily looking around only for his eyes to land on River Song.

“No! You stupid woman!” Harry shouted then turned to the Doctor.

“You knocked me out! You knocked me out without letting me explain and now River is dead! I would have survived! I wouldn’t have even regenerated! I could have shoved them all into my head and transported them back out! But you wouldn’t let me explain, just because you are older than me! I feel like you are just as much my dad and you know that you know I will obey you, but you didn’t listen to me! You didn’t let me explain, and now a family member of ours is dead! All thanks to you! You don’t need a bigger head you need bigger ears to listen more! Then we wouldn’t see a family member in front of us the first day we meet her! And now. She. Is. Dead!” Harry shouted at the Doctor in anger and then he started to cry.

“Muklo what do you mean?” The Master gently asked he knew they were alone the Master needed to let Harry know that they would listen to him.

“She was somehow immediate family to me or to us all it’s the only way she could have said to me that which she did it’s a password protected sentence, think of it like the fiddilus charm on my mind it would only be given out to those who become my immediate family, you have the information from when you looked through my mind it was released to you both when I realised how much you both love each other and me and how much the Doctor wanted to help bring me up and become a second dad to me I released it to you both when we looked through each other’s minds, but only I would know what she was telling me without outright saying it. She is from part of my or our immediate family in the future a true part of it. We’ve spent the day in the company and seen the death of a family member through the Doctor always knowing best!” Harry explained to the Master, Harry was still crying as he explained. With that he sent a wandless spell at the handcuffs the Doctor was attached to him and the bar releasing him then Harry pulled up SATURN and opening the keyboard section he looked at the two.

“I'm going!” Harry told then and with that Harry pressed two buttons and was gone.

“Well, we screwed that up! The Doctor spoke in shock.

“You knocked him out without listening to him! He must have checked the timeline to know he would be okay, or he is hiding things on purpose from us, I heard what she said but it meant nothing to me, yet from her starting ‘I solemnly swear I am up to no good, as a member of the Marauders I’m asking for your help now with this’ Convinced him to trust her completely he said he would do whatever she asked him to. He has never trusted anyone like that other than with me before and he has never said he would do whatever I asked of him! What does he mean she would have to be immediate family, how?” The Master asked the Doctor after explaining what had changed Harry’s mind and how far he would go for her.

“Never mind that where is he, the bond is still there but he said he was going, but where?” The Doctor asked in true shock. The Master shut his eyes and felt for the bond finding it quickly he let out a breath.

“He’s in his room in the TARDIS according to the bond I think!” The Master informed the Doctor.

“Come on then let’s get back to the TARDIS, we can make sure and ask him then!” The Doctor spoke picking up the two sonic screwdrivers and leaving the diary on the lap of the dead body of River Song, it was her diary.

“I will talk to him if he is, otherwise, we will need to go to see Sirius he will have gone there hopefully, but he’s really upset with you at the moment, you are going to have to talk to him after we get some answers and if he’s right you’re going to apologise to him. For not listening to him when he tried to tell you something and you knocked him out! He is our son and you stopped him from talking!” The Master angrily told the Doctor exactly what was going to happen next. They both started to walk back along the corridor to the anti-gravity platform when the Doctor suddenly stopped and grabbed the screwdriver that River Song had been using.

“If she was immediate family and we will see her again and we knew she would die here then why did we only give her a screwdriver?” The Doctor asked looking at the Master.

“You think I know how your mind works like mine? It doesn’t, I don’t know why we would do that, but the Arbitrator would have pressured us into saving her somehow now he knows she dies here.” The Master replied still angry at the Doctor. They both looked over the screwdriver before finding a panel and removing it saw all the green lights lit across the neural relay that was attached to the sonic screwdriver.

“Oh, were good, we saved her ourselves!” The Doctor explained looking at the lights. They ran back to the room and plugged the screwdriver into an upload port above the dead body of River Song watching all her consciousness being download into the mainframe, they watched as Charlotte rotated and smiled then winked at them. Eventually they left, the Master not talking to the Doctor. They both used the gravity platform to get up to the main library then they walked along the rooms to the TARDIS. They were shocked to find Donna just stepping off a teleport platform with all the other people that had been saved to the Hard Drive of The Library and the Doctor ran up to her, by the time the Master got there the Doctor was getting another telling off it seemed him sending Donna through the transporters to sent her to the TARDIS sent her to the Data Core instead. To say Donna was not happy was an understatement, but she was looking around for someone. Donna explained about the virtual world and the man she had met, Donna felt he was real, even though a lot of things in that environment weren’t. the Doctor explained that they were going to see if their son was in the TARDIS otherwise, they would need to go and see his godfather both he and the Master needed to talk to him alone if she didn’t mind.

She agreed and they were off back to the TARDIS, as they got there the Doctor had a weird look on his face and looked at the Master in silent query, he brought his hand up and clicked his fingers. To the shock of the Doctor and the Master, the door opened. They just hoped that their son was inside her, they couldn’t see inside the TARDIS through the timeline, so they were hoping he was onboard her somewhere. They all entered the TARDIS and the Doctor sent her into the Time Vortex before excusing the Master and himself. Then both the Doctor and the Master walked into the living section of the TARDIS and to Harrys room and stood outside of it.

“He’s here, but he’s put wards up, I don’t know what he will do if I pull them down again, you try and go in first.” The Doctor explained to the Master. The Master nodded relieved and pulling out his own sonic screwdriver, pulled the wards down then knocked. The Master walked into the room followed by the Doctor only for the Doctor to see Harry in the same spot he had found him last time and Harry was still crying with his arms wrapped around his knees. The Doctor closed the door to Harrys room behind himself.

“We’re sorry son, sorrier than you know, if she was your family then that made her part of ours as well. Put the silencing shield up so we can talk in private please.” The Master explained then told Harry what he wanted doing. Harry just flicked his hand and a blueish glow encompassed the room before disappearing as though it sank into the room’s walls and door then he placed his arm and hand around his knees again. The Doctor spoke next.

“We will see her again Muklo she promised that, and she’s not totally gone, we saved her full conscience and uploaded her to the Hard Drive of The Library as Mr. Lux pointed out it’s not a full life, but she will be happy there living out her life in the Data Core until the universe comes to an end as he said.” The Doctor explained gently to Harry hoping to come across better this time.

“Why wouldn’t you let me explain?” Harry begged out loud to the Doctor with tears still pouring down his face. The Master was the one to talk though.

“Because as you said we treat you like a tot, because to us that is what you are Muklo. I'm so sorry, I know Theta didn’t listen, but you would not have survived and even if you did, you would have been left without your memory of who you are.” The Master explained gently to Harry.

“I would have survived I would have even kept my memory.” Harry spoke with conviction. Then lowering his voice, he continued.

“Didn’t you ever truly wonder at my name that was chosen? I certainly didn’t choose it but with who and what I am the name came about. When I went to look at the free schism after I got used to seeing Time the name reverted back at me, it’s why it took a month to come out of my room…… I’m sort of like Rose Tyler but more fully connected, I have the ability to pull on the Full power from another Deity one who will not give me up willingly, HE wouldn’t allow me to lose my actual memories there is too much in my mind for it to be allowed to be wiped out, I collected the deathly Hallows from my own universe they give me mastery over death the powers lie within me and I can use those powers. I cannot lose my memory there is too much information off the Deity in my mind that is open to me but hidden to everyone else.” Harry told them quietly not even looking at them.

“What do you mean Muklo we saw your memories you got rid of the hallows?” The Master asked.

“I was and am the last Peverell, even though I was blood adopted, the hallows still combined into my power core, I don’t need the hallows to use them, I never wanted to collect the hallows, I didn’t even know about them until I was searching for Tom Riddles soul pieces, I certainly never wanted them to combine into me, but they were after I had ownership of them all and then I willingly died. I met the Deity DEATH as you saw what you didn’t see is the rest as it was hidden by HIM. During that missing time, I learnt a lot especially how to use the powers HE has and then HE hid HIS teachings from everyone. I knew I wouldn’t stay in the other universe that I came from originally. I even knew I would become a full Magical Time Lord it’s why I never argued against it only ensuring the High Council couldn’t get their hands on my mind because of what is in it as I told you if they tried to mess with my mind the information in there would have protected itself and me and killed off Gallifrey it literally would have blown the planet up and all on it. I wish I could have saved the other Real Unspeakables but that wasn’t possible, I was never told I would be on my own without them, just that I would end up living in another universe… I was told I would meet you but got confused, it hard to explain it to you with so much hidden.... Anyway, as I said knew I would meet you, for some reason River Song knowing I have that power within me is worrying though. I said to HIM, I would never use HIS powers over death only the power of creation like creating that chicken leg out of nothing I will not use HIS other powers though because of what they do… I am protected and watched over by DEATH not just you two…... I shouldn’t have been born, it was an agreement between two Deities that my life came about.” Harry explained to the Master what he could, but he spoke the very last part so quietly if the other two weren’t Time Lords they wouldn’t have heard but they did and that worried them.

“What do you mean you shouldn’t have been born Muklo? Your mother was a Magical, the curse was we would need one to conceive.” The Master spoke in confusion again.

“When Lady Agusteen was left on Gallifrey she knew she was the last Magical Time Lord or Lady in this universe, so she actually made you all virtually infertile instead, that is why you couldn’t conceive, only with another Magical Time Lord or Lady would you be able to create a child that was born naturally. She hoped that you would spend all your time looking for them to have more of you, her attitude was that she had lost all her family through the ordinary Time Lords and Ladies causing a war with the Magical Time Lords and Ladies so you would never have any more family of your own, it’s why she emptied her core she didn’t want to be chained and used like a breeder nothing remained of her body that would allow you to use to re-grow another Magical Time Lord or Lady so children could be born naturally if you empty your core fully as a Magical and die it degrades the DNA at an astonishing rate it doesn’t affect the look of someone on the outside but the DNA is absolutely useless for anything. Only she never conceived of the loom, it’s why you have never caused a natural pregnancy. Even though mum was a Real Unspeakable she was only around three quarters of a Magical Time Lady. It wouldn’t have been enough to overcome the curse, it wasn’t, but a Deity saw an opportunity and made you sleep together even though ordinary Time Lords and Ladies no longer do, don’t you find it strange that you enjoyed and participated in an act that ordinary Time Lords and Ladies have found repulsive for millions of years if not longer, you were made to sleep with my mother and enjoy it so that I would be born another Deity talked to DEATH and HE agreed to allow me to be born of you as well as my mother and also to ensure I would be able to see Time, SHE wanted a new child and HE thought it would help me in my eventual role So SHE made you do so and stopped and negative feeling you would get from even thinking about it. My name is the Arbitrator because I have the power to arbitrate who lives and who dies within a universe, any universe we visit that is my role now I’m not the Master of Death, I just hold those powers within my core but have access to DEATHS Full Powers I can do all HE can more than I can tell you things that would scare you if I could tell you….. I think that HE saw all my future from all the things HE said to me when we talked then HE taught me everything and HE watches over me constantly to make sure I survive to carry out my role for HIM, one of only two Deities who could I suppose.” Harry explained to both the Doctor and the Master still not looking at them and with teers slowly falling down his face.

“Are you saying DEATH watches your footsteps, DEATH is with you always you have those powers in you?” The Doctor asked in shock and understanding their son had the powers of a Deity within him and by the look of understanding the Master had worked that out as well. River Songs words came back to the Doctor ‘always support him no matter what’.

“Yes,,,, I think HE watches me HE said HE did, HE knew a lot about my future that has come to pass, I have HIS powers to use as I like if I want to which I don’t other than the power of creation it’s why Gamps law doesn’t apply to me, I do have a true name but the power in it is the reason I never mentioned it before but with River Song coming I’m allowed to talk more about my time with HIM most of it is blocked off to you as you know when you looked through my mind you never saw any of it, DEATH gave me a private name that HE called me by when I met HIM that can never be known or spoken within a universe, that name can never be uttered not even by me, that name would kill off the universe I was in at the time there is that much power in the name you know yourselves names hold power it’s why we never give our real names out to others but this name is that powerful, if it used by anyone who knows it is my true name and addressed me by it or I actually announced my private name aloud then as I said the universe would just be put to death there and then, I do not want to use any of the other powers of DEATH I wouldn’t have done it today if it was anyone other than River Song asking for one frantically! Also Pere as I’ve told you before, DEATH knows what you are known for, I knew what you were known for before I even met you, but you terrified me more than anything else, you were a true ordinary Time Lord with absolutely no human DNA we would have called you a cousin to our race a section of our own people that had caused us to flee because of your persecution against us I knew I would have to try and convince the High Council of Gallifrey into taking us all in but I thought the positives outweighed the negatives and I was ordered to try and get them to allow us to return to our home world, I only truthfully helped you because I was worried about another mad ordinary Time Lord on Earth, plus I had heard about Magical Reality Traveling Time Ships or a TARDIS as you call them now as they can no longer travel through reality and the ship is alive it would have made her scream out in agony getting worse the longer she was twisted into holding a paradox. I hoped neither of you would ever find out who I was it was why I agreed to stay with Jack and not leave his side and used his Vortex Manipulator to return me to Sirius’ house I hid under my invisibility cloak to get me there using Jacks Vortex Manipulator as I didn’t know where the Valiant was that cloak was mine by inheritance it is one of the deathly hollows it is the Cloak Of Invisibility no one other than DEATH can see someone under it, feel them or hear them if they have it on. Once you both did find out about me off Sirius, I knew you both would be prepared to do what SHE wanted you to do, allow me to see Time, once I could, I knew that both meetings, the one with mum and the one with you two were fixed points in Time if you look back you will find they are, DEATH and SHE ensured it.” Harry answered then explained still upset and not looking at them still.

“SHE?” The Master and the Doctor asked together confused again.

“The Deity TIME, I think SHE is a female, SATURN and the TARDIS are defiantly female personalities, so I have always considered the Deity TIME as a SHE.” Harry explained.

“So, are you saying you are like Rose only monitored more closely by DEATH?” The Doctor asked in a confused voice still.

“Yes and no, DEATH watches over me always HE told me, and I have the same as HIS powers within me, as I said I am protected always, yes, I can die and re-generate but not like you two, my regeneration is immortal it’s why it took so long after looking into the crack in Time, it why when I first saw Time I ended up looking at my own timeline and all its permutations that is why I threw up just after dad dragged me back into the TARDIS and I was a Magical Time Lord tot. My life will be one of only a few truly immortal lives. I will always live on can you imagine my timeline and its permutations?” Harry explained everything to them both again and then asked them at the end. Unfortunately, that is just what both the Master and the Doctor did and both of them fell over dizzy with massive headaches.

“Please don’t suggest that again Muklo, I think I know why you were sick now, it goes on to far to see and we can’t comprehend it never mind all the permutations of timelines you have to look at for the best outcome!” The Master explained in a pained voice. The Master had to sit down next to Harry with his back to a wall the Doctor was on Harrys other side doing the same and rubbing his head.

“Exactly. Nothing will touch me not even DEATH, there is no end for me I will always live on even at the end of this universe I will live on.” Harry explained gently to them both.

“Right, so we need to start listening to you more….. Muklo I am so, so sorry about River I should have listened to you, I do have ears, but you came across as an ordinary tot to us you always have and I looked at the timeline not at your words in the timeline, I had the better outcome you looked passed out like we would expect from a Time Lord losing their memories…. I think we should give you a phrase or word that we never normally use that you can say to make us listen to you, we can set it as a trigger, even if we don’t follow through it will give you time to explain. But Muklo, River Song told me she knew us all in our futures, she knew how to stop those soul’s from affecting you which means she knows about these powers within you, I think either you will use the powers that you say at the moment you don’t want to, or you tell her you have them but seeing you in agony she knew straight away what to do she also focused more on you. You're worried about that and your powers but don’t be, we will be with you and support you we are your dads and you are our son we will be there for you always loving you and we will see River again she told us all that remember she had a very thick diary about us all, we will spend as much time with her as you need before she comes to The Library, now we know we can prepare, but you must never tell her this is where she dies, it has now become another fixed point in Time for some reason. We cannot stop the death of River Song and I am truly and deeply sorry for that and what I have put you through, but we can now make her life one full of love and happiness. We will definitely see he again and if you do use your other powers off DEATH, we will still be there to always support you and love you we knew you could kill down the timeline, but if these are specifically your powers then maybe you use them in physical time instead of timeline time like creating that chicken leg.” The Doctor spoke gently trying to come better off and do as River had told him to.

“I wouldn’t kill down the timeline unless it was a last-ditch effort to save the whole universe or immediate family was in danger as I told you. but we could have just used the phrase ’listen to me’ and I would have told you the truth about me but it’s too late for that! I would have eventually told you I had these powers anyway I just didn’t know how.” Harry replied in an annoyed voice with tears starting to fall down his face again, Harry was still so upset. Harry had seen his fair share of death, but this was family it hurt worse than Sirius and that was only because he had Sirius now. His real dad broke into his thoughts.

“I think we should go back to Earth for a few days, this has hit you hard, as hard as loosing then finding Sirius again and also at the loss of you mum and James. You need to talk to Sirius and see him for yourself. But I hope you know Muklo that no matter what happens we have regenerations left, we will be with you for a long time. After everything River Song said, maybe longer than even we thought.” The Master spoke gently. Harry leaned his head on his dad’s shoulder and nodded into it. Harry found himself in the middle of a hug off both the Master and the Doctor. They stayed like that for a while.

“Do you want to be on your own for a bit longer, or shall we get back to Earth Muklo?” The Master asked gently his hearts were breaking for his son. The Master thought he had some idea of what Harry meant as the Doctor had pointed out he was very clever and very intuitive Harry was worried about this and very scared over it all.

“Let’s go to Sirius’ please. I just want to rest and get today over with, I’m worried now myself but can we not tell anyone about this please? Not until I’m ready to tell people myself like with your true ages!” Harry answered then asked quietly. It was the Doctor who answered trying to come off better.

“Of course we can keep it between the three of us, we will just call it your extra powers and if anyone askes we all tell them we can’t discuss it. No matter what if you use the powers or not, we will not tell anyone what powers you have available to you other than what a Magical Time Lord would have we will even say if we need to that you can create food as one, until you are ready to tell others, as you said you keep our true age a secret so we will keep this a secret until you want to tell others and we will only talk about them after you have. Also, if anyone asks we will say you have more timeline permutations than us because you are Magical Time Lord not an ordinary one like your dad and I are.” The Doctor spoke from within the hug the Master and he were giving Harry, the Doctor hoped Harry would forgive him eventually over the mess he had made with knocking him out and not listening to him. The Master and Harry nodded agreeing with that last bit about his timelines.

“Thank-you dad, Pere.” Harry said still with his head leaning on his dad’s shoulder.

After a few more minutes in the hug Harry released the silencing shield on the room and then the three of them stood up, tidied themselves up with Harry going into his bathroom to wash his face and then the three of them collected Donna on their way into the control room, they were moving to get into position around the console unit when suddenly a receptacle poked a new sonic probe out of it, only this one looked completely different. Harry being the closest grabbed it. Harry had always wanted one but was told no until he built his first one which meant getting to that part in the education course. When Harry grabbed it, he felt his core bonding to it better than his wand he could use all his powers, even the powers he didn’t want to have through this probe. Harry’s face was one of worry and pointing the new sonic probe away from the other three, he incanted the Patronus charm in his head out of curiosity, only to see the top of the probe open and his stag fly out of that.

“It conducts my Magical abilities better than my wand and that was pure organic material, metal shouldn’t work like this the Patronus charm should have to be said out loud for it to work. Can I keep it? Please? It feels wonderful in my hand, I’ll just use it for Linguistic Science commands though until I get to that part in the course. I will hopefully never use it for the extra powers I have even if I can through this which should be impossible.” Harry explained then asked before mentioning his powers off DEATH, Harry looked as though he was close to tears again but wanted the sonic probe. Neither the Master nor the Doctor could tell Harry no, not after what they had just said and put Harry through plus, they both could feel down the bond Harry wanted the probe.

“Yes, you can keep it and I will show you over the next couple of days how to use the sonic settings you still have a while left to go in your studies for sonic devices. But we’ll let you use it completely however you want!” The Master spoke gently to his son neither the Doctor nor he would take it off him not after what the Doctor had put their son through.

“I now know what it feels like to lose part of yourself only to get it back. The TARDIS has really been studying me for her to do this I can pull on those extra powers as I said with this, I can feel them now fully. It works through a metal probe instead of wandless or with the other wand I will be able to pass them all through this. I honestly never thought that would be possible hence snapping the other wand.” Harry told then still upset but also slightly shocked that it had bonded fully with his core giving him access to all of his powers.

“You said you wouldn’t use those extra powers Arbitrator, but maybe you will have to, anyway now The TARDIS has a full scan of you and of your memories, she might treat you as she does me if she is letting you have a sonic probe or screwdriver as we call them that you can use all your powers through!” The Doctor told him gently.

“No Doctor, I just take the breaks off and know how to use the navigator. That’s why she likes me more!” Harry told him, but you could tell he was even more upset at this revelation.

“Okay put your new screwdriver away and let’s get back to Earth for a couple of days, we can stock up again on food when we get there.” The Doctor replied gently seeing Harry’s face.

“You know Sirius is going to start thinking I only come to see him for us to do a food run!” Harrys replied this time. yet you could tell his hearts were not in the banter at all, he looked close to tears.

“Just give it a month from last time and arrive in the evening please son.” The Doctor spoke gently to him. Harry gave him another look then nodded and set the TARDIS off they landed about a minute later without all the bumping around they normally did when the Doctor drove. Harry then turned and went through the main door into Sirius’ living room.

Sirius was already stood up waiting on them, as soon as Harry saw him, he ran to him and fell apart again. Sirius lifted him up looked at the other three with Harry only for the Master and the Doctor to shake their heads and so Sirius carried Harry up to his bedroom that he had in Sirius’ house, placing him on the bed and Sirius just held him in his arms letting him cry out what ever had happened to him, Harry had crumbled in Sirius’ arms.

Harry eventually fell asleep and putting him into his bed Sirius brushed a hand through his hair and then quietly left the room shutting the door behind him. He walked back downstairs into the living room to see the other three sat around with drinks and one waiting for him, Sirius picked it up and realising it was still hot, he sat down opposite them.

“Do you want to tell me what that was all about? I've not seen him this upset since he came to live with me!” Sirius asked to the Master and the Doctor.

The Doctor started explaining what had happened that day in The Library explaining they had come back so that Harry could spend time with him hoping it would help him. The Doctor only ever called River as the ‘leader’ just in case her connection came through Sirius somehow, and not wanting to change history just as River had asked of the Doctor. It was her dying wish she deserved that much. He explained how much it had upset Harry at her giving her life when he could have done it, but the Doctor wouldn’t listen to him. Donna decided to ask a question that was bugging her.

“What did he mean he had access to those extra powers now?” Asked Donna to the Doctor and the Master turning to face them.

“We can’t discuss that sorry we made the Arbitrator a promise and if he sees in the timeline or through the bond that we broke it we are scared he will just up and leave us he has only spent so long back with us he has spent longer with his caretakers and then Sirius, as you know he has to release SATURN for us to take it off him and he knows how we deleted reality travel off it if he decides he doesn’t trust us anymore he could take off to another universe and we would never see him again we can’t go through Reality any longer it’s why it was taken off SATURN. She was a prototype that I got my hands on, we gave it to him to keep him safe, but he was there when we deleted the reality programming and is intelligent enough to replace it as well as navigate to another universe from this one, one crack in the universe passing through it which is what SATURN causes would mend over time but as I said we wouldn’t be able to follow him that prototype was the first one ever made by our people in a compact format.” Explained the Doctor to Donna not telling her the whole truth but he couldn’t.

Suddenly the Master burst out laughing he couldn’t stop in fact he was doubled over in his seat, the Doctor tried to find out what was wrong with him, but he just pointed at the Doctor and kept laughing. It took over ten minutes for him to settle down his head shaking from side to side as he chuckled it was so funny what the Master had just worked out.

“What?” The Doctor asked the Master annoyed.

“You ordered him to use SATURN to send us all to the TARDIS and he had to comply, so he started searching for the TARDIS when you told him to. He must have left the scan running for SATURN to lock onto the TARDIS and transport himself there as we found him in his room. I bet it took a while in the size of that library but SATURN obviously found her, which means he can now find the TARDIS whenever and wherever he wants and pop into the TARDIS and there is nothing either of us can do unless we convince him to delete the scan or take SATURN back off him, which he has to release himself as you said and I think you’ve more chance at regenerating another twelve times than getting him to give over that scan or SATURN after this. We have all been put on a leash now. First me, then him, and now you, we can’t do anything to him because he can leave and find us again when he knows we've calmed down through the bond and we will have to just to get him to come back home to us. It too funny for words!” the Master explained and then he started to chuckle again over what he had just said to the Doctor and how the Doctor looked after hearing what the Master said.

The Doctor looked shocked at what he had just been told and realised. The Doctor felt as though the tides were really turned now. How were the Master and him meant to set any rules for their son or make him follow them if he had the TARDIS frequency now locked into SATURN. The Doctor knew SATURN wouldn’t delete the scan, because she knew Harry better than even they did, every errant thought was picked up by SATURN so she would know Harry wanted to be able to get them back to the TARDIS if needed Harry had nearly refused to give it up to the Doctor before there was no way he would now. The Doctor sat there in shock still as the Master kept chuckling.

“He can look into both our Timelines we are both now tethered you idiot, we only have one TARDIS.” The Doctor snapped that abruptly, it shut off the Masters chuckling, the Doctor was right. He could follow the both of them now. They sat in silence for a few minutes before the Master broke it.

"We made each other a promise long ago do you remember?" the Master explained and then asked, he transferred to their language not spoken in so long.

"Without hope." Spoke the Master quietly to him.

"Without Witness." Answered the Doctor.

"Without reward." The Master and the Doctor finished together.

“It looks like we are being held to that now, but there is hope we will keep him with us and always be there for him, no matter what, while you were talking to the Vashta Nerada River Song said we have so much to do, all of time space and the universes to run through if we lived a liner life, we would eventually be older than the earth when we found Muklo which is over four and a half billion years. so, something must help us do it. We need to stop all his lessons and let him just do the full TARDIS course, something I don’t think he will stop no matter what we can teach him the things from the academy through practical lessons by taking him on adventures and explaining things to him as well as answering anything he asks about on his own!” The Master spoke gently, the Master knew how much that agreement had held the Doctor throughout his madness to try and always help him. Now it looked like they both would be doing that for their son.

"I didn't get a word of what you two said to each other there, only the beginning came out as English." Sirius told both the Doctor and the Master and Donna nodded agreeing with him.

"It was in Gallifreyan it wouldn't translate and no we won't tell you what was said, just know that from now on we will be there for the Arbitrator to support him and love him, no matter what happens, he is our son, he will aways remain our child and always able to come home to his real parents.” Explained the Doctor to the two in the room who didn’t understand it.

Donna had remained quiet except from trying to find out what the extra powers were but seeing the Masters and the Doctors son like he was, was a shock to her, he always seemed happy go lucky even when getting into trouble, but he had completely folded into himself his eyes were red and even though he tried at humour you could see he was angry at the Doctor for some reason. She hadn't seen or heard of his breakdown after the Adipose problems though.

"You're going have to be more careful with him and keep his grounding to at most only one week, he probably spent all his time while on the TARDIS following both your timelines, in fact he told us he had followed both of yours when the three of us visited the Ood planet. I've never seen him like this, he looked so down and he had obviously been crying before coming into the control room. He started again once he got here, he was also and seems to be angry at you Doctor the most. I know you said the woman was important to you, but you never said who she was to put him in that state, you said it was his first time meeting her, yet he's met others that have died and accepted it. What was different here?" Donna explained then asked explaining her thoughts and trying to get to the root of the problem.

"Somehow she was part of his immediate family which makes her also a part of our family. I stopped him from saving her, he could have done the download and been fine as I explained to you both, but I didn't listen to him I checked the timeline instead and thought I had the better outcome between all of us. Through me thinking that, for one day he meets a person from his immediate family, who as I said must also be a part of our family as well, and now he knows how she dies. It will haunt him until it's time for her to go to The Library and he will have another breakdown according to the woman. He gave her a pass phrase that only his immediate family knew according to him!" The Doctor explained to Donna but at the end the Doctor looked from Donna to Sirius.

"A pass phr…. Oh, so that is what she said to him, I take it, it mentioned the Marauders?” Sirius asked.

“Yes, what does it mean?” The Master answered then asked looking at Sirius.

“Right to explain this you’re going to have to cut off all your abilities then I want you to think of proving to the Arbitrator he is your son, not with the bond or some other way imagine you have regenerated, the bond is blocked, and the Arbitrator can’t see the timeline now think really hard on how to prove to him you are his parents.” Sirius told them. The Master and the Doctor tried it for ten minutes, but nothing came to them about the Marauders.

“Nothing, nothing is there that mentions the Marauders.” The Master explained to Sirius after he had looked over to the Doctor to see him shaking his head as well.

“Did he say anything about it to you?” Sirius asked the both of them looking at them, so the Doctor and Master knew he wanted either of them to answer, the two of them thought about it for a few seconds.

“He said it’s a password protected sentence, to think of it like the fidelius charm on his mind it would only be given out to those who become immediate family, he told us we have the information from when we looked through his mind it was released to us both, but only he would know what she was telling us without outright saying it.” The Master explained.

“That’s what’s wrong, it’s under a fidelius charm, if you are immediate family and need to prove who you are to him without coming out and saying anything it would start ‘Arbitrator I solemnly swear I am up to no good, as a member of the Marauders’. Then whatever they wanted him to do he would do it for them. It proves without a shadow of a doubt they are very close family to you or at least him. He would have started searching for the TARDIS as soon as he heard that. Especially if all your lives were threatened. That would really set him off, it's a good job he only had his power flowing through a conductor at that point and then had to get rid of it, getting rid he would have had to cut it off from his core it would be like him cutting off his arm he would have been disorientated for quite a while.” Sirius explained to the two Time Lords.

“Why the Marauders though?” The Doctor asked.

“Erm, come into the kitchen this is something that we should talk about in private, I'm sorry Donna but this is personal family information.” Siris told them standing and apologising to Donna. She just nodded her head and the Doctor and the Master stood and followed Sirius into the kitchen. He shut the door and locked it with his Magic then through up a silencing charm around the room so no one would hear the three of them.

“When James and I were in Hogwarts there were four of us James, Peter the one who betrayed James, Lilly and Harry, Remus who was a werewolf and me, we made a map of the school that showed where everyone in Hogwarts was every second of every day to help with our pranking so we would be less likely to be found out, we were called the Marauders. The only time Harry could let his younger side out unless he was with the Real Unspeakables was with me and he loved hearing tales about the Marauders no matter what mind frame he was in but especially his tot mentality and even though he couldn’t become an Animagus like the three of us did to help Remus because of him being a Real Unspeakable Remus and I still called him the prince of the Marauders it was his legacy the three male people that loved him the most were Marauders and so as I said he became the prince of them and he loves hearing about all our pranks while we were at school as well as our time running and playing with Remus when he changed into a werewolf on the full moon if he made someone a Marauder then they would have to be as close or closer than brothers or in this case something like brother and sister he would have done anything for that person no matter what she asked of him he would have done it and then taken the punishment off you two after the fact that is what it was supposed to mean being a Marauder that is why we thought there was no way Peter would betray us for him to make someone a Marauder he would have had to be one hundred percent sure they would be there for him as much as he would be there for them.” Sirius explained to them both.

“When you say he would do anything?” The Master asked slowly remembering him saying he would do anything for her and now knowing about the powers he had access to.

“Yes, he would kill to protect them if that is what you are asking. She had to be very, very close family to him.” Sirius explained. The Master and the Doctor looked at each other in shock and worry actually they looked really worried over that bit of information especially knowing their son could not only kill down the timeline, but he held the powers of a Deity the Deity DEATH.

“Thank you for telling us Sirius, let’s go and rejoin Donna in the living room knowing and understanding what you have just told us we need to think about it also make sure you put this in your diary tonight when you go to bed!” The Master told the two. Sirius nodded and dropped the charm and opened the door the three went back into the living room and sat again.

“Sorry about that Donna but when we had to send the Arbitrator into hiding on earth a couple who had Magic like he does took him in for us then Sirius became his oath bound godfather it is why he came to live with Sirius it is just upsetting for Sirius as they were all like family.” The Master lied to her.

“Did you sort out what you need to?” She asked them.

“Yes…. As well as some disconcerting news it turns out what she said to him would make her immediate family as he told us what we didn’t know is that according to Sirius he would have trusted her enough to stand by her and support her no matter the danger that put him in, so we have to work out how to ensure we don’t find ourselves in a situation with him like we did today.” The Doctor told her next lying to her about why they looked worried. They remained quiet thinking about it for around five minutes.

“Perhaps we should talk to him alone in the morning once he’s awake. Also, if anything else we have discussed tonight is true. Somethings he will be able to answer like the timeline information and whether he keeps a check on us all, also now that he can move to the TARDIS with SATURN. If we get into trouble, we can ask him to go back to the TARDIS and he might if we let him keep a watch on us. After what happened at the Ood planet which he watched through the timeline as Donna pointed out and then The Library which he was actually there for, if we explain to him that we are very concerned about taking what is a tot and our own son into danger he might comply." The Doctor said after thinking while none of them spoke for that time.

"We won't get away with that he will check our timelines as you said and unless it shows both of us in this regeneration returning to the TARDIS without injury, he will come after us no matter what even if I command it of him." Spoke the Master not agreeing totally with the Doctor.

"Wait you can command him around?" Sirius asked the Master shocked. They had never mention this before.

"Yes as he is biological ours, any order I give him he will have to do it immediately and once I give him an order it won't change until he complies with what I have ordered him to do. It's why the Doctor handles his punishments. When we loom a tot the adult who finishes off the looming has total control over the child until they are an adult at twenty years old physically and I was the one to finish looming him even though he’s both of ours the Doctor can change his mind on an order so the Arbitrator can argue with him, he would still have to obey but mine would be final the Doctors not. It’s why it was it was agreed between us that the Doctor would be the one to give orders and deal with his punishments so that we didn't upset him by doing that to him. we have just found him we are not losing him." The Master spoke as though he understood the reasoning, he just didn't like the situation. The Master was actually shocked that his son had to do as he was ordered off the Doctor. However, they couldn’t tell Sirius this with Donna present, but they had seen today that the order the Doctor gave him made him comply.

"Oh yeah he would not be happy with that, he probably would have obeyed you and then vanished on you until he was an adult and didn't have to do as you order, even after you have just found him, I had trouble getting him to do anything for me because of his mental age." Sirius explained again with a serious look in his eyes looking at both the Master and the Doctor.

"That's what we both also thought after seeing his memories when we first found him with you, but we did see a need to be able to ground him without him not wanting to stay with us." Spoke the Master letting Sirius know they knew what he meant. They talked for another half hour about the adventure before deciding to go to bed for the night. Sirius to his own room and to write everything down in his diary, the other three went to their own rooms in the TARDIS.

Harry woke to the room disappearing and he was in the inbetween looking at DEATH.

“My lord.” Null spoke bowing to DEATH.

"Hello, Null you know you do not need to bow before me I have told you before that there is no need for such formality between us, I also told you, you would get two dads did I not? And you have the two best dads you could ask for in Koschei and Theta, I know you are upset with Theta but please think of forgiving him he still saw you as a tot one that needed protecting as you have now seen he will give his life to protect you. Anyway, I brought you here for other reasons. You need to explain to both Koschei and Theta that you have full control of your powers that I made sure of it, but you also need to tell them you are also an Elemental, don’t tell Sirius Orion Black about your powers or being an Elemental obviously with your cover story he can’t be told as Donna Nobel will be there when you talk to him and don’t tell Donna Nobel either as she also doesn’t know what the powers you hold are other than you are a Magical Time Lord. Both Koschei and Theta are keeping their promise over that. Both Koschei and Theta won't mind they both see you as their son so tell them. The only reason you are on your own now is because Koschei and Theta are at a loss as to what to do with what they have put you through and what they think is going on. Now that you have told them you can use MY unlimited power, they are worried you will go global if they are threatened. You as well as I know you can't, you will need to age more physically and mentally as I told you while training you, you can destroy life if you feel the need to, but you must be very careful it can be a burden you will carry knowing you caused a whole species death especially as you have emotions to feel that burden. You never saw what the Time War did to Theta you now need to see all his life.” DEATH explained and then HE waved HIS hand in front of Null. suddenly Null saw the Doctor’s life up to and including the war and what he did once that was finished, he looked at DEATH again in slight shock.

“Then there is what Theta would have become if he wasn't with Koschei and you acting as one of your parents.” DEATH carried on explaining after Null had seen the first timeline. Suddenly more images passed these getting darker and darker until the Doctor went totally out of control it took four and a half billion years inside his confessional dial before he got control of himself again all through thinking he was on his own.

“I must warn you though, if you get into trouble with either Koschei or Theta like you did before, both Koschei and Theta do have the power to ground you as a parent should be able to, as I said I know you are upset with Theta at the moment but both Koschei and Theta do love you and you love them so Theta will be able to order you about as you have felt only he can change his mind as you have seen unlike Koschei any order he gives you, you will have to comply with and he can’t change his mind once he does, this is why he leaves it up to Theta to ground you or order you unless it is an emergency. Until you mature into well past an adult it will remain the same. You can ensure they are with you for a long time if that is what you want. You control the element of life you can give each of them more regenerative power, if you want clean pure freely given regeneration energy, but they won't find that out until you need to do it. So, you will have to toe the line with them and keep them as safe as you can. However, they are at least now ready to see you as more than a Magical Time Lord tot so talk to them especially about life and death. You need to explain some more things to them in private you haven't seen Koschei’s memories of the war either, now watch his life before and during Null.” DEATH explained further. Null again saw the life his dad had lived out but, in a lot more detail and including the Time War this time and what the drums had done to his biological dad before he entered his life.

“My lord as I once said I never wanted this, but you said it was now my life, but I won’t use your destructive powers I only used the power of creation because of the situation we were in and it was a member of my immediate family that needed a chicken leg desperately!” Null explained to DEATH.

“As I’ve always said free will over that Null, the powers are there if you need to use them, there was nothing that could be done the powers are yours by right. However, I will not ever force you to use them I know you only used the power of creation yesterday as it was an emergency but all MY powers are there for you to use or not it is up to your free will Null whether you use them or not as I have always told you, now we will talk again when we need to but look over what happened last night and talk to Koschei and Theta in private if Sirius Orion Black asks, just tell him you went into you physical age and were worried that Koschei and Theta were going to leave you after just finding you and remember Null you do not bow to me or have to be so formal.” DEATH explained to Null.

“Thank-you, my lord!” Null said not bowing this time.

“Just DEATH Null, now I will return you room about ten seconds have passed in the universe you are in although you also know I can bring you and return you in a microsecond if I need to. As you know time doesn’t affect the inbetween and it doesn’t affect your age being here as I explained before during your training.” DEATH said then explained before waving HIS hand and Null was back in his bedroom.

Harry was back in his bed, so he looked over what had gone on last night quickly then he decided to sleep some more even if his dad was coming. He had read the book of the Last Great Time War but seeing it from two different perspectives was horror inducing two billion four hundred and seven million children burning because of the daleks and what the Doctor had to do to stop the war, a war he never wanted to be a part of. Harry had even seen the conversation with the moment that day, Harry wasn’t really surprised the Doctor and Master wouldn’t let him see the Time War from their prospectives, but DEATH felt he should. Harry went back to sleep within twenty seconds knowing he was safe and fine for a few more hours to rest something Harry still needed after the emotional turmoil he had been in yesterday.
