Star Child
Regulus Arctura Black is is a daughter of the most ancient and noble house of black, a child named for a celestial body in the far above cosmos and as a child she thinks that this the house of black her family is what will always matter most and yet as she grows older there are four moments when she finds that they are not what matter most but somebody else who does for the lovely loyal lady of the stars
Act 1
You daughter of the stars are twelve years old when you meet four people who will change you forever two boys and two girls one of the boys has brown hair the color of the earth with streaks of bronze and warm chocolate eyes, the other has golden hair the color of sunlight and green eyes the colors of a leaf the two boys match in a way the earth and the sun and even wicked Aphrodite, kind Aphrodite herself sees that yes these two match oh so very well.
The girls are just as lovely as the two boys are handsome to your young mind, the younger with skin the color of coffee and beautiful pitch black curls and eyes as dark as the night sky that you adore, the elder with golden sunlight hair like the boy and yet her eyes are as blue as your adored sky during the day where Helios chariot goes across it, you have your suspicions that will only be confirmed later when they tell you she and the golden boy are siblings, you think the girls are polar opposites and yet they go together well the sky during during the night and the sky during the day though they do not match and go together the same way the boys do.
You will meet them on the train to Hogwarts even though you had seen them before but that little star child was on formal occasions when you hid your starlight, your shine behind that of your elder brother because you are the spare and so nobody paid as much attention to you compared to the heir but that was then this is now star girl when you sit with them, you don’t know little star that you will never be the same you don’t know that they will become some of the few that help you exist as you grow older and that they will become apart of the celestial bodies you love so much that they will match so well, the earth and bronze haired boy will become the earth always watching all of you for the people he cares for protective is his nature yet for enemies he can be cruel so it is only fitting that Gaea is the one he becomes the golden haired boy is the sun it is oh so very easy for you to see star child he is the gentle warmth of the early morning sun, he is shining golden light and oh so very bright smiles and yet when he becomes angry he is the scorching heat of the sun on hot afternoons and though you will not understand this yet one day you will miss him like the stars miss the sun in the morning sky and you notice that yet again the two boys match but what you don’t understand yet little one is that when the sky becomes dark the earth always has to say goodbye to the sun and wait to see them again.
The girls on the other hand are quite different the younger is the night sky and how it makes you fonder of her already because if it were not for the night sky you would not be able to see the stars you so dearly love when you find out she is a lioness you worry for you dear one know you will belong to the house of snakes and not many would be happy that a lion cub is friends with snaklets but it does not matter to her for the girl is loyal and she has decided that you all have earned it and if anybody is upset with it she will show them her power Nyx the night herself is a primordial one of the eldest beings she is fierce and protective especially of you for the night sky always has a star, the elder is the sky during the day which makes perfect sense for her brother is Helios and Apollo and many other names he is the sun so it would be fitting that his sister would be the day, and she is a gentle breeze on summer days and she can always fall asleep watching clouds and most importantly the stars always fade when it becomes day you will understand one day child of the cosmos.
However the day has not yet arrived so now you are a child, you are the Star and you have found them The Earth, The Sun, The Night and The Day and we wish you to enjoy these happy moments with them these people you have have met because we both envy and weep for you our beloved blessed one because we see the thread the fates have wove for you and we know that far to soon you will say goodbye to them and you will leave them behind and become a fallen star.
