"Pavilion with a garden of my dreams!"
“If I'm hired I'll be able to get a bonus and I'll get closer to the pavilion with a garden of my dreams!” Komatsu Nana's eyes shut in glee while strutting down the pavement, her hand tightly clasping her handbag.
“That's your dream..?” Osaki Nana replied cheekily but still managed to maintain a semi what nonchalant tone. “Sounds cheesy...” She muttered under her breath.
“Yes! That's sooo my dream!” Komatsu replied in glee, overwhelmed in excitement for her dream future.
Osaki Nana stopped walking to let out a big chuckle causing Nana to pause and look at her with a big blank expression of confusion on her face. Her cigarette laid proudly in between Osaki's lips as her lips moved to say,
“Then I'll build you one when I'll earn money with my songs. Only your room will be a dog house in a corner of the garden,”
Komatsu's jaw dropped as she blushed in pure embarrassment, just another of her cartoon—y expressions.
Osaki Nana's plump red lipstick was hypnotizing; everything about her was hypnotizing to her piercings to her cigarette smoke.
Oh Nana.
“If you had been a man, Nana, we could've lived a perfect love.” That's what Komatsu Nana often thought, at that time. “In that case we wouldn't have had only good memories. Because pain comes with love. Because love is a painful feeling of wanting to drown.”
With Shouji, whom Komatsu can't see during the week, because of his classes and his job. So she told herself that she'd be able to spend more time with Nana.
