Tsunade woke to two sensations, one, to her relief, was her son snuggled up against her.
The other was a familiar feeling, "Katsuya...why are you here?"
Lady Shizune summoned me to watch over you since the village fell under attack. I've been healing your body from your birth.
That woke her up instantly, "the village was attacked?!"
Yes. The nine tails appeared and attacked the village. Both Hiruzen and the Hokage led the fight...I'm afraid the Hokage sacrificed his life to seal the nine tails into his son's body.
Her stomach twisted, as much as she hated Konoha...she never wanted it to be destroyed, "what about Shizune...sensei...or even the Pervert? And what about Minato's wife?" She began to stand, planning to head out to the hospital proper and help.
Katsuya slid over and trapped her, currently, tiny body around Tsuandes son's body, feeling oddly connected to him already.
Hiruzen and Jiraya are perfectly fine...Shizune is helping coordinate the hospital right now, which is why she summoned such a small portion of me. As for the Hokage's wife...all I know is that she fell into a coma. Shizune looked at her and she said she'd survive...but she'd be unconscious for a while. She gave birth and then had the nine tails ripped out of her...."
"Uzumaki's. Grandmother Mito was able to survive the nine tails being transferred too. They always were able to hold on when everyone else died." She mumbled, pulling on her shirt, "Katsuya. Please look after Harry, I'm going to go help. Maybe see how the nine tails got out."
Of course Lady Tsunade.

Hiruzen blinked in amazement as he entered the hospital. It was chaotic with all of the injured, but his student was expertly organizing the injuries, the more severe were instantly sent for treatment while others were bandaged and treated instantly and sent on their way, "she does seem to be in her element..."
Hiruzen didn't even have to turn his head to recognize his other student, "Shizune had alerted me of her taking over....but it seems the worry was unnecessary. Probably due to her leaving Katsuya to look after her."
Jiraya nodded as he watched Tsunade fix a woman's broken arm, "I'm going to have to leave sensei. This wasn't a random occurrence."
Hiruzen nodded his head, having briefly seen the Sharigan in the fox's eyes as well, "make sure you look into lost or dead Uchiha Jiraya. Perhaps it's someone we thought dead...but wasn't."
One particular Uchiha came to mind...but he highly doubted it. Minato had seen the kid crushed under a boulder, and you don't come back from that much of your body being broken like that, "I'll look into it sensei. Say goodbye to Tsunade for me."
"You know she'd rather hear it from you."
"Yea yea." He waved his old teacher off and vanished in a swirl of leaves.

Harry found himself in a familiar place, "kings cross huh..." he mumbled and stood, realizing he was in his adult body.
"Harry Potter."
He turned to see a cloaked figure, "death..."
It nodded and stood, "I have a request for you." When no answer came it continued, "Your new home has a bad tendency to violate the laws of creation. Sacrificing the living to raise Raising the dead, possessing other's bodies to create a foe immortality, eating a divine fruit not meant for mortals...the list goes on."
"And you want me to fix it."
"That's why I gave you a new life. A new mother." Death stated, "Truthfully, your very existence on this world is allowing me to strengthen the veil of this world. In time the unauthorized reincarnations and fake immortality users will cease...but you have to stop the active attempts and make sure it is forgotten."
"And that's the price I have to pay for a new family?" Death nodded, "then I accept. But it'll be a while before I can do anything. I'm a baby again."
Death waved that off, "I am not giving you a time limit Harry. Enjoy your new family."
Things faded and he was jerked awake as his new mother was picking him up, she looked exhausted....but happy.

Kushina groaned and opened her eyes confused. Last she remembered she had been in a cave outside of the village...but she was now in the hospital.
"Welcome back Kushina." Hiruzen stepped out of the shadows.
"Hiruzen? Where is Minato...what about Naruto?!"
Hiruzen swallowed heavily as he saw her hair begin to shift around. Many people had learned to fear that fact, "peace Kushina. You've been in a coma for a few months now...I'm afraid after you gave birth a man came along and ripped the Kyuubi from you, then sicked him on the village. Your husband used the death reaper seal to seal it into your son."
Blinding fury raced through her for a second...but the. It was replaced with sorrow at the loss of her husband, "where is Naruto?"
"Tsunade has been taking care of him while you were unconscious. He's quite fond of her son. From what I hear they seem to chatter away at each other."
Kushina sighed and relaxed, Tsunade was a distant relative of hers...Naruto would be fine, especially since he had someone his age to play with, standing unsteadily she stumbled over to the bathroom to change, "I have to check his seal..." She sighed.
"Of course," Hiruzen said, not even bothering to point out that both he and Jiraya had checked the thing. She was a new mother, he had learned the hard way that she would need to check for herself before she could calm down and relax. Plus, going to Tsunade was probably for the best seeing as she had all but taken over the entire medical division of Konoha, much to his delight since the quality of healers had risen drastically.
