“Ana?”
“Yes, Tom?”
“Why is it called ‘mint chocolate supremacy’?”
Hadriana paused for a second to check what Tom was looking at there was a dawn of understanding when she saw him holding her phone. “Oh, because we do not take slander against the god of all ice cream flavors.”
“Huh.”
Hadriana paused in writing the arithmetic system she created for Celeste and narrowed her eyes at Tom. “Do you have a problem with mint chocolate, Tom?”
“No, why?” Tom smiled innocently.
“Good. For a while there I thought I’d vanquish you.”
“No, my darling. I’d’ do the vanquishing with you if someone offended mint chocolate, okay?” Tom offered as he placed a kiss on her cheek.
“Mmkay.”
