Sirius has been enamored with makeup recently, mainly eye liner. He had been practicing on everyone in sight Lily, Mary, Marlene, James, he even got Regulus to let him do his makeup.
But the one person he has really wanted to see with eyeliner would not break. Remus said for the millionth time “No pads, I’m not letting you do my makeup fuck off.”
But Sirius would not take no for an answer. Finally on a warm spring day in April. James and Peter had gone out to the quidditch pitch so it was only Sirius and Remus in the dorm.
Remus was reading in the alcove that shows the view of the quidditch pitch. Sirius was sprawled out on the floor somewhere. Then Sirius suddenly said “Moonyyy.” “What pads?”
Sirius took a breath and sputtered out “Can I plead please please do your makeup. I promise you’ll love it and I won’t do anything too heavy, just some eyeliner and eyeshadow, maybe a little mascara and lipstick. You can wipe it off as soon as I’m done.
Remus took a deep breath and calmly said “If I let you do this will you leave me in peace for the rest of the day.
Sirius shot up with a huge grin and quickly said “Yes yes sure just please let me do it.”
Remus looked at him, closed his book, sighed and then said “Ok fine but nothing too heavy.”
Sirius rushed to his bed and pulled a makeup kit out from under it and rushed towards Remus and pulled him to the closest bed witch happened to be James’.
He told Remus to lay down and Remus obeyed. Sirius straddled him and that’s when he realized this might not have been the best idea considering that Sirius had been pining for Remus since third year so that would make it three years of pining.
Remus looked concerned when he said “Hey you good pads?” That’s when Sirius realized he had been staring at Remus for a while now and he hurriedly said while leaning over to grab some eyeliner “Yea- Yeah just surprised you let me do this.”
Remus chuckled “yeah well so am I now hurry up before I change my mind.” Sirius got to work doing his eyeliner and eyeshadow. Then somehow he convinced Remus to let him put on lipstick too. When he leaned over to grab the mascara and got a good look at Remus his breath caught and he froze.
Remus looked incredible. Now Remus was hot everyone knew that. Sirius Peter James and Marlene had even labeled him the casanova of Gryffindor back in fourth year. But right now Remus looked amazing with the hot summer light casting a glow over him causing the eyeshadow to sparkle and his perfect lips.
Oh how Sirius just wanted to lean down and snog him until they were both gasping for air. Then Sirius’ impulsiveness kicked in. Remus started to say “Hey pads are you ok- when Sirius leaned down and kissed him hard and passionately.
Remus let out a startled sound and didn’t kiss back but after a moment Sirius realized what he was doing but before he could pull back Remus kissed with the same intensity.
Remus wrapped his hands sober Sirius’ neck and pulled him impossibly closer. One of Sirius grabbed Remus’ shirt pulling him up while the other slid into his hair.
Eventually when they pulled away Remus smirked and smugly said “Do I just look that good, pads?” Sirius leg out a small laugh and said “Yes yes you do you always do know I would love to get back to kissing you moons.” “Would you now?” Remus said getting up and dragging Sirius with him.
Sirius let out a huff of protest but let Remus do what he wanted. Remus repositioned Sirius so he was straddling Remus. “Maybe we should talk first.” Remus said with a small smile. Sirius huffed but said “Ok fine what about.”
Remus raised an eyebrow and calmly said “Hmm I don’t know maybe about what just happened. Sirius took a deep breath and said all in one breath ”Ok well I’ve liked you for a while and considering you kissed back I’m hoping you like me too but I don’t even think I can say like anymore, Remus I’m in love with you!”
“That was… a lot.” Remus said but when he realized the horror on Sirius’ face he frowned and said “Pads, I like you too or as you said I’m in love with you and would love it if you would be my boyfriend.” Remus said the last part a little spectacle.
Sirius smiled, he smiled so hard Remus was sure that it hurt but all he said was “I would love to!” “That's a great boyfriend.” “Isn’t it boyfriend, but also I want to continue to snog my boyfriend so may I.” “Oh you may.”
