I put a spell on you

It was late in the common room of the Slytherin house, fireplace crackling with heat and sound as it embraced its warm heat onto the blind Slytherin next to it.

Ominis hummed a sweet melody as he twirled his wand around, not being able to sleep for the puff skins making noise outside the common room upper window, he had thought of awaking Sebastian but decided not to last minute.

He twirled his wand around and slightly jumped when the bell tower clock rung, its loud chiming awoke the half-asleep boy, ominis then realized It was half past midnight and it was now off-bounds to walk around the castle now, unless you don’t get caught that is,

Almost an hour later, ominis had almost fallen asleep by the fireplace, until Sebastian walked in sleepily and layed down next to ominis, head in ominis’s lap as ominis fluffed up his hair

“hello Sebastian.” Ominis replied gently as he fluffed the boyshair and continued twirling his wand

“mmn…hi..” Sebastian replied tiring and half asleep as well, more then ominis, Sebastian most likely just got up by the bell towers alarm

a long brief of silence passes as neither one said a word until twenty minutes later, ominis broke the silence by asking Sebastian something

“did you just wake up?”

In which Sebastian replied with a soft yet short answer

“yes, bad nightmare…”

Ominis nodded in understanding

“it’s rough having nightmares considly, especially after anne,have you been getting enough sleep?”

Ominis asked gently as he began massaging Sebastian’s neck now, as Sebastian hummed in satisfaction

“somewhat, its more so off and on..”

Sebastian replied back, slowly drifting off to sleep in ominis’slap

“somewhat?...you need to rest sebastian…its not good for you to keep this up…”

Ominis said as he let out a deep sigh he didn’t know he was holding in, he massegedsebastians neck more and slowly played with his hair as Sebastian drifted off to sleep after a few minutes

Ominis sighed and let himself drift off as well slowly closing his eyes and letting his wand fall as it made a soft thud when It hit the carpet, now the two boys cuddled as they got the last bit of their sleep before classes started

Once the tower bell rang again, ominis woke up to find Sebastian gone, he figured he’d probably already gone to potions class

ominis started getting ready as well, picking his wand that fell limply out his hand and throwing on his robe and exiting the dormitory

When he arrived at class he took his usual seat next to Sebastian and listened to professor shapes instructions,

”pick your assignment partner wisely, I will not deal with two bloody idiots not knowing what their doing and end up blowing up the classroom.”

Professor shape said, eyeing garreth and Amit, as said both giggled and immediately stopped when the professor gave them a classic ‘shut up’ glare

professor shape finished his instruction, Sebastian paired up with ominis as per usual, both working on a thunderbrew potion

sebastian being a bit side track looking at garreth and blushing a bit accidentally mixed fluxweed instead of leech juice, the cauldron shaking wildly

”Sebastian! What did you do?! You mixed the wrong thing!-“

ominis got cut off as both theirs and garreths cauldron exploded, causing everyone to sigh and the professor muttered something under his breath

”ten points from slytherin and gryffindor…”

Sebastian rolled his eyes and ominis sighed and got up and dusted himself off as he gave Sebastian a death stare for losing their project and house points

Garreth looked at Sebastian and..smirked, meaning the whole damn time..garreth was intentionally trying to make Sebastian blow up his work, though he didn’t expect Amit to do the same thing to theirs…

Detention was served to both slytherin and griffindor boys, peeves flying around and floating infront of Sebastian

he blew raspberries before saying in his classic melodic and annoying tone

”naughty naughty~ you got caughty~”

the poltergeist then left and Sebastian sighed as he saw ominis still upset with him, Sebastian leaned back in his seat and closed his eyes thinking

’this is going to be a long day…’
