What's the Spell for Found Family?

In another world, Albus Dumbledore was humbler, kinder, and less manipulative. In another world, the Potters said 'yes' to making him secret keeper. In another world, this made all the difference.or...Harry Potter doesn't know his last name, but that doesn't matter when your job is cooking and cleaning and staying out of the way. His relatives don't treat him well, but he's made it work. He's almost eleven when a knock on the door changes everything he knows about himself. He's not sure what to do, but sticking around to hear what the strange adults have to say doesn't seem smart.or...This is a short, pre-Hogwarts story where Harry makes some friends, meets his parents, eats some pizza, and gets a hug, not in that order.

This is a very self-indulgent story. I want Harry to have adults who love him. I want a feel-good friendship, Adventures in Babysitting type tale that ends happy. We're not going to Hogwarts, we're not defeating Dark Lords, we're getting on the Tube and buying balloons from street vendors in Covent Garden while running from grown-ups desperate to give us hugs and homes.Spoiler: He gets both at the end.
