2. the meeting
I lay spread out on the sofa with lollipops and donuts watching the clock on the wall the Wizards should be showing up in a bit that's if it wasn't a prank. But I should still clean up nobody wants to sit on a sofa covered in sweet rappers and crumbs. I began cleaning when I had finished I heard Fukuzawa in the kitchen preparing tea most likely. I was right he set down a tray of tea on the newly cleaned coffee table. " You cleaned" he said amused " yes we are having guests I'm not that bad mannered" I pouted.Fukuzawa just levaes the room and goes to sort out some other things then i hear the bell go off. we had heard back from the head master of the school agreeing to meet with us to explain and explore more about the school and other things such as information that I might need going into the school. I turn towards the door and open it much to my not surprise there is an old and I mean old man at the door with a long white beard and peculiar purple and pink robes that scream wizard like the ones you see on TV. Next to him stood a man in all black and greasey sholder length hair and a frown on his face so the old man must be dumbledore and this must be professor snape I open the door wider for them to come in and sit down. "Fukuzawa!!" I shout to get his attention. he comes slowly down the hall and sits opposite of the guests and I sit beside him questioning why bother with all this just so I could attend a school where I'm smarter then everyone and I'll be teaching the teachers.I recond they didn't speak Japanese so this might be a back and forth of me translating grate well then let's get this over with.
i accepted the lollipop handed to me. The old man was the first to break the silence "so this young man here is the young man that got an invite then" he says in English which I translate for Fukuzawa as he didn't talk English. ( ranpo is translating every word that is said so they can have an conversation) Fukuzawa nodds before saying " so why do you want him to go to your so called school" I sigh after repeating it to them this is going to be a long conversation. "The invites of my school are limited normally to England and then we deal with non magicle folk or muggles as we like to call them that have been sent the invite. young man can we please see your letter." I nodd then translated the information before strolling into my room like they weren't on a tight schedule because they were I could telk by the greasey dude who kept checking the time. but I grab the letter and head back to the living room. "here you go mister." I say as I handed it to him trying to be nice to the old man I mean he looks like he's about to fall at any moment wich I know isn't true I give him 7 years max though. he smiles a bit when he reads my name and then decides that he it wasn't a mistake that it was sent to me. " so your harry potter then. there is no mistake you are enlisted in our school I will leave the details with your guardian as I take it this man is.but I ask you why leave your home at the Dursleys." He asks the last bit that didn't need translated to Fukuzawa as I didn't want him to know "they were abusive only an absolute moron would stay with them for more then need be and I go by ranpo now I live in japan and I will only go to this dumb school if Fukuzawa want it of me" the man looks shocked but concealed himself well snape on the other hand looked like a pissed off teenager but stayed quiet. I translated the beginning of the talk to Fukuzawa and he nodds. and says " I will send him to this school on promise that if anything was to injure him I want to be contacted straight away and him sent home only if major though." he stated the two guests nodd after me saying it as they could tell I was getting iterative of the back and forth. I finish my lollipop and dig around in Fukuzawas pocket for one and unwrap it and stick it in my mouth before saying " well this is over you two need to be somewhere else soon so I suggest you leave don't want to be late." before they can ask how I knew I usherd the door closed behind them and sighed before telling Fukuzawa I was heading to bed.
I get in bed after turning the light off and just stare at the ceiling for a bit before my eyes start to close and I get engulfed in to my dreams.

I woke up that morning with the memory still fresh in my head and another letter on my desk. I groan these people really don't know about phones and use owls to stay connected to culture like who cares its easier then waiting like weeks to hear back from places. I look at the clock an even greater start two hours before Fukuzawa gets up to make breakfast. I sit up and walk over to the desk it was obvious that it was another hogwarts letter I open it swiftly it was probably what I needed for school and what not.
UNIFORM First-year students will require:
Three sets of plain work robes (black)
One plain pointed hat (black) for day wear
One pair of protective gloves (dragon hide or similar)
One winter cloak (black, silver fastenings)
Please note that all pupils’ clothes should carry name tags

all stuff I couldn't care less about but would be a good way to pass time with the books I guess. but where am I going to find these things I don't think any normal shop will have them wait there wizards the probably have there own little ally full of shops to get these kind of things I don't need to worry I will be told at some point what's happening or I will find it out that's most likely. I'm so not ready for today this days going to be so boring and Fukuzawa is probably going to ask questions about what I didn't translate and why did I go to sleep earlier then I usually do. God today's going to be difficult. I just start walking around the room conflating the whys in life. I finally get to a point where I give up with trying to distract myself and head to the kitchen to see a tired looking Fukuzawa at the table "you stayed up all night with cases again didn't you." I say in a more I know it tone then a questioning one. he just nodds as I sort the papers on the desk out stacking them and putting the pens and things away before helping him to his room to sleep "god what would you do without me?" I sigh "stop overworking yourself ill be gone for a whole year I know your responsible for me but that doesn't mean you need to neglect yourself now sleep ill finish the cases you just rest ill wake you up in a couple hours." I sigh as he nodds again thanking me before drifting to sleep and I leave and start sorting through papers eating snacks that I raided out the cupboards. putting the radio on quietly as to not be in silence and then I started writing again then a letter looked like another hogwarts one. I read through it and it contained the information about how I was getting to England and getting my stuff apparently I would be grabbing my stuff tomorrow after meeting a hagrid guy tonight and heading to England as the train left the day after tomorrow so it said I'll have to book a room at the pub called the leaky cauldron. it's gonna be one of those old places ewwww I mean it will hold historic value but other then that its going to be dirty. Well we just have to wait and see then
