Draco’s Diverting start to Third Year
When Draco Malfoy sees Harry Potter on the King’s Cross platform this year, he knows straight away that he has it bad.
His stomach had done crazy flips and he felt himself blushing pink at Potter’s new look as he stared at Harry from across the platform.
The boy was wearing a second-hand suede jacket that made him look like what Draco imagined a muggle rock star to be. The high-top black boots only made Potter appear even taller- he hadn’t been lying when he said he grew a foot in his letter. And his hair was as messy as ever, but it just sort of added to his overall hotness.
Oh no oh no oh no. Draco cannot do this, he thinks now, staring out the window of the Hogwarts express and half listening to Pansy’s chatter.
There are many, many reasons he needs to stop being attracted to Potter, as he has just now realised he very much is.
But he decides he can think about those reasons later, as right now he is dealing with the realisation that he is very very gay.
