Little!Techno Little!Niki Babysitter!Phil

Niki sat cross-legged on the soft playmat, happily stacking colorful blocks into a wobbly tower. Her tongue peeked out in concentration as she carefully balanced a red block on top. Across from her, Techno sat on his bottom, legs spread out as he clutched a plush pig, his chubby fingers squeezing its soft body.

"Techno, look! It's a big, big tower!" Niki announced proudly, clapping her hands together.

Techno blinked up at her, his wide, sleepy eyes shining with curiosity. He tilted his head and let out a happy string of babbles, "Ba! Da-da! Pfft!" Then, without warning, he reached out with both hands and—

Crash!

The tower tumbled down, blocks scattering across the mat. For a moment, Niki sat in stunned silence, her lips forming a small "o." Techno, oblivious to his crime, giggled and clapped his hands, delighted by the colorful chaos he'd created.

"Techno!" Niki gasped, but she couldn't hold back a giggle either. "You knocked it down!"

Techno responded with more happy babbling, rocking slightly as he tried to grab another block. His fingers fumbled, and instead of stacking, he brought it straight to his mouth for a taste.

"Ew, nooo," Niki giggled, gently pulling it away. "Not for eatin'! Silly baby."

Techno made a soft whine, his lower lip wobbling slightly. Niki quickly grabbed his plush pig and placed it in his lap. "Here, piggy! You chew piggy, not blocks."

At that, Techno beamed, hugging the plush to his chest and burying his face in its fur. Niki watched him for a moment, her heart full. She liked being the big one, taking care of her little friend.

"Techno," she said, reaching for another block. "Wanna build again?"

Techno lifted his head, blinking slowly, before letting out an enthusiastic, "Ba!"

She took that as a yes. And so, they started again—one block at a time, giggling and babbling, in their own little world of play. As Niki started stacking the blocks again, she made sure to put them just out of Techno’s immediate reach—at least far enough that he couldn’t knock them over too soon. Techno, meanwhile, had settled into a soft pile of blankets, gnawing happily on his plush pig’s ear while his free hand absently batted at a block rolling near him.

“Gotta be gentle, Techie,” Niki reminded him as she carefully balanced another block on top. She glanced at him and giggled at the sight—Techno’s pink hair was all messy from rolling around, his onesie slightly bunched up from how much he moved. He looked so tiny and cozy, his big eyes blinking slowly, completely content with his toy.

Techno responded with a sleepy babble, something between a hum and a gurgle, before shifting onto his belly and reaching for a stray wooden block. He tapped it against the mat a few times, staring at it like he was deep in thought, then held it up toward Niki with a small grunt.

“Ohh, you wanna help?” Niki asked excitedly, clapping her hands. “Okay, okay! You put it here!” She pointed to the top of the wobbly tower and leaned closer to help guide his chubby little hand.

Techno let out a soft, determined noise—his version of effort—and carefully (well, as carefully as a baby could) placed the block where she showed him. It was slightly crooked, but Niki beamed anyway.

“Yay, Techie!” she cheered, clapping. “You did it!”

Techno blinked at her, then slowly grinned, his babbling turning into a happy squeal. Encouraged by her reaction, he flailed his little arms excitedly—only to accidentally knock over the entire tower again.

Crash!

Niki gasped dramatically, covering her mouth with both hands. Techno froze, wide-eyed, then—

“Pfft—hehehehe!” He burst into a fit of giggles, falling back against the blanket pile with a delighted squeal.

Niki tried to pout, but it was impossible when Techno was giggling so much. She let out a huff before flopping onto her back beside him. “Silly baby,” she muttered, but she was giggling too.

Techno rolled onto his side, still babbling nonsense between his giggles, and hugged his plush pig close. His tiny fingers reached for Niki’s sleeve, giving it a weak tug.

“Hug,” he mumbled, voice slurred and sleepy.

Niki gasped softly. “Oh! You want cuddles?”

Techno just made a soft, contented hum, already curling closer. Niki wasted no time, pulling a fluffy blanket over both of them and wrapping an arm around her tiny friend. Techno snuggled against her side, his breathing slowing, his happy babbles turning into sleepy coos.

“Night-night, Techie,” Niki whispered, resting her chin on top of his messy hair.

Techno’s only response was a soft, muffled, “Ba…” before he drifted off, safe and warm in their little nest of blankets.

Philza carefully balanced the tray in his hands as he stepped into the nursery, the soft creak of the door barely making a sound. On the tray were two sippy cups filled with warm "angel milk"—a mix of milk and honey that both littles loved—and a small plate of soft snacks: cut-up fruit, tiny sandwiches, and a few crackers shaped like animals.

He smiled at the sight before him. Niki and Techno were curled up together in a cozy bundle of blankets, Techno completely melted against Niki’s side, his tiny hands still gripping his plush pig. Niki had her arms around him, hugging him close as if keeping him safe. Both of them looked peaceful, their slow, sleepy breathing the only sound in the quiet room.

Phil set the tray down on the nearby table before kneeling beside them. He reached out and gently brushed some of Techno’s wild pink curls away from his face. “Time to wake up, little ones,” he murmured softly.

Niki stirred first, blinking up at him sleepily before rubbing her eyes with her fists. “Phil?” she mumbled.

Phil chuckled. “Hey, sweetheart. Brought you both some food.”

At the mention of food, Techno let out a tiny, incoherent babble, shifting slightly but still half-asleep. His nose scrunched up, and he made a tiny, grumpy noise before burrowing further into Niki’s warmth.

“Oh, come on, Techie,” Phil chuckled, reaching down to carefully scoop him up. Techno let out a small whine but didn’t resist, instead curling against Phil’s chest, his tiny fists clinging to the fabric of Phil’s hoodie.

Phil swayed gently as he walked back toward the table, rubbing soothing circles on Techno’s back. “I got your angel milk, mate,” he said, hoping the familiar words would coax the tiny regressor out of his sleepiness.

Techno let out a soft, slow hum, his face still pressed against Phil’s chest.

Meanwhile, Niki had fully sat up, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. “Angel milk?” she asked, perking up slightly.

Phil smiled and handed her a pink sippy cup. “Here you go, Niki-bug.”

She eagerly took it and started sipping, letting out a happy hum at the sweet taste. Phil carefully sat down with Techno still in his arms, adjusting the sleepy little so he was resting against Phil’s lap.

“Tech, do you want yours?” Phil asked, holding up the blue sippy cup.

Techno blinked up at him sleepily, his lips pursed in a tiny pout. Then, slowly, he reached for the cup with both hands, his little fingers wrapping around it clumsily. Phil helped guide it to his mouth, and Techno finally took a few small sips.

The moment the warm, sweet milk hit his tongue, his whole body relaxed. His eyelids fluttered slightly, and a soft, pleased hum escaped his lips.

“There you go,” Phil said gently, running a hand through Techno’s messy hair. “Good lad.”

Niki swung her legs back and forth as she watched Techno drink, a soft giggle escaping her. “Techie’s all sleepy,” she whispered to Phil, as if it was a secret.

Phil grinned. “Yeah, he is. Probably needs some food to wake up a bit.” He reached for the small plate of snacks, picking up a tiny sandwich. “Want some?” he offered.

Niki nodded eagerly and took one, munching happily. Techno, on the other hand, was still holding his sippy cup but hadn’t made any move to eat. Phil sighed playfully and picked up a little fruit slice, holding it near Techno’s mouth.

“C’mon, mate. Just a few bites.”

Techno blinked sleepily but, after a moment, opened his mouth just enough for Phil to pop the fruit in. He chewed slowly, still curled up in Phil’s arms.

“There you go, good boy,” Phil praised softly, rubbing Techno’s back.

Techno let out a tiny, contented babble in response, his body warm and safe in Phil’s hold.

As the playroom settled into soft munching sounds and occasional sleepy giggles, Phil felt nothing but warmth in his heart. His little ones were happy, safe, and well-fed. That was all that mattered.
