Description: Scp-1996 is a approximately 160 cm tall hominoid female dressed in 1940's bright pink female office workers attire, and has been described as "an unholy human and Toad crossbreeding experiment gone wrong". 1996 was brought to Foundation personnel attention by a pair of teenagers from a hidden sect of British humans, named [REDACTED][REDACTED] after numerous injuries caused by unknown writing utensils [Scp-1996-a "blood quills] were afflicted upon students at [REDACTED].
Scp-1996-a is a type of writing utensil utilized by 1996 in torture of unsuspecting subjects, with victims writing upon "parchment paper" with 1996-a, with whatever is written appearing on the back of the victims hands, with increasing severity the more lines are written. Permanent scarring is highly possible, as shown with [REDACTED] displaying the words "I must not tell lies" promently on the victims right hand.
Scp-1996-b are instances of decorative wall plates with pictures of various types of cats imprinted upon them, with said images acting as actual, active cats within their confines
Incident 1. A D-class personnel was performing standard maintenance on 1996's cell interior without subduing 1996, which resulted in the personnel being killed by an unknown bright green energy bolt, with 1996 having uttered the phrase "Avada Kedavra" moments before. After the incident, no personnel are allowed within standard human eyesight of 1996.
