Chapter 3
Her eyes creeped open to light again, her vision fuzzy as she gazed around, Cassidy's decomposing body still to her right.. The room was light again, the lantern being lit once more, she lifted her gaze towards the opposite wall, she began talking, remembering to answer Alexander's question from before, she began muttering loudly, but being cut off by many more raspy coughs, her throat feeling as dry as ever, "Alexander-..." she began.. "By best friend was... Lukene Cyrus.. He was my second best friend after Daisy.. She left.. I sent him letters and sweets when I moved to France.. He never replied though.. I think he moved on.." she spoke sadly, "I think he found a new best friend... Or was angry because I never said goodbye.. I miss him.. I-... I regret fighting him.. I j-just.. I just want to give him a hug.." she sobbed, tears threatening to spill, she looked down, though she got no reply from Alexander, she lifted her gaze to where Alexander was chained to.. Well where he was meant to be chained to, her eye was wide, her fuzzy vision slightly wavering as she noticed that Alexander wasn't chained to the wall he was meant to be, she craned her neck to be able to look around the room, drastic horror settling in even more, there was a large smeere of blood, a trail of it, almost as though someone was dragged, and that someone had been bleeding.. A lot..
"O-..oh.." she muttered, realising she had woken up too late to answer his question.. She failed another person, guilt flooded her body, she tried to not cry, holding back sobs of guilt. She froze up suddenly when the basement door slammed open, one of the gangers, possibly the leader boss man thingy.
He took painfully slow steps down the stairs, she closed her eye in fear, a tear slowly sliding down her face, when she reopened her eye, she saw the man looming above her, she held back a sob of distress, pushing down a raspy cough as she spoke, looking down at the floor..
"A-..are you finally ending me...?" she asked, fear stained her voice as she spoke, the ganger obviously took. It ice of that when he chuckled, he laugh echoed throughout the basement, making her ears hurt from the loudness of his laugh. He bent down, crouching right in front of her, a terrifying smile corrupting his face, his eyes twinkling with evil.
He cupped her chin with one hand gently, his other hand holding his wand, "Er wird nicht glücklich sein, wenn du stirbst" he spoke gently, dropping his hand, walking form the basement, "Du bleibst für den Rest deines traurigen Lebens hier." he chuckled, leaving the basement, slamming the door close. It was then at this moment she broke down into tears. She wasn't leaving..
