Summary
As he skimmed through the work, he felt himself inch closer towards the words. Padding his fingers across the letters crafted on top of the textbook, absorbing it. Why was someone spewing their thoughts in a chemistry textbook? And why did he like it so much?In which the marauders era face the trials and tribulations of growing up.
Note

Prelude

Beneath the sway of playground swings, the wind's sweet caress,
The warmth of youthful skin, a memory's fading press,
For all have left the playground's grace, but I'm the one who stays,
Found in childhood's maze.
As shadows lengthen with the day, and dusk begins to rise,
I wonder why the others flee, under darkening skies,
The slide extends a silent plea, to linger, not to roam, But a new companion it has found, a playground's creaking moan.
As I approach with hopeful heart, it groans in deep despair,
No more laughter, it seems it cannot bear,
To see me play in this lost world, its joy now turned to strife,
It begs me with its creaking cries, "Please, leave and live your life."
