Chapter 1
"Flight 6694 direct flight from London to Perth, Australia, now boarding at gate 3." The animated voice rung throughout the entire airport, alerting the few people who decided to fly 17 hours halfway across the world to Australia that it was their time to board.
"Fucking finally," Remus had muttered as he slowly stretched his legs for the first time in three hours after having perhaps getting to the airport a little too early, blame Lily for that one.
He grabs his bags from under the two chairs he had been using, then picks up his book from the floor where he had dropped it before while he had fallen asleep. 'The Institute', he'd read it dozens of times and it never got old, it was by far his favourite, and was also written by his favourite author, Stephen King.
He turns around to head towards gate 3 when a figure with a mop of dark hair runs smack bam into him, sending them both sprawling across the floor.
"The fuck? Wh-"
"I'm so sor-"
Both boys stopped mid sentence,, and stared.
The roar of a planes engine snapped the two boys out of their trances and Sirius immediately jumped up, profusely apologising to the other.
"I'msosorry! I didn't see you and I'vebeenlateliterally all fucking day and I'm about to miss my plane and let me help you up, if I broke anything I can help you to replace it, I'll pay if you need and-"
"Holy shit dude, it's fine, just scared me is all. You good though?"
Sirius stared at the curly, sandy haired beauty in front of him, mouth gaping while said beauty simply smirked at Sirius.
"Uhh yeah fine, Sirius." The other quirked an eyebrow at his name but quickly reset his face into one of understanding.
"Like the star."
"Like the star! You get it, normally people are just really confused like when I order coffee and they write "Serious" on the cup instead of my name, or they're like "Uhm, yeah I'm serious, I need your name" and, oh shit sorry I'm rambling again."
"You're fine, but I should get to my flight, it's boarding right now."
"No right yeah me too, bye!"
"Bye Sirius."
Sirius stares after the taller male, knowing if anyone looked him in the face right now, they'd say his eyes were full of hearts.
