Harry was ecstatic as he soon would see his mother again as he knew his Hogwarts letter would arrive soon, You see for the past few days there have been Several letters delivered to his relative’s house that were addressed to him all of which bearing The crest that his mother described a year ago when she told him about hogwarts. those letters however never reached his hand as his uncle burned all letters addressed to him the moment he laid eyes on them, there were a couple of funny examples of the letters being delivered, the first letter that was delivered just went through the front door where Harry picked it up after Harry was ‘asked’ (Ordered) to get the mail by his relative’s this letter was the first of many that arrived Although Harry did notice that the Letter was addressed rather specifically.

The extremely specific way the letter was addressed did have a positive side-effect though, As this led Vernon and Petunia Dursley to believe that they were under constant surveillance causing them to give him his own bedroom which was previously used as a storage room for their sons Broken and Unused toys. The letters became more and more persistent (As in more and more were getting delivered at a time) a good example of this is when a very confused milkman knocked on the front door to deliver a dozen eggs, Then when His Aunt went to make an omelet using the eggs each of them had a Letter in it, This understandably scared His relative’s causing them to Take him and his cousin Dudley on a ‘road trip’ across the country stopping in various different places before being kicked out after less than a day due to The letters being delivered to the front desk, Eventually His Relative’s said enough was enough and rented a small cabin on a small Island in the middle of nowhere. When they got there they immediately decided to claim the beds leaving Harry to sleep on the Stone floor with a small Torn up blanket to cover him, Not even 4 hours after they got there they were awoken by a loud banging noise On the door to the cabin, The banging continued for about 5 minutes before the door Was suddenly kicked of it’s hinges and a Huge man came Barging in and Immediately The Huge man said “I’ve come to deliver a letter to Harry Potter” before immediately pointing at Dudley and saying “Harry you’ve grown since i last saw you” before Dudley responds in a slightly shaken tone “I’m not H-harry S-sir” before Pointing to Harry saying “He is” as soon he said that the man said “i suppose it’s a bit late to wish you a birthday Harry” as he pulled out a cake before continuing “I baked this for you though it’s a bit squashed, Anyway’s my names Hagrid, The headmaster asked me to give you your letter” The man now known as Hagrid pulled out a letter and handed it to Harry.
As a first Year student starting This year you are required to have and bring
Clothes/Uniform
- Three sets of plain work robes (Black)
- One plain pointed hat (Black) for day wear (wearing is optional)
- One pair of Protective Gloves (Dragon hide)
- One winter Cloak (Black)
- Students are required to wear name tags At all times

- 1 Cauldron (Pewter,Standard size 2) (Recommended to get at least 1 spare)
- 1 set of glass or Crystal Phials
- 1 set Of Potions Equipment (Bronze or Steel)
- 1 Telescope
- 1 Set of Brass Scale
- Student May bring With the Any animal provided they have a Familiar bond with it,If that’s not the case The animals a student may bring outside of that are Restricted To Owls, Cats or Toads
Parents are reminded that first years are not permitted Their own broom
Should A First year student be caught with a broom of their own not provided By the School, The broom will be confiscated and returned at the end of the year and Give 1 month of Detention.
After reading the letter Fully, Hagrid explained to Harry that His parents Went to Hogwarts and that he has been invited to Attend Hogwarts Starting Next year, Vernon Was about to Open his Mouth to say something when Hagrid glared at him causing him to shut up, and if The smell in the Air was anything to go by nearly wet his pants (Only harry smells it, Though he doesn’t know that he is the only one who smells it). Hagrid then asked harry “Say Harry have you ever wondered where you got your Scar?” as a response to that question harry said “My scar? I got it when my parents died in a car crash right?” Hagrid looked Shocked and Angry that anyone could suggest such a thing when he heard what harry said Hearing that he Responded as calmly he could with “Lily And James Potter Dying in a Car Crash, They would never. How about i tell you what Killed your parents on the way to Diagon Alley” As Hagrid said that Harry noticed a Familiar Figure(Magic) appear Behind Hagrid this figure Looked at Harry and Mentally Whispered to him that She’ll follow them to Diagon Alley where they can go Shopping for his school supplies, What she didn’t tell him is how they were going to get hagrid of their trail but he figured that His Mother Tell him when they get there.
As Harry and Hagrid made their way to Diagon Alley Hagrid told Him about what Actually happened to his parents stating that they where killed 10 Years ago on halloween while also mentioning that he Knew them when they where students themselves,Harry noticed that Hagrid seemed nervous when talking about his parents Deaths and guessing that it was related to who killed them Harry asked “Who killed my Parents, Hagrid?” as Harry said that Hagrid Swiftly replied with “You-Know-who killed your parents Harry” Not knowing who he was talking about Harry asked Hagrid “Who is You-Know-Who Hagrid” Hagrid hesitantly replied with “H-His name is V-v-voldemort, Merlin You’d think that The name would be less scary 10 years after his defeat” Harry in response to Hagrids answer said “So this voldemort, he was defeated. By who Hagrid?” as Harry Asked this Hagrid Responded with “You did Harry” before Landing in front of an old pub Named The Leaky cauldron.
