Arriving at the library, where most of her studies take place, she greets her teacher, Albus Dumbledore, and sits down at the table, she really liked getting new information that will help her rule her people in the future, but nothing could prepare her for what that night brought.
Tired from the whole day, cassandra's nanny and maid prepared her bed, she put on a white silk dress that reached her ankles, after getting into her bed, the nanny gave her a kiss on the forehead and she closed her eyes, dreaming of a magical time with her parents in a blooming garden, until it all swelled with someone a human scream of terror.
Shocked, sitting up in bed, cassandra, not understanding what was happening, looked towards the window, everything was dark outside, and then another scream was heard, jumping out of bed, cassandra went to the door, but before she could get there, her door was suddenly thrown open and there stood her mother in her night dress. covered in blood.
Frozen with fear, seeing her mother at this stage, cassandra could not say a word, seeing her daughter, Regulus took her by the hand and ran out of the room and ran away through the long corridors until they reached the back of the castle, where they were already waiting, cassandra, still not understanding what was happening, asked "Mother?"
Regulus turned to her daughter, crouched down on the road, pulled her into hers embrace and whispered "don't worry darling everything will be fine"
Hugging her mother, coming out of shock, she asked again "what's the blood, are you injured, what is happening, what are the screams that surround the castle?"
Placing both palms on her daughter's cheeks, regulus said "castle..." Not being able to finish her sentence because in the distance heavy steps could already be heard coming towards them, raising her daughter, regulus gave her to a soldier who was already sitting on a horse and waiting for the next command of the empress.

In the next step, the man's sword went through Regulus' heart and her body sank like a doll whose strings were cut, Cassandra's shrill scream was silenced in disbelief, she looked back while the soldier rode forward and that was the last thing she saw until she was surrounded by complete darkness.

Voldemort watched as the soldier took the princess away, angry that he had not managed to get her in his hands and kill her like her parents.
After a while, a woman appeared behind him, his most faithful servant, in his youth he saved her from the street and evil people who would have just used her and thrown her back wherever they took her, next to her was a man with hair up to his thumbs and a long crooked nose who betrayed his empire , out of revenge and jealousy.

The next day, the news of the death of the imperial family shocked the empire and all those who were against the self-proclaimed emperor were expected to die harshly and be hanged on the palace wall as a warning to all.

Cassandra found herself in an unknown room sitting up on the bed the first thing she saw was Pandora sitting on the chair next to the bed.
"Cassandra, you finally got up," Pandora said with tears in her eyes, pulling the girl into a hug.
Suddenly remembering what had happened, big tears fell on Cassandra's cheeks "Pandora my mom she...." Unable to say the sentence to the end, she let the tears fall and wet Pandora's blouse.
While stroking the girl's back, Pandora herself shed tears for her friend whom she knew all her life and now has lost and all that is left is her daughter who is now crying out all the pain in her arms.
"don't worry, you are not alone, we are with you, you have to be strong like never before" pandora said.
Lifting her head from pandora's shoulder, cassandra looked into her tear filled eyes and hugged her even tighter. "you were brought here 3 days ago" pandora said.
Cassandra looked at him with wide eyes "You mean I've slept for 3 days!" Cassandra called.
After some time exhausted from craying and mixed feelings, cassandra drifted back to sleep.
